regarding an order (no. DTV8IH) submitted via iPad at Mango Greece store, Tsimiski 23 - Thessaloniki, GREECE on 11/24/2023 I would like to express my utter disappointment in Mango's completely UNPROFESSIONAL service.
Specifically, while 5 days had passed since the day of the order, I received a cancellation email due to the unavailability of the product. It took 5 whole days for Mango's system to be informed about the availability (!) and since the days of offers (Black Friday) had ended in other stores as well, depriving me of the possibility to search for a corresponding product there...
And as if the above complete customer indifference wasn't enough, a few hours after canceling due to "unavailability", a friend receives an AVAILABILITY notification for the SAME PRODUCT, SAME SIZE (!) and, indeed, at the store from which I made the recently canceled order!
I consider the handling of the situation to be UNETHICAL to say the least on a professional level and I find the 20% discount offered for 2 weeks (!) both ridiculous and insulting.
Additionally, for a whole month (!) now that I have emailed to the Customer Service ([protected]@mango.com), I have received NO RESPONSE!
Desired outcome: Still expecting a serious response, together with an immediate moral redress, either by providing me with the product as originally ordered or with a corresponding discount to the original purchase, at 50%.
