On 10th June 2010 I purchased a motor vehicle from D.D.Motors(WagnoR LXI-DLCAM4381) 30th August 2010 Mr Devoshish call my mobile some duplicate Parts in your WagnoR pls change it otherwise it create a problem. You send the car to D.D.Motors I replace and fixed the original part.1st September 2010 I send the car to D.D.Motors he change the gear box & service the car 2nd September 2010 he deliver the car just out side the workshop I observed some Quality faults in the vehicle i:e tremendous noise from Engine after consultation with dealer came to know that the Engine size needs to be checked and they have checked & say some water in Engine its repair.Repair cost Appx-35000Rs and you bare it.why should I bared this cost it’s a mechanic faults
I would appreciate it if you could organize to solve this Engine problem. I look forward to settling this matter amicably if however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by 9/9/2010, I will consider taking action to resolve the complaint

I had some bad experiences with Maruti Link (Maruli authorised service dealer in Salt Lake, Kolkata) which I wanted to share. I am not expecting that someone would take action, but to caution customers specifically staying in Salt Lake / Newtown area so that they are aware.
My car recently met with an accident. I took an estimate from them and they repaired the car post approval from the insurance company. I "explicitly" told not to repair one of the doors, whose repair cost was not approved by the insurance company. Despite that they went ahead and repaired. Hence I had to pay money out of my own pocket for the repair of this door.
This was not a new "shock" for me as it was my mistake that I trusted someone where customers don't want to go again. in the past I remember that once I gave them my car for services and they tended to add other parts which are usually not required and made me pay for this. I thought these were genuinely required, but on alter opinion of my friends I realised that this is a very common practise at Maruti Link. Despite its monopoply in the radius of 10-15 kms it has not able to retain its customers because of its bad business practices.

This refers to one of your dealer called “Akanksha Automobiles Pvt. Ltd” situated in Moradabad, who has been harassing us for past 4 months. We have booked a Swift Dzire from the above dealer & its details are mentioned hereunder.
(1) We booked Swift Dzire VXI petrol version, Metallic Sovereign Blue on 2nd May, 2010. In the name of Dr. Sanjeev Mehrotra & deposited Rs.100000. (Receipt no: 2074, dated 2nd May, 2010).
(3) On 4th June, 2010 we were called up to take delivery of our car & deposit the balance money.
(4) On 5th June, we deposited Rs. Rs.514975 (Receipt no: 2213), financed by our bank.
Surprisingly, the car was not actually present in their show room & we were then, assured to get our car delivered, latest by 10th June, 2010.
(5) We helplessly pursued them till 29th July, 2010, when we were finally intimated that our car has been received for the final delivery.
Unfortunately, having monitored the car, we found that the color was badly done, with a number of spots & scratches. In-fact, it seemed to be a pre owned car or a car that is normally kept for a test drive. We refused to take its delivery. “Akanksha Automobiles Pvt. Ltd” accepted to raise the matter with the respective office holders at Maruti Company & assured us once again, to deliver the said car with in a month’s time.
We visited “Akanksha Automobiles Pvt. Ltd” several times. We are not only neglected, but badly treated & insulted. We have following points to bring to your notice.
(a) We have come across several acquaintances, who have booked Swift Dzire for mere Rs.50000.
(b)Why we are extra charged (Rs.100000) & what actually is the company policy for booking a car.
(C)If the said car was not received by “Akanksha Automobiles Pvt. Ltd”, why we were asked to deposit the final balance.
(D) We have been paying monthly installments to our bank, without actually using the car. Our bank has been asking for the registrations papers, insurance papers etc, which we are unable to produce. In case we even surrender or cancel the car now & pay back our bank, we may suffer minimum loss of Rs.25000.
We are virtually ignored & misguided & this amounts to fraud & misrepresentation. We have also sent a registered post of this letter to Maruti Udyog & look forward to your kind guidance to solve our case. In otherwise situation, we are bound to file a suit against Maruti Udyog & the said dealer to claim compensation.

