1-And upon receipt of the employee car Technical discovered not filling the car's air conditioner, and has entered the maintenance and returned to inform me that the problem was a gas leak in the cooling circuit of Freon and they fill it out again
But it was a gas leak again .When I went to the first periodic maintenance of 2, 000 km informed maintenance holidays and that the problem is not the gas, but in the cooling circuit and they have to re-mobilize the gas again and just told me that they will communicate with the parent company in India and contact me this did not happen two months ago
2-After receiving the car also discovered a defect in the car's paint in a spot right above the car window glass so I did inform them technical support and promised me to communicate with the parent company to resolve the problem and is not answered to date
I realized the lack of interest of the parent company Mahindra quality of their products and the reputation of their products and also a distributor to serve its customers, so I decided to send you my complaint Maybe you can solve my problem
And I inform you in case of lack of attention to my issue would not advise any client to buy your car, as I will not buy any car Mahindra again and will resort to the Chamber of consumer protection in Egypt

Not Providing repair service as per cashless insurance policy sold by their dealer Garg Motors Sirsa, Haryana

I purchased a Mahindra Maximo Mini Van from Garg Motors Sirsa, the authorized dealer for Mahindra and Mahindra. The insurance police of Chola Mandalam MS General Insurance was fraudently sold to me by Garg Motors saying that as this policy gives cashless claim, I will have to seek claim from Garg Motors only. Being novice in this field I was entrapped by their sweet assurance and I took this policy. My vehicle met with an accident (Claim No. - [protected] name of the insurer Cholamandalam, vehicle No. – HR-57-7176) and I deposited this vehicle with Garg Motors on 10th July 2013. The Garg Motors and the insurance Company did not repair my vehicle and I had to go to court vide case no. – 293 of 2013 which decided the case on 14/11/2013 with the direction to Chola Mandalam MS General Insurance Company and Garg Motors that the respondents should repair and handover the vehicle to the petitioner within 20 days. But the insurance company did not released my vehicle and i had to move to IRDA vide token No. - [protected] dated - 26/12/13. After this complaint Chola Mandalam MS General Insurance released the said vehicle though at a great loss to us. The repair bill of this vehicle came out to be Rs. 62440/- but MS Cholamandalam General Insurance Company Ltd. has reimbursed only Rs. 36000/- .Sir, being a cashless policy, I should have been provided the whole amount of Rs. 62440/-. The insurer has fraudently sold this policy through Garg Motos which is illegal and unethical. The company should be fined heavily for doing fraud with me and I should be compensated for the period of last 5 months in which my vehicle had remained idle for no fault of mine. Kindly reimburse the remaining amount of Rs. 26440/- and compensate me for the loss suffered by me from dated 11/07/2013 to the date of release of DO and selling the policy fraudently through MS Garg Motors, Sirsa (The Dealer for Mahindra and Mahindra Vehicles) .

Poor Service of Mahindra
This is to inform the Mahindra management of the poor and inefficient customer service provided by VVC Motors. I have a Mahindra Scorpio for 4 years and before that i had Mahindra jeep for 3 years. I have been a loyal customer of Mahindra for 7 years and had a harrowing time when i gave my vehicle for service to VVC Motors in Hyderabad. Firstly the service adviser told me that he will give the vehicle to me after service at 5 pm. He also asked me to get the 60000 km service done, but did not tell me that at 60000 km the labour charges are INR 3400/-. Inspite of asking him repeatedly when to pick he always told me come in 15 minutes. I cam at 6 pm and the vehicle was not ready, then i went back and came at 7 pm and the vehicle was not ready. Then i came at 8 pm to pick the vehicle. When i picked the vehicle, i drove for 5 kms and the brake was jam. I came back to workshop and they said they need now 12 hours more to check the vehicle. I had to wait there till 10 pm and still now my vehicle has not been delivered. Its been more than 24 hours for a normal servicing that i went and had to pay INR 14500/- because the service manager fleeced me and did not inform that they are suddenly replacing so many parts.

We have booked Xuv 500 w6 silver from global gallarie panvel 9 10 2012 and paid total amount till 5 11 2011 with insurance and road tax amount they gave the vehicle on 14 01 2013 with cover note insurance copy saying to send document within a month with regular feed back from them as they are sending it. Date they have not send the documents in November we send a legal notice from our legal adviser to Gobal gallarie as well as Mahindra and Mahindra but no acknowledgement is also received from them.

