MascotCosplay Group Spartan mascot costume

I ordered a spartan mascot costume in navy blue. When it came it looked nothing like the picture that was advertised, but worse than that, it was not navy blue! It was a bright royal blue which we cannot use! I have emailed and called and used the chat feature and I cannot get an address to return the costume to! This makes me nervous for getting a refund!

Desired outcome: Full refund

MascotCosplay Group They take your money and do not ship the item

I ordered a costume and never received tracking. They said to be patient. Days went by and I wrote again. They finally send me tracking but the number is fake. When I call them out on that, they send me another tracking number which when plugged in is also fake and untraceable. I have asked for a refund numerous times...all these requests are ignored.

MascotCosplay Group the worst company! scammers!

This is the worst company to deal with. They say they are in California but they do not answer their phone. I ordered 3 mascots and they sent me garbage mascots that have glue all over them. They will not discuss anything, some Alice replies with the same message. They make you order through Pay Pal because Pay Pal takes their side and does not keep their guarantee. MascotCosplay Group Everything

I don't even know where to begin with this terrible company! I still have yet to receive my costume, and their customer service is aweful... well, in all fairness, they're great at giving you the runaround not providing actual answers. What is the point of putting down event date and paying for expedited shipping if the coustume nowhere to be found?

This is a great way to attract customers. The price is very reasonable. We purchased this for our store grand opening. The quality is good. It arrived when promised. The size can fit many. Very pleased with this product! Would strongly recommend buying.

MascotCosplay Group disappointed

I am very disappointed I was treated this way. I regret I wasted my money and time and forced to deal with them again and resolve issues with a return.
I let them know and they offered another one. I agreed. Another one was not better. Same situation.
I wonder if they understand that their costumes look nothing like the photos? Maybe they have to be more attentive when choosing what to send?

If I could rate lower than a 1 I would
We ordered a panther mascot costume. It was over a month to receive it from China. The costume was the wrong one. We started about 10 different chats with the company. They respond with "I need some time to check on that" and that is the last thing you will receive. The phone number listed at the top of their website goes to an answering service with a European voice. Absolutely no response from the company.

MascotCosplay Group when will I get my costume?

Dear Mascot Cosplay team, please, tell me: do you have customer service or not?
This question doesn't let me sleep.
Sooner or later but I would still be happy to get my Yo Gabba Gabba Plex Mascot Adult Costume I bought for $439!
I wish anyone to pick up the phone at least once! I wish anyone would reply me via email at least once!
Is it so hard to do? What about other customers? You forgot about them as well?
Actually, I'm interested in getting a refund more than in getting the costume. Don't want to out of so much money.

MascotCosplay Group One costume is missing

Terrible company, do not buy from MascotCosplay, the whole thing is just a scam! I have ordered two costumes for Halloween from this website www.mascotcosplay.com. I received only one costume and second one is still missing. When I contacted customer service they did not reply. I used the online contact form I found on their website. Then I tried their live chat, waited for ages and nothing! I want my costume or my money back!

MascotCosplay Group Wrong size and seller is dishonest person

We bought two costumes from the website www.mascotcosplay.com. The seller provided two costumes, but the size of one costume was wrong. We contacted the seller and told him to change it. The seller promised to refund for the return shipping, but after we sent the order back, the seller simply started to avoid us. It was terrible deal and unpleasant services, so don’t buy from this scamming company.

In May of 2021 we ordered a costume. We did not get what we ordered and completely unusable. Several emails sent to their "customer service" resulting in promises to fix it. It has been over a year.

Ordered 4 mascots. Went back to look at my account and everything is GONE! WEBSITE GONE. CUSTOMER SERVICE GONE...
They charged me international charges also!
The number they called me from and "Alice" Is GONE! A SCAM! I NEVER GOT MY COSTUMES! I WILL GET MY MONEY REMIBURSED!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! ORDERED A MASCOT ON JAN 18 WAS TOLD 7-14 DAYS AND RECEIVED TODAY AND IT IS NOT EVEN WHAT I ORDERED!

Similar problem here. Ordered 6 costumes and received only 1. Service seemed OK early on with limited email communication and promise to ship the other costumes within a week. However, the week came and went with no costume. When I tried to contact the company (emails, chats, form, and phone) all I could get from them was "I need time to check it out." ... then nothing at all. The company is just avoiding me now.