I had purchased Wagoner on dated October 2009 from maruti dealer-M/s Marketing Times (Okhla-II, New Delhi), but my car is not giving average more than 11km/lts, but company claims it average near about 17 km/per/lts ... thrice i had given car to maruti dealer( Bagga Link-Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi & Marketing Times-Okhla-II) but my car average didnt increase... 2) Before 10 days I went to Marketing times - Okhla-II, for service & they serviced my car but from 25-08-2010 my car Gear is Jamed & not getting proper function, its been four days my problem is not solved... and now dealer says this is maruti manufacturing fault...We will not take responsbility whole life on behalf of Maruti...You may go another dealer, its says by Marketing times-Okhla-II...In delhi so may service center, so u may go to any one...

I tried to contact them several times, but they were simply saying that some one will get in touch with me sooner but none contacted. please request the concerned authority at DD motors Mayapuri, New Delhi. I have visited the mananautolink-usmanpura -ahmedabad for the inspection of my sx4 whh has some knocking problem in the engine and hard gear shifting. the person incharge took me for trial from the work shop and after returning he told me everythinh is ok. I will do greesing of the gear within ten minutes. I was waitng till half an hour, nobody gave any information regarding my car. Then I myself inquired thw the car was brough from service section to delivery area. I immidiately notice that ther was dent and abrassion just above the right front wheel . I informed him immidiately. He immidiately alleged me without inquiry that it was already there and misbehaved with me. He even relactant to give me the complain book which was without page number. He refused to repair it.
pathetic service at rohan motors greater noida
Dear Sir,
I have given my car for Bumper painting and tyre replacement to Rohan motors, Greater Noida. They committed me to give back my car within 2 days and when i went after 2 days the car was lying in same condition and nothing was done.
After asking I got reply that we do not have bumper in stock so we can not say when will be give back your car and tyre is not replaced as you have not given as 20 rupees for tyre replacement as we do not have tyre replacement facility and we got tyre replaced from outside.
I demanded my car back but they told me that we cannot give back your car because we have created a job card against it and will give back only after we will get the bumpers and no time was mentioned.
I met with the AGM (MP Singh) to tell my issue and he committed me to give back my car after next 2 days. so i felt helpless and came back only to find the car in same condition even after next 2 days.
Finally, I got my car after 10 days and i faced lot of harassment in between. However, the work was only of one day.
The service level at Rohan motors, Greater Noida in pathetic and much much below Maruti or any other service station standards.
Could anybody suggest what can I do so that other customers do not get harassed at Rohan Motors, Greater Noida.

I got my servicing done for my Wagon R from Pasco Automobiles.The next service was due after 10, 000 km.But after only 2017 km my car ran out of coolant and the engine became excessively hot.I seriously doubt the credibility of Pasco automobiles after similar complaints from my relatives also.i hope for a quick response from Maruti
I have booked a vehicle with S K Wheels , Navi Mumbai. For last more than a week i am getting false commitments from them , and all I see is that their concern is to bag down payment as soon as possible. They have been insisting me to take the delivery of the vehicle and are saying that they will give the RTO number in a day or two. So far I have dealt with around 4 person in this deal. We have simply wasted our time , I feel I should have gone for some other dealer or some other car like santro. The day I booked the vehicle , I got SMS from the CEO of S K Wheels. His name is Gopalan if I am not mistaken. It was a greet well sms, I think was a general message for all who book the vehicle. Now when I am trying to reach Mr Gopalan, I am not able to do so. Its been a very disappointing experience and I would request you to take appropriate action. It is deteriorating the reputation of the company to a great extent. I am also thinking to post a message on www.complaintsboard.com where every one can see this. I personally like maruti but the experience has been disgusting with S K Wheels. Maruti is one of the best no doubts, but they should be carefull in chosing dealers. New buyers , please be sure that you dont buy unless they give you a complete vehicle. Otherwise you will have to run with a temporary sticker which allows you to travell only in particular area and for a small time period that too.