I have purchased it on 2 Feb, 2012..
Since I have bought it runned only 9819kms .
Just the main problem was it broke it rear left side suspension...we knew the problem by hearing a knocking sound near the suspension. .
I just got shocked bcoz one of great named suv offroad vehicle broke up with it suspension who has neither runned on offroad...This problem was just after 8 months after purchased. .I just contacted the mahindra and mahindra service centre for further acknowledgement. .They took the vehicle to service centre at Global Gallerie and what had they we doesnt knew but after service..few days it worked but jst after 15 days the knocking sound still continued. ..so I jst decided to replace the suspension with new one ...After replacement only after 2 month it broke it once again...I just want to know that is there a value of money I paid for my mahindra xuv500 with best features but with dump suspension ...is there a hope of trust for their customer by mahindra and mahindra companies...Or they just want to breach our trust...I hope u will help shortly...!

last time i went Goyle Motoers C-71 Phase 6 Mohali for service, i told to manager about problems, they call me your vehicle is ready, but when i went there approximately all problems were same they didnt fix, i told him again even all bolts were lose . after that they try to fix, again i went there becoz due to loose bolt engine oil was leaked, when i told to mechanic he was abused me, even when i told him my vehicle is under warranty, and also indicator is not automatically stop he told me you have a hand u can stop it by manually. even he was telling me it was my fault . i am very upset, i want to buy one more mahindra vehicle but due to services problems, i donot want to buy .

Harassment with worst services
My Logan car was given to Goyal Motors, Mohali for accidental repairs which was returned by them after keeping it for about a week. At the time of delivery, it was noted that the paint applied by them was of totally different shade and the same was pointed out. However, Mr. Kaushik and Mr. Gurpreet at workshop told that the colour will match after rubbing which can be done only after 72 hours. On 18/11/2013, the car was once again given to the workshop for rubbing and matching of colour of paint which they promised to return on the next day. I enquired regarding the job done on 20/11/2013 but it was informed that the job has not yet been completed and I was advised to wait till next day, i.e., 21/11/2013. Again on 21/11/2013, I made a call for delivery of my car and I was once again informed that rubbing was done by them but the colour did not match as such, they will have to re-do the paint work which I requested them to complete by evening on 21/11/2013 but in the evening Mr. Kaushik, Manager at workshop, told that the work could not be completed. I asked them to return my car after washing as I required the same due to some family function and the same was already informed to Mr. Gurpreet and Mr. Kaushik on 18/11/2013 and on 20/11/2013. Mr. Kaushik assured that the car will be delivered duly cleaned and washed at my place on 21/11/2013 latest by 6:30 PM at any cost. But the same was not delivered. Mr. Gurpreet was apprised at about 7:30 PM in this regard but he showed his inability to help in any manner. He assured that on 22/11/2013, the car will be delivered to me at 9:30 AM sharp. I told them that function is to start at 10 AM at Panchkula but they did not lend an ear to my requests and the car was sent by them after 11 AM which was in the dirtiest possible and pitiable condition full of dust. The photographs taken at that instance are being attached herewith. The gear knob was broken and tray above glovebox was also broken and boot light was not in working condition which I have retained as such.I have been harassed continuously. I was put in ridiculous situation due to most negligent and deficient services rendered by the workshop aforesaid. Action may kindly be taken against them and my grievance may be sorted out.

my car was xylo e8 with number AP 16 BX 4005.i have given my car for service at ray chand service centre vijayawada.andhrapradesh.This the fifth time i have given complaint regarding steering box.i have given my car on 17th of october and they promised me to deliver on 19th of this month.they have delivered the car with the same problem on 21st evening.there was no problem with wiper motor when i have given for service.when i was delivered it was found that the wiper motor is not working and the service centre people are saying that it should be replaced and that item is not in warranty.We r experiencing the worst service with these people without maintaining the time sense and service.still my car was in garage with problem rectification.Kindly go through the matter and solve the problems.If this practice goes on in the same manner i personally suggest my friends and colleagues not to go for mahindra vehicles.my mobile no is [protected].u can call me at any time regarding this matter.

I myself Ghanshayam B. Sonar Dhule ([protected]) ([protected]) have purchased mahindra xylo d4 model in june 2013 from aakash automotive dhule. I requested for tourist vehicle but they gave me private vehicle. They promised me to give 10000 cash discount but till date they have not given the same. At the time of purchase insurance is free but they are collecting insurance difference between private and tourist vehicle from me. The dealer Mr. Avinash lokhande is also misbehaving with the costumers.I am the regular costmer and I had also purchased one Scorpio in2007. Is it a mistake from my side that I have given my faith to your valuable company. Please look into the matter personally on priority basis and take proper action against the dhule dealer Aakash Automotive and solve my problem at the earliest. I want excise refund back and 10000 cash discount which is promised to me by the dealer. And relief from insurance difference and also teach a lesson to Avinash Lokhande that how to behave with the customers.

