We had our windows replaced in October. Two of the windows they had to come back and "fix". One of the windows was supposed to be a "frosted" glass window. I have called and asked for an update on when it will be in and no one can seem to give me an answer on when it will be in. The other window was supposed to have a ledge built in. They said a carpenter had to build it. We scheduled for the date and time to have it replaced and the dispatcher, Jamie, called to confirm the day before and the day of. They called us about a few hours before and cancelled. My husband had already taken the day off. We rescheduled. Jerome came to our home one hour early (we weren't home yet) and my daughter answered. My husband had to get off work early and was in route. My daughter called me and Jerome said he couldn't do the job in the rain. Even though we talked to Jamie(dispatcher) the night before and she said it was mostly inside work and shouldn't be a problem. We called our sales rep,Andrew, and he told us Jerome said that I said I didn't want him to do the job in the rain. That is a lie. We rescheduled for the next day from 8-10am. We said we had to leave by 10am. Jerome showed up in front of our house at about 8 am but never came to the door and then left. The dispatcher, Jamie, called and said he is stuck in traffic and will be at our house around 9:10am. Another lie, he was there and left. We waited until 10am and he never showed up. We called Jamie and our sales rep, Andrew, and left a message. No one called us back. Jerome showed up at our house at 11am. My daughter was home and she let him in to "fix" the window. He replaced the window. My husband and I came home and the window that he replaced was not centered above the kitchen sink (which it was before). I called our sales rep and he has not called me back. My husband kept texting our sales rep, Andrew, and he finally called my husband and said this is the first he has heard of it, which is lie. He said he would take care of it. We have not heard anything from him since then.
I would like someone to call us back. I would like someone competent and trustworthy to come and fix the two windows that I have issues with. If this isn't possible then I would like a refund for the windows and the cost of hiring someone else to do the job.