[protected] that i have to get my car serviced bearing regst no pb 10 ca 6121 on 30.11.2017. the person on phone line committed that tommorow 01.12.2017 our driver will come to you at 9.00 am to pick your car and get it srviced.but no one came .. i ever had a bad expierence from maruti.

maruti a-star is a complete failure
I have purchased a brand new car Maruti A Star. The dealer assured me that the car is completely tested and its in perfect condition. They also assured me that Maruti A Star is very successful car launced in recent months. The dealer assured me they will take care of any issues without any problem. I drove the car home and while I was doing that the Car was over heating and Car over heating sign was on. I repeat I was assured by dealer the car is completely tested my Maruti and Dealer itself but it over heated by the time I reach home. I logged a complaint to dealer about over heating and guess what to my surprise they said there is no problem with my car and there is some sensor issues. I okayed and took the car next day. While I was driving it started giving me over heating signs again. I called the dealer and they said I need to changed the radiator and its a manufacturing defect. I requested the dealer to provide me with a New Car instead this manufacturing defective piece. They refused to even respond me. I logged the complaint to Maruti Corporate Helpline and still there was no response. Dealer is not even getting back to me and also refuse to mention anything about the car. He still has my car in their service station. This is ridiculous. I have been given worst customer service both my Maruti authorised dealer ( Amar Cars PVT LMT, Baroda, Gujarat) and Maruti Suzuki Corporate. I have been calling every 2 hours to get any reponse from maruti corporate and all they tell me is my complaint will be forwarded and someone will get back to me, but its been 3 days I have no response from either maruti corporate and dealer who still have my car which is paid by me. This is stealing according to me. I am an NRI who heard great about Maruti Suzuki. I am very much ashamed how Indian companies are responding to the customer service. I will be reporting this to Consumer Court and will take it to all media if possible. Maruti A-Star has manufacturing defects and they are overuling me and keeping my money and my car. I have not been given a inspection report either from dealer or from maruti suzuki. This has to be worst, I repeat worst customer service by Maruti Suzuki and its dealer Amar Cars pvt lmt, Baroda. I had a terrible month .
I booked an Alto K10 Lxi with AVG motors, Thiruvalla branch for my brother on the 2nd of October 2010 with an advance payment of 5000 RS with a maximum waiting periodof 15 days.
Then what happened is-
Nobody called us to tell the exact date of delivery till 16 th october 2010. We called the sales man and he told us that the car is ready.
On 18th we went the Thiruvalla showroom, then there is no car, they are on transit, is their reply.
So we immediately cancelled the booking with them. Then they started misbehaving, the manager asking me to get out of his cabin when i asked him to give me a receipt for the cancellation .
The manager Mr Shamjith was telling me that they never wanted such clients in future and asked me to leave.
Then i went for the refund money from Kottayam branch. The manager was willing to refund only Rs 4000, Rs 1000 will be charged as cancellation charges. I explained to MS Beena, the manager that it was not fault, i waited for 17 days and iam cancelling it only after promised 15 days, she was furious and told me that nothing can be done in this matter and
' One customer can do nothing on our business ' and i walked away.
I refused to accept the refund as RS 4000.
MY COMPLAINT IS THIS IS THE WAY THESES GUYS ARE SUPPOSED TO BEHAVE ?

extended warranty
I have purchased a Maruti Swift VDI Diesel model (DL5CF 2130) from Fair Deal Pvt. Ltd. G.T. Road, Delhi on 16/04/2008. (Retail invoice no 127 dated 16/04/2008)
I have paid Rs. 4995.00 for extended warranty for which i have there payment receipt also.
2 days back i have observed some oil leakage problem in the car and approched Rohan Motors in Greater Noida. They informed me that there is no extened warranty on my car. I was shocked to know this since i have already paid for the same.
Now the repair charges are significantly high and because of non available of extended warranty i am asked to bear this.
This is unacceptable and cheating on for me as i have paid for the extended warranty. I am calling regularly to Fair Deal motors (Contact: Mahinder Sharma) and they say they cannot help me as Maruti company is not responding to there emails and phone calls.
I was wondering if Maruti is also involved in this scam of taking money from innocent people and no services are given in return !

