New owner registration change / name change not happened
I sold my Maruti ZenGJ09B3629 to True Value on 25.08.2016.
For exchange to buy a new Maruti Ciaz from Kiran Motors Ltd, Ahmedabad.
Till now the new owners name change has not happened.
I already spoke to Kiran motors, Ahmedabad couple of time,
with no result.
You may please look into the matter urgently.

I buy Chevorel beat (UK07BQ1341) 2012 registration from true value gms Road (rohan motors) Dehradun on 9july2019 for One lakh fourty Thousand Rs.
From the day I have buy this car I am facing problems like suspension, alignment, wipers, fuse box, central locking, fog lamps and Car Engion is also not giving power so I visit true value for this issue, when I purchased this car they didn't tell me that I am the fourth owner and car is also other state transfered, i have visited so many times there for my issue but they didn't help me out, I send my car there about five times for about two three days they do some small work (jugad) but after few days issue come again and again and 1 month ago when I visit there they took me to the local mechanic and he is saying that there is issue in car back compressor, suspension, car IC, and some sensor and if you want to repair you have to pay for it .
I have buy that car from true value because of its good will, they tell me our cars are inspected by engineers but now I realise that I have done a blunder mistake to Trust on True Value. I have spent about 20000 rs on that is that is your tested cars At last I am sending this complain.
Now I will never approach any of my family member or any of my friend to buy car from True Value I am totally fed up with services ..

I went to the True Value in old alwal to sell my Sx4 car, they checked the car condition and they gave 1.55 lakh estimation.
So, i submitted my car with original insurance and RC, but now they called me and told that the car condition is very bad and asked me to take back the car. So, i went to the true value store to collect my car, but the car condition is very very bad.
There is 100% difference in condition when i submitted the car and when i went to collect my car.
Please don't go to true value to sell your cars.

I purchased an used car RC no WB02AB8666 from maruti true value shop Madhyamgram, Kol-700139, WB on 04/04/2019. Subsequently I went to motor vehicles Barrackpore for name transfer and I got information that against the car six nos traffic violation case pending and that was not cleared by the true value shop . They must clear the cases immediately. They are delaying to clear the cases.

I recently purchased a 2014 model car ( maruti celerio zxi (O)/ KL-25-F-8743 ) from the POPULAR TRUE VALUE karamana Trivandrum; upon car delivery they promise two things
1. Car key was damaged and 02 new set keys will provide within 20 days and after 55 days also nothing is happen.
2. Car RC registration will change to my address within 01 month and nothing is happened till now. All required documents are submitted to them and no response from your team.
Till now I have used car only for 50 kilometres and don't want to use car with different owner's name either you fix the problem at this point, or I would like you to take back the vehicle, provide a full refund,
I bought the car from true value because of I trust brand so much, I would have had a lot of the better options were available in the town and I don't want any unnecessary problems or even though I don't have any time to spend for such issues, it was really upset and I lose the trust on you!

I'm Santosh Bypureddy from Visakhapatnam. I brought a used vento car from Visakhapatnam true value in the year of 2016, july 17. As the first car we brought to our family, we suggested people of truevalue to check the car .they said it was damn good no need to spend one rupee also..then we said that we'll take the car to vizag volkswagen seevice and check the car .then the true value people brushed our minds not to go to volkswagen service centre they will charge more to check the vehicle..so we trusted people of truevalue and we obeyed and took the car.. at the time of delivery one of the agent from true value advised us to hve fr Service outside where he knws! Again we trusted him and said okay! They jst took the car from truevalue to mechanic shed directly and charged us 7500₹ again.. we trusted these people and took the car happily! And now aftr months passed we got to knw kms changed from 152000 to 82000 .. and suspension parts gone and we changed its 36000 and coolent take damaged we changed for 28000 .injectors gone 1 lakh rupees.. now aftr months angain EGR gone..55000.. and the volkswagen service people said us that the car was tooo damaged before u brought and to sell they've managed and sold to us..its totally froaud .. we borught car at 375000₹ but till now these 2 and hlf yrs we kept some 5 to 6 lakhs .. but then also vehicle is getting troubled again! We trusted you true value people and you did this! This is very bad from maruthi suzuki true value part! After some months when i called to truevalue person he is talkng to me very rude! This is what a tactice true value do! If some one dont appolozise us .. we would file a complaint towards true value! And share out issue to many poeple and will say them to spread this.. I'm talkng with full of sadness here! I hope i will get a call from maruthi people seeing my mail and solve my issue..

