I bought a Lucas suitcase from Marshalls in Boise, Idaho in April 2021. I used it for the very first time this weekend. When I saw my luggage at the baggage claim when I came home yesterday I was livid. 1 of the 4 wheels was completely missing exposing the inside liner of the suitcase. 1 of the others wheels was so completely damaged that the plastic all around the wheel was completely cracked. Needless to say this suitcase can not be used again and it is completely unrepairable. We originally bought the suitcase for our upcoming trip to Hawaii where we will celebrating our July wedding as well as spending time with my active-duty Soldier daughter and her new baby as she is due in August. So now instead of using that money on our wedding or for our new granddaughter we get to buy a new suitcase that will not be Lucas brand! I am terribly disappointed and upset that this happened.

Privacy violation
On Monday May 17th, 2021 I walked into the Bay Area Marshalls in Webster, Texas and was asked if I had my COVID19 vaccine. I stopped and looked at the young man working the door and asking me the question & also noticed everyone staring at me. The young man continued to press until I answered him in which I stated "no" (I now know that it wasn't a question I had to entertain). He continued to inform me that Marshalls does not allow unvaccinated, unmasked individuals into their store. I still shopped at the store that day without a mask, but would love to let it be known that this particular store has no problem with publicly violating customers privacy against the law.
Double charge for merchandise I return
On May 27, 2021 I purchase 3 item at Marshall in Florissant, MO. I return two items and the cashier gave me cash but did not give me my receipt she place it in the drawer. I spent 2 hours shopping at the Marshalls located at 8249 W. Golf rd in Niles Illinois. By the time i got to the changing room it states it is temporarily closed. Because I selected over 50 pieces of clothing. I decided to just try on sweaters over my clothes with my mask on the whole time. I was cornered by 2 employees telling me that the changing room is closed and I cannot try on sweaters over my clothing because of covid. The white blonde approached in a very cunning tone. I explained that I have many items and cannot buy them all. That the items I am trying on are only items that I can put on over my clothes and I intend to buy many pieces. The rep told me I cannot. I told her ok, I will leave everything then. As I was leaving 2 more reps came charging at me as if I committed a felony. I am fully vaccinated and do not understand the logic that everyone can touch every item and not sanitize it, but if I try a blazer that is not allowed. I will never shop at this store again, and wanted to remind MARSHALLs that this is what kills brick and mortar shops in America. Also, I have spent thousands of dollars at your stores and be treated so rudely and aggressively is uncalled for. Please train your staff on proper customer service. As you see your shop only gets 2 stars out of 5. I took a video as well to show that your store was EMPTY the whole 2 hours I was there. This incident was absolutely unnecessary and I will be happy to share this story with everyone I know and every social media platform.

The new way of organizanig the shoes .
Most of the shoes are missing the top of the box.
If i spend more then $40 on a pair of shoes i expect an intact box .
This way of merchandisang started about 3 months ago .
Marshalls has to stop cutting the top of boxes .

My daughter works at the Petoskey Marshall's. She's probably in the top 3 employees that dresses normal. She keeps getting dress coded. This is getting ridiculous, seems as if there is a personal vendetta going on here. I bought the majority of her clothes, so I can guarantee you they are just fine. Her attire is very plain, but appropriate and she has been dress coded at least 3 or 4 times. Even though the girl at the door greeting has a stupid winter knitted frog hat on EVERY DAY. The girl that rang up my purchase had skull and cross bone old faded legging on, with a graphic tee that was too small for her, and a dirty looking hoodie tied around her waste with blue hair. Very unprofessional looking and trashy for a front of the store worker! She got this job to put herself through community college and maybe they should provide uniforms! I have attached a picture of today's outfit that she was told was "unprofessional". Maybe this is a big reason they can't keep employees, bc they treat them like garbage! And on a side note they NEVER have enough cashiers and she has asked to be trained on the register and they said yes, but five months later they still haven't trained her. What are the options for filing harassment on the Petoskey MI store, bc I've about had it?!?!?

I am a handicapped person with a LEGAL ACTUAL service animal. The Marshalls on S Maryland in Las Vegas allows anyone to walk in with an animal. They bark run around and employees and managers say nothing. I called manager, he was rude and attempted to tell me the law. That he cant ask when in fact there are 2 legal questions they can. Stipulated by ADA (on website)noted by Dept. Of Justice. I have to worry that my service dog could be attacked? I also love they enforce a mandate for BS masks because of "germs" but allow any schmuck to bring an animal that has been God knows where. My dog is vaccinated to the HILT because I have to take him everywhere! I love how a LAW by the ADA is completely ignored. I dont blame the animals just the ignorant owners and workers. My dog gets attacked its open seasonon TJX and Marshalls.