I complaind to sanga automoble they changed the master cylender and booster under the warranty period unfortunetly not succes condition is as it is. Hi i am Amit, I've given my maruti wagon R to Competent automobiles on 23rd July'10 around 1500hrs and i was commited to get my car on 25th july, i was harresed at the time of delivery & even i've to call police for that.Above all mycar was not deliverd to me on the commited date, because of small work pending on it.the dealer said the mechanics are going this will be done next day morning, so u come next day for delivery we will not ask our mechanic to work on ur car today.For the half hour work i was made to come next day instead of making their mechanic work extra half hour.

We have booked our maruti WagonR Vxi model(The Blue Eyed Boy) on 09-06-10 in ABT Maruti LTD, Madurai.But, we are not informed yet anything about the delivery of the car and not even a tentative date when the car will be delivered.While enquiring the dealer, they are repeatedly saying that "due to the shortcomings of the supply, we can't give you the vehicle".please let us know why the delay has happened?is it because of any fault in the vehicle or is there any manufacturing problems?And also.we will be happy if you let us know a tentative date when our vehicle will be delivered.

I purchased the car Alto LXi from Maruti Suzuki in the year 2004 since on 15/04/2007 I made a complaint for poor painting work, that there is a slight difference in the shades of different parts of my Yellow car, to their Authorised Service Station at Dattapada Road, Borivali (E), Mumbai -66 India. They have attended the same but unfortunately again on 13/07/2010 I visited the same service station and explained to the Sr. Works Manager Raddier and Asst. Manager Mr.Dipesh Kavande they simply rejected the issue by saying that six years has been passed away so we can, t help you.

my entire vehicles bottom started rusting
I had purchased a Maruti Suzuki Alto LX car on 20th January, 2006 from M/S Popular Vehicles & Services Ltd, Kottayam. After 2 months the car had met with an accident & was given to M/S Indus Motor Co. (P) Ltd, Kottayam for doing the entire repair work. I had spent additional Rs. 12, 000/- besides the insurance amount. They assured me that car will be given back in showroom condition. It took around 45 days to complete the work. Finally after getting the car back during rainy days leakeage started from the left end bottom side of the front glass. Lot of rain water entered the car & the entire floor mat got wet resulted in the rust formation on bottom plate & door sides. When I took the car to the above said Maruti service centre they said it was beacuse of the sealing compalint with the dash board & the door allignment problem. Initially they had cleared the complaint & giventhe car. Within 2 days again the same complaint started & this time they had assured that the same problem wont happen in future. But now I am facing the same problem & my entire vehicles bottom started rusting. More over their handling of car during any repair work is very poor. There are lot of scratches on the fibre parts. Now my car looks like a very old car & a bad smell started beacuse of the mat getting wet.
I request Maruti Udyou Ltd. to either replace the car with a new car or ask M/S Indus Mote Co. (P) Ltd. to do the entire work mentioned above including replacing of the fibre parts, rusts etc on compliment basis. I wont be able to make any additional payment sither to maruti Udyog Ltd. or to M/S Indis Motor Co. (P) Ltd.