No timely delivery after repair from 1/03/13 till tod
We have purchased bolero maxi truck (mahindra and mahindra) from there dealer M/S Dada motors, ludhiana, Punjab. All documents ( R.C, Insurance, finance, etc) was prepared by M/S Dada motors itself. On 28 /02/13 at 10.00 pm our maxitruck met with an accident, police and local people tow our maxitruck to near by place to clear road . Next day morning 1/3/13 we inform helpline of M/s Dada motor they informed insurance co. and t old us to bring maxitruck to there workshop at sherpur, ludhiana. We did as they recommended to do and send the maxi truck to there workshop on 1/03/13. Also all required documents were submitted for insurance claim process. Now after 3 1/2 months they are saying insurance company is not paying full bill as you have not done the spot . We demand many times the assessment of insurance company and asked them to resolve the matter . But the staff of respective agency did not taking is seriously . We are paying all road taxes and instalments of finance bank without using of maxitruck from last 3.5 months. Instead of resolving the matter they are just delaying the matter .

Just after 3 weeks from the date of purchasal(11.04.2013), me along with my family of 7 members had been to Kodaikanal, Tamil Nadu in the car, as it was a night journey in the hill station, my car got broke down in the hills suddenly, we stood helpless in the place, there happened to be a traffic jam just because of my car, unaware of what was the problem, i was panicked very much and my car was struggling to PULL just seven people in it while all the other vehicles around me were carrying its passengers easily, we some how managed to reach a shop nearby and parked it in the place for the night and rented a vehicle to reach our destination, the next morning I had to go back to the same place to take back my car and managed to travel the places with the same problem occurring again and again. At one point of time on a steep surface I faced a bitter experience with my family in the car and we all had to put our lives on the risk or else the car along with my family would have rolled down from the Hill, Please explain me why should I have a car like this when we all had to put our lives on the risk after spending so much of money for owning it.
We had contacted a service technician with reference from a Sales consultant named HarishHaran(Ph: [protected]) from India Garage, the technician told that it must be a problem with the clutch and disconnected the call, when we tried to contact him again he never picked up the call. After reaching Bangalore HarishHaran suggested me to meet Mr. Ramdass((Ph: [protected])Service Manager at Mahindra & Mahindra service center), they had taken my car for a Test drive to Nandihills(Near by Bangalore City) as it was a similar Hill Station just like Kodaikanal, the technician who drove the car had faced the same problem just like us and told that there is a problem with the clutch and has to be replaced. My car is still in Mahindra & Mahindra service center.
i was really unhappy to hear that my car’s clutch has to be replaced within 1000 kms. Please explain me, does your products last only for 1000 kms, is this what your product’s quality is? Even after the problems are fixed in my car, I am not in a mentality to drive the same car again, as it is registered in our family members minds the same problem might occur in the future again. You have delivered me a defected car, Hence requesting you all to Please refund the cash i had paid for the car or provide me a new car with all parts in good condition.

Manufuctering defects and other small problems not resolved
I bought MahinDra XUV 500 from Sirsa, Haryana In Sep. 2012 which had manufacturing defect in breaks and gears along with Vibration in 2nd and 3rd gear. Lights could never be adjusted with engine making noise since first service. door handles are literally coming out and vibration of vehicle in neutral gear has started. Breaks are still noisy releasing so much carbon that I got stuck in between my Drive to Gurgaon on highway which I got cleaned up by local mechanic and could move ahead then. In hills breaks are almost nil and lights are also not adjustable . On persisted complaint to the dealer they tried but still the vehicle is in bad shape. Lights are not able to be adjusted. engine cannot be washed as dealer does not have pressure wash. Infotainment systems fails to read pen Drive and CD, and refreshing of infotainment system could not be done due to unavailability of technical person with dealer.
There are lot more small and big problems which are not rectified and no response from company yet. I want my Vehicle either changed or replaced with better vehicle as I am a salaried class person and have already put my five years salary inthis vehicle for purchase.

