I have previously made a booking for a Brezza ZXI+ and would like to cancel it due to Delay of delivery & Much scratched fount on delivery time and i have not accepted delivery and return back with my family with a total sadness mood for all. This is something I have not expected from you.
Yesterday also your team came here with a car for delivery with proper coating & colouring etc.Already i am said i am not 0% interest for buying this car and mention this subject in our mail.Your all team has been trying forcefully convinced me 3hours for received delivery and this things first time happen in my life i observed mentally torture for forcefully recieved this car delivery.I am totally upsed and mentally disturb about that matter.
I humbly requested all of you to please look at my condition and I hope you are not disappointed with your customer,So please take necessary action and refund my total amount.
Please revert back to me and confirm that my booking has been canceled. I surely welcome a future opportunity to book one of your cars and I regret that this has happened as much as you do.
