A deposit for a and a door
I place my order with them on the 3rd June 2023. I told them l couldn’t give them accurate measurements of my purchase because lm not the builder that they should contact my builder. The same day l told my builder that he should an expect call from them. They agreed. However, weeks and weeks went on and they did not arrange the appointment until l started calling and they fixed the 4th of July 2023 time 12-15pm eventually. I discussed it with the builder and he mentioned that they should be on site 13-14pm on the 4th of July 2023 for he is so busy. I rang on 3rd Monday 17:40pm to let them know they agreed. To my greatest surprise, l received a call from them on Tuesday 11:17 that the surveyor was onsite and they asked what l wanted on the phone. I mentioned it’s impossible for me to tell them because the builder has to be there, that they should cancel the appointment and pay back the deposit of £500. They said they would call me the following day, they didn’t 2 days after l called, the customer service said they will call me after 5 they did not . I called again l was told l would speak to the manager on Saturday. They called me on Saturday8th of July11:36 am , the guy was trying to fix another appointment l said No l want the deposit back change of plans and he said ‘unfortunately you have pass your cancellation period’” l replied that the faulty wasn’t from me though that l tried several times to contact them and they turn me down and lm not happy with what happened on the 4th of July. He said the manager would call me on Monday 10th of July 2023. Nobody called me all day until 17pm. Nobody picked my calls until l tried different brach they guy said my deposit can not be paid back because l passed cancellation period and they came to my house l wasn’t there and he hang up on me l kept calling nobody picked up my calls.
My project is delayed and l don’t know who else is going to be a victim. Very disappointed!
Windows and roofing
Drafty windows not sound proof, roof just okay.
No I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
I should've researched the company more and looked at reviews more closely.
I've recently had conversations with other past customers of theirs, who've had similar experiences.
Customer service appears to care, however, it's a facade. How can you continue to do business the way they have and continue?
Replacement window issues.
Windows are shifty, they float up and the sound barrier is poor. We did contact the manufacturer the week the windows were I stalled they came out particularly for the complaints we had regarding the float and shifting windows, and they stated and I quote "this is normal"!
We couldn't believe it!
Long story short, a couple of our neighbors got new windows, and they didn't call weather guard window company.
Window replacement sales
I always take salesmen with a grain of salt. I know their job is to get you to buy. Obviously the higher the cost the more they make.
From the demonstration, it looked like the windows were a good, maybe even great quality, but how would I really know.
Unfortunately, all the gimmicks were thrown at me hoping I would cave but I could see right through them.
I am so disappointed. I really expected an honest, straightforward approach.
Customer Service
The installers came to put in the windows and I noticed about a half hour after they arrived that my 2 labrador retrievers were missing. The installers had left the door open and my dogs got out. Turns out they were picked up by animal control and I had to pay $127 to get them back. When I returned with my dogs, I called the service department to express my concerns. I was told the installers were not responsible because my dogs were not secured. So, this time I put them in our fenced back yard. To my surprise about an hour later, a woman from the neighborhood brought my dogs back to the house because they got out AGAIN! The fence door wasnt latched...and guess who didn't latch it? The installers! When I got ahold of customer service again, they said I had no common sense and was irresponsible and that I should have been supervising my dogs the entire 11 hours they were here. The installers needed to be supervised! We paid $4000 for windows, and they had a fit about refunding me the $127 that was needed to get my dogs back. I am totally disgusted with this company! Now we are stuck with this company if we ever need work done on the windows. I'm sure I'll get the fabulous (right!) customer service that I got during the initial install.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
After reading this, I'll not consider them.

Nightmare windows and service!
I had all the windows replace, here's the story: Installation Issues * Installers came out without saws or ladders - They asked to borrow mine. I didn't have any at the time. - I called Weathergard to complain but there was no customer support at the time on Saturdays. * Crew ate my food out of the refrigerator - I kept hearing the refrigerator opening...