As im using Bolero Sle model 2015- Aug. my car engine was off automatically while i am driving. i was facing worst situation while driving my car, Im overtaking n suddenly engine was off that time. BREAK FAIL, STARING FAIL, everything off that time. i was like hope less n help less. But same how i was manage. Meter is not working properly, there is a leakage in my car RAINY water came inside in my car. 2nd gear not working properly and so on.
But matter is that yes tardy i was park my car and unfortunately BREAK was not work that time, and car was HIT to the bike and then gate. By God grace no casualty happened. Now im afraid with this car. SAGAR automobile is not helping me. please suggest me what can i do. or else im going to " CONSUMER FORUM".
Highly Shocking and Un-acceptable altercation/behavior from Sri Durga Employee - Mr Harmeet

I purchased vehicle Mahindra XUV 500 on 28the Dec, 2012 vide Car registration number DL-4CNB 8506 .
This is regarding highly shocking and pathetic behavior from Sri Durga Automobiles employee Mr Harmeet who is taking care of technical services after recommendation of Mr Shahzad (Relationship Manager) .Today i. called Mr Harmeet regarding enquiring thee Impact/shock sensor installation on my car since my car glass got broken last week where some burglars tried to intrude into my car and there was no alarm whatsoever in thee same .
Therefore I wanted to enquire about thee alarm system and sensor if there is an availiable to which shockingly Mr Harmeet replied :I Don't know and please check on your own, I cannot help you, Please don't disturb me ", Then I asked him politely if you can advise some sensor like this because I m in dire need of that . he said in a very rude manner " Aisa hai apne aap dekh le " and bang down thee phone, i mean this is highly shocking and unacceptable kind of behavior from Sri Durga employee withe a customer of XUV 500 .
We have spent around Rs 14-15 lakh in one of most privileged car from Mahindra and still such kind of strange behaviour .
Adding to my woes, i called back GM Services at Sri Durga, Mr Chauhan to update him on thee altercation withe Mr Harmeet On thee same so that suitable feedback is provided to Mr Harmeet, but to my surprise Mr Chauhan said that, i think you also have said something to Harmeet, without even listening to me, he banged thee phone down .Again i tried calling back GM Services, Sri Durga with no avail and then i messaged him to call-back and after waiting for 4 hours i couldn't receive any callback from Mr Chauhan .
Also want to highlight one more service fallback from Sri Durga, i got my Car power window changed in rec-all after just 2 months of car purchase in 2nd week of march .Service advisor Mr Pranay was responsible for car delivery where he replaced thee power window and till now there is very loud humming noise whenever i open/close thee both front power window.I made this in notice to Mr Pranay and Mr Shahzad (My Relationship manager) .To which Pranay acknowledged thee same on phone and said there is definitely some gap while changing thee power window and this needs to be rectified .Same has been conveyed to GM Services Mr Chauhan too, where they promised to rectify it .
Till date from last almost 15 days there is no action from Services department of Sri Durga and neither thee power window has been rectified, still there is such a loud humming noise .
Would like to escalate this to highest level at Mahindra because of such kind of behaviour from Mr Harmeet .
After making several requests to Mr Chauhan, he has yet not bothered to call me back even single time since last more than 12 hours to listen my Plight. And to make matter's worse he has even used very harsh and aggressive language over SMS late yesterday night which can be used a valid proof for kind of ownership and commitment Sri Durga employees own. SMS can be read once we meet.
Rude behaviour, Pathetic follow up from Senior Service team of Sri Durga is leading to highly poor customer service experience .
I would appreciate that strict action should be taken on such kind of behaviour from Sri Durga, since i also own one more Mahindra Bolero at my home and is a privilege customer of Mahindra, but such kind of altercations./poor experience is defaming thee brand value of thee company .
Do we expect this kind of pathetic and rude customer service from a senior person like Mr Chauhan with a customer of XUV 500 ?
I mean this is highly nonsensical and shocking leading to huge harassment and mental agony at my end.

Pathetic Service at Service Station
I am one of the satisfied user of Scorpio and my vehicle number is MP04- CA 4140
I had shifted to Chennai last year and given my vehicle for service twice at your MPL Services OMR Road,
My experience after these two services was pathetic .
I am a person who keep my CAR always in 100% maintained condition and have been serviced at Bhopal ( MP), Bhubneshwar (Orissa ) and Guragon ( NCR) but never been so disappointed.
The front officers what so called "Relationship Executives" are not trained enough to identify the complaint and your service managers are finding them more occupied rather than meeting customers . These executives had so casual approach while doing a test drive - don't even try to understand the problem and half of the time ( during test drive ) talking over cell phone .
My last two incidences were where the Relation ship executives had not understood the problem well and fail to get the things rectified to my satisfaction .
During these last two services, I have been charged for around Rs 40, 000.
Today when I called at service station to know when was the last service done, I am shocked to know that they don't have me in their records .
Reason for checking your record is because the last time, no entry was made in my service book . Last it was entered dated 31/08/2011.
I do not know where to go as its clear that I will surely not interested to waste my money at MPL Services - OMR Road.
Request you to pls. guide me to reach some one else for service or else I will be forced to change my vehicle .
