Mavis Tires & Brakes review: Dishonest service and damage to my vehicle at Mavis Tires & Brakes

Im not sure if this will ever get to the proper person withn the mavis coporation. But i would like to tell you about my experience with mavis, lecanto fl location. I had a nail in my tire and went to the local shop that had sold me my tires 2 yrs prior. The person that came out to check my tire was polite and explained that the tire could not be fixed & would have to be replaced. Even though the nail was not in the side wall it was too close for them to repair. I had puchased 4 tires 2 yrs earlier so asked for a price for the tire. A little sticker shock there but knew i needed to do something so agreed to have 2 tires replaced. I was always told if you can not replace 4, at a minimum do 2. So, 2 i purchased. Prior to agreeing i had called somone to verify if i should buy 2 and where would the tires be put on, the front or the back. I was told yes buy 2 and put them on the front. I gave my permission to have the tires replaced and put on the front. I left amd walked to the local store to do a little shopping. Approx 1 hr later my son called & i told him about the tire amd what i told mavis he adv no tires should be put on the back. I then walked back to mavis and surprise the door was locked. Someone came to the door i adv him i was here for the explorer he said everyone went home for the day. I was told everyone clocked out, i said i dont have a car & the person that i left the car with said i thought you had called for a ride adv no i told you i was calling about the tires. I never said i was calling for a ride. The mecanic then came out said he was working on the car and that he would put them on the back he wasnt going to put them on the front. His exact words "i got you car will be ready in the morning". Next day arrive at mavis to now find that the tires were put on the front, they did pull it back in and change the tires. They pulled the car right to the door so i could just get in and drive away. Which i did when i got home i noticed my tailgate latch was broken and the complete back panel was missing. No one said anything to ,me the worst experience i ever had and to be so dishonest and say nothing is disgusting! customer service is absolutely the worst. I would never recommend mavis to anyone.
