This is exactly the same reply you gave me on Wednesday, and still the couriers have made absolutely no contact! This is becoming extremely frustrating! How much longer is this going to drag out for? This courier service is clearly inadequate, can you not give instruction to a different courier company? They picked a parcel up from me, that needed to be exchanged, and a month later delivered that same parcel back to my home address rather than to Mango overseas! And they gave absolutely no notice or indication when they were coming to collect the “exchange” and now they are delaying the collection of the item that they delivered to me, that they should’ve delivered to Mango. I cannot wait around for this, and just as they arrived unannounced the first time they came to collect the parcel, I’m sure they’ll come announced again.
Someone needs to do something to assist with this, I’m losing patience! This issue isn’t being resolved, I’m just getting the same response from your department with absolutely no results. What is being done?