I had brought Hundai I10 from maruthi true value Karimnagar, telangana state.
at the time they said about the car is very well and good condition. but the car gives very poor millage it give 7km per 1ltr. I went to hundai service centre for servive they said the car was an accident car. at the time i had felt very bad then i went to true value at karimnagar and ask the manager to take the car back and return my money back. the manger give answer irrespectively and refused my request. So kindly request you to take the car back and give my money back.

name registration transfer pending more than 1 year
I have purchased a car from Dewar's garage taratala, a Maruti true value dealer on February 2017. But transfer of name registration is pending till date. I follow up more than 100 times and every time they misguided with different reasons. At the time of delivery they even took all the originals for name transfer but no progress till date.
I don't know how to progress further. This bunch of [censor] need some treatment so that they must think twice to harass a customer.
I need some urgent help here please.

It is around 2 months since I bought the Waganor from Maruti True value, Madheena guarantees, hyderabad, till now they are not processing the registration/ new RC to my name from first owner. In fact I feel they are not caring the customers once sale is executed.
How many days will it take to get the RC on my name.

Your company ‘Maruti Suzuki'... is well known and one of the top companies of India... and it is a leading brand... a middle class man aspires a car once in his life time.. and I had the privilege to buy a car from your company.. Recently... but unfortunately.. I had to encounter a series of bad experiences and. also to mention.. a life threatening act.. from the people of one of your outlets in Anand located at Vallabh Vidyanagar, Anand-Sojitra road known as Amar Cars..
I am very disappointed to tell you that on 21 September 2017,. I went to the former showroom in Anand to buy this car... which was a limited edition demo car.. costing around 10 lakhs... and so for your information I had paid an extra amount.. for which the dealer promised an average of 28 km. per Liter.
But unfortunately.. the problems started up from the 3rd day of purchase.. On the third day... the suspensions showed up a problem and.. the cars clutch and break pad vibrated.. above the speed of 80 km... that problem was solved.. but not completely...
After a few days I again suffered a problem.. this time a noise was detected from the right side of the break pad.. I again went to the showroom with my family, but to my disappointment it was only partially solved.
For the 3rd time now, the cars music system display wasn't working properly... so I again went for service...
After a couple of days... for the 4th time I encountered that the gear were hard enough.. so for this problem they removed air from the gear box as well..
But the problem remained as usual unsolved completely...
You will be shocked to know that I went to the showroom for 11 times in 3 months... and to your notice Sir... everytime different persons handled us.. Promising and giving different statements every time. Statements. were changing with person to person... as for then we were extremely fed up with the services and.. we were struck at the thought that.. how is it possible that a new car is facing so many problems..in just three months..?
Exhaustingly.. When for the 12th time I went to the showroom with my family... on last Saturday... of which I behold a proof of recording...
Then they listened to the problem.. And at the end of the conversation said that please take your car to the nearest Nadiad showroom.. We cannot repair it here... to which my mother said that if we have bought the car from here we will meant it here only.
Then... the main CEO of Amar cars.. Mr. Dakshesh Thakkar.. told us that we should go out of the showroom and talk Nadiad outlets see what the problem was.. So.. I turned on my phone camera.. to record his Behavior.
But he denied me to record. and said, If you don't switch off the cam, I won't come along... to his reaction I said.. that I had hovered..11 times to your showroom getting different replies.. and no solution... this time I want to record.. the whole scenario.. and if you are not wrong then you shouldn't have any problem in recording...
At this... Mr. Dakshesh snatched away my mobile.. from my hand.. and threw it on the table.. and to my amazement somebody grabbed my neck from behind tightly choking me... and pulled me back.. and then... 15 to 20 people... all workers of.. the showroom... started beating me mercilessly for no good reason... had the customers inside the showroom not rescued me... I would have beaten to death...
All this happened and then also we stood 25 minutes outside the showroom... and then we left for home... for your good knowledge I also have a recording of video..in which this act was captured.. And for your kind information it is all in CCTV footage of Showroom if they not deleted it.
I will be thankful and grateful to you Sir.. if you consider my matter as a concern for the reputation and image of your company... as well as.. My own dignity...
This is to further inform you Sir.. that this complain to you.. is just for a formality... to state that the Maruti Suzuki showroom owner with staff misbehaved with me... with life threatening acts... to such a dangerous degree...
Also.. I would like to clearly mention that you can take any proceedings... and actions required in this matter as priority... as per your suitability...
But... we will do it in our own way also... we would further challenge them a defamation case... and.. we will share all the videos... and recordings on social media sites.. and press as well... we will be going to the consumer forum and consumer court... and legal proceedings.. Thereafter...
Ø So now Sir... I request an answer from your company...!... do I get any justice or not?.. and please reply how.. fast and..in what ways...?..