Dear Sir,
It is with extreme disappointment and distress that I write to you, but I have been left with no choice. I booked a Maruti Wagon R Vxi on May 20th 2010. The booking was made through Popular Vehicles and services. Ltd. (Civil station P.O, Wynad Road, Kozhikode -673020(Perinthalmanna Branch)). At the time of booking, They were told that the approximate wait time will be 20 Days.
I tried to call them & asked for the status of the booking. Everytime, either they had no clue of this or made the meaning less excuses like Maruti is doesn’t give this car etc etc.
I strongly feel that there is lack of transperancy in their system. Either they are intentionally not giving us the booking to use the same some where else or for the means of harrasment. We should atleast know the status of our booking or pendency of booking over there enabling us to track the same. Because we already paid 2 lakhs in DD and Rs. 50, 000 cash And Rs.1000 Advance(Total: 2, 51, 000) . The dealer Demand must pay at least 2, 50, 000 and they demand my old car so I give my Maruti 800 also.
What makes the delay all the more disappointing is the level of service (or the lack thereof), during this period. At no point, not even once, has anyone from the dealer to Maruti called me to inform me of the delay or explain plausible reasons for the delay. Every single time, I have had to call and find out about the delivery update (if any).
Someone known to me booked the SAME car (Wagon R), SAME model (V
xi), from a dealer in Malappuram on the date later than my date of booking . He has received delivery of the car with in couple of weeks or maximum 30 Days.
Even at this point, neither the dealer nor the Maruti is able to tell me a date by which I can expect the car. Not receiving the car is bad enough, but it is completely ridiculous if I can't be told when I will receive the car, after so much of waiting. When I contacted the dealer, I was told that they have no information from Maruti about this. The dealer has forced me to speak directly to Maruti, and hence this email.
After so much time of waiting, with no sign of the car or even a firm date by which I will receive it - is this the treatment one expects from 'India's leading car manufacturer'? Your website claims that your vision is 'creating customer delight' - I can assure you that this customer is far from delighted.
I realize that my situation may not be unique, but I find this level of service completely unacceptable. The least I expect is to be regularly informed and compensated adequately for the delay.

poor pick up, poor milage
I am the owner of a Maruti Ritz vxi (ABS) which I bought on 31-03-10.
I complained of poor mileage & poor pick up within 2 weeks but the workshop manager inspected it & said it was normal.After the 1st servicing I went back with the same complaint.the response was same with a very casual attitude .Now the average milage is 11kms/ltr which was said to 17kms/ltr.
The car dealer is BEEKAY AUTO PVT.ltd

poor after sale service
I bought a Maruti Swift VXI car from Apra Auto, Near IGI Airport on 31st May, 2010. Just after three days I found front left hand side wheel cover was missing. I reported the matter in Customer Care...I go a call asking me of my prb...then was told it was not their job, I asked him then why he called...after that I was given number of Workshop at Okhla...i called and reported the matter..I was called stating that someone will be coming to fix a new wheel cover...but almost after a week someone came and replace the wheel cover...but to my utter surprise...when I went to office one my colleague noticed tht the cover was diff than what i have already in three tyres! This whole practice took almost two to three weeks...height of deceptivness in the hands of Maruti..particularly when it comes to after Sale sservice! Finally I had to send my car for servicing and then got it replaced...But also when I got a call from Service stn Okhla checking with any prb I have with my car..I reported that since i bought this car there is some peculiar but very disturbing noise is coming from left side of my car...but again same thing happened...car was serviced but the problem was not solved...I wrote a letter to GM Okhla...just got a sorry letter...this shows how serious Maruti is now with their Customers whom they have started taken for g ranted...Very Poor...Very Pathetic After Sale Services of Maruti!

Dear sir we have purchased new maruti suzuki alto lxi model just be 4 months back there is an ordenary sterio installed at the time of delivery on my request from chittosho motors. sudenly it gets fluctuting and get on-off on its own. i requested 100 times to the concerned dealer but he told me to get it repaired from out side.
as being an international brand it is very shamefull for the company .i do not want to go in consumer court it is just like a simple indication to you. kindly do not voilate the rule of service otherwise you may found yourself in big trouble.pay s[pecial attention towards as such complaints.