A Bad and pathetic service I felt in my life from Indus motors true value ottapalam
I exchanged my alto car KL 51-J-5917 to Indus ottapalam on 1st December 2017
They came and do all paper work and told me there is hold of 20000 rs for HP cancel and it will refund through cheque asap. And I exchanged my car as per their instructions to celerio aoutomatic gear The finance of alto car that I sold to true value closed on December 18 only. and the NOC from magma finance they got on only Jan 1 st week.in this time they are not inform me or not follow up about my cheque. when ever I call to their office or I complaint to head office only one call from Mr Afsal who take my car for true value will call and tell that he given it to RTO but the concern inspector is on leave and he told he will call me and follow up but last day when me go back to Dubai 27-1-2018 I call him about status he told RTO is already join and my paper work will done within two days and he will drop my cheque to my home him self. after I go back to Dubai by belive his promise but today 1-2-2018I call home and ask is they received cheque but no one bring it and there. Is no call from their office for this. For that I call him again but he didn't answer my call even several ring from Dubai
At last I call receptionist and ask about this then she call him and inform me that my paper still not ok my RC book not cancelled so they can't able to process my cheque. what ever I am not satisfied in this if any problem why they waiting for customer to call and enquiries instead why they can't call and inform the customer about status. if this payment is from me they will call me always and come to my home and collect but now it's my need so they are not concerned about their customers and I'm not satisfied in the customer service and after this cheque payment received I will not go for anything to Indus motors. from December 1.2017 to Feb 1 at.2018 they can't clear?

irresponsible behavior and ignorance after getting full payment: beware consumers
This has proved to be the worst mistake of my life that i believed upon these slowpoke and unprofessional bunch of stupids and purchased a vehicle from patel motors true value.
" it's been almost three months now, and they, being so irresponsible, has not transferred the vehicle on my name. According to their process, one has to complete all the rto related work through their agent only. And here is, where we get stuck. Believe me, their agents are just as useless as anything."
"you will always get an excuse in reply, that everything is being delayed from rto's side, and they can't help it anyway."
Their process is just too slow and involves such ill-literate bunch of stupids.
Let me tell you about their faulty process -
1) first, they will behave like you are the most important person in the world, when you'll go there to buy a vehicle for the first time.
2) then, they will make you believe that everything else will be taken care of, and you just have to drive your car home after complete payment.
3) but, as soon as make your complete payment, and drive your car home, they will stop responding to your problems and questions, and the worst part is, you feel so cheated and helpless in such a situation.
Their process says that, the purchased vehicle will be transferred on your name within 15 days, but trust me, those ill-literate cheats knows nothing, and makes promises with a zero guarantee.
Even their senior management will never listen to their lower staff's faults and will just remind you of your mistakes(Even when there aren't any).
Its is my humble request from you to never purchase any vehicle from "patel motors maruti true vale, indore" because i know how it feels when our hard earned money just gets wasted like this.

With reference to my purchase of swift dezire (maruti suzuki) car (petrol version) registration no. uk 08 ab 9654 on 19/08/2013 for rs. 5, 39, 000. this amount was for car and other expenditure to transfer the vehicle to the name of undersigned with the assurance to complete the activities within 15 days or max 30 days..
Unfortunately, vehicle has not been transferred to my name besides of my regular follow ups and informing the matter to your general manager col. shamsher singh.
You are once more finally requested to let me know your final date by which you will provide me registration certificate as this vehicle has not been used since then and parked aside in lack of original document.
You can also take care the loss, harassment and wastage of time of undersigned to follow you and your colleagues, who several time either don't respond or have no specific reply including col. singh and yourself.
We still wish to maintain good relationship with your esteemed organization...

I have purchased maruti sx4 2008 model last year in april from msm okhla, just wanted to share the bad experience of buying a car from true value. the problem started within a week of purchasing a car when I took a ride to go for long drive to himachal.ac stopped cooling after driving only 250 kms near chandigarh. thank god I was in himachal where I don't need ac cooling however I have got it repaired after a week when I returned to delhi, problem started again when I was smelling something stinking inside the car, after checking thoroughly I found foot mat was badly damp as the ac was leaking in side on the left foot mat. although it was not my fault still msm did not listen to my complain and asked me to pay rs 1200 for drying up the mats. my left side window glass stopped working after 5 months, as contacted msm they said it is not covered in warranty. my shockers were bleeding and making noise after driving only 2500 kms. the limit was crossed yesterday when I checked my car after service and found ac was making sound badly which was in good condition before service, also could not open the draw box as the lock was broken during the service. the problem is when go for buying they agree on all the conditions but when it comes to the service show their class. never buy a car from true value.
