Water Reconnection
It has been more than 48 hours and water service was not yet restored. I paid and called 1626 Jan 24 Wednesday at around 6:15pm. I followed up 6 times and even went to the MWSS service office at the front of SM Fairview on 26 around 10:30am. Until now it is already 8:41pm and no one came to reconnect.
I asked that it be urgently reconnected as I have an old person who is sick as well as two small children living with me.
Water is a priority. I was hoping this would have been taken cared of immediately but until now no water.

I already emailed the customer contact center multiple times since 2020 but still no response. I would like you to take action on these matter because its getting casual scenario of Maynilad employees this kind of behavior. How many families need to suffer because of this homewreckers and because you did nothing. Wives and children suffer from the trauma but still no action from your Company. Previous Supervisors and heads of the aroceros branch tolerates it so what they do they continue to wrecked and damage my family.

Good morning, I wanted to file a complaint to maynilad as they have charge us an excessive amount of bill, no one is residing on the property and there are no leaks in the property and was just recently started a renovation on august 29, 2023. their last reading they provided us for the month of July was anomalous since there is no present Reading on the bill and when they handed us the bill for September we are shocked to find out that our bill has gone up from 135 pesos to 12,000 and where would we put that amount of water that has been used? The inspector even visited the premise and didn't bother to listen to our complaint and said that that was the water meter reading is and it is accurate. Please advise and see the attachment of the reading and bill. I'm hoping that we can resolve this as soon as possible because my father is too old to handle this kind of thing.

Water service
Low water pressure, not following the scheduled time, they, Maynilad Water posted. We should be given at least 4 hours, but no. Instead, 1 hour or 2 hours daily. They are not even giving us a water truck supply delivery. They have the audacity to charge us a big amount they do not deserve. Maynilad is the worst water company. This daily water interruption has been going on for years. Take note, years. What date is today? May 6, 2023. Some said that this issue of Maynilad, that they cannot solve, which we don't know why, is going on for 30 years. Very worst!
Desired outcome: Extend the time, and please follow the said schedule. And bring the water pressure up. You have thousands of customers. What do you expect, if you keep the pressure low? How about the other houses.
Sub contractor diggings
Kindly take action on your sub contractor working on street diggings/replacement of old main pipe lines in Rainbow Homes 2 San Bartolome Novaliches QC. Streets are dug up and but contractor did not repair the streets back to its previous condition, making the street not passable for motorist and dangerous to the residents.

No Water Service
This has been on-going for nearly 3 years already. Ever since the pandemic hits, water is only available between the wee hours of the night specifically around 12 midnight to 4am. What kind of water provider only provides what they are selling for 4 hours a day. Everyone has work and we need to stay up late just to fill our water containers. They're water tanks are not enough as well and does not really help with he problem. This is completely unacceptable.

Lahat po nang tao dito ay wala nang tubig na pampaligo, panlaba at ang panghugas nang mga kainan. Umaasa nalang po kami sa mga posong nakalagay dito sa amin, dahil wala lahat tubig, napakahaba ng pila, kung may rasyon man nang tubig ang maynilad, hindi naman po lahat nabibigyan dahil paisa isa lang ang truck at supply nila dito, di sapat para mabigyan lahat nang nahihirapang residendente, isa pa po, marami kaming mga senior citizen, mga bata at mga pwd din na di na kaya ang makapag-igib, napaka laking hirap nyan lalo na sa mga may pamilya na't kailangan magtrabaho pero naabala dahil sa puyat at perwisyo nitong kawalang tubig sa aming lugar.
Please see video attached, this is around 3:00 am on the morning today dec. 29. Lahat po kami nagtitiyagang mag igib sa poso dahil sa kawalan nang tubig for two days straight. Ang abiso pa nga po, hanggang december 30 or 31 pa magkakaroon ng supply ng tubig ulit.
I also attached additional pictures nang mga residenteng nagiigib sa mga posong nandito po sa amin, dahil sa bagal nang supply ng truck nang maynilad, kami po lahat ay nagtiyagang nag igib sa mga posong ito.

Hirap na hirap na po ang mga residente dto, bago po mangyari ito, nagkakaroon lang po kami nang tubig dito sa amin tuwing madaling araw lan, halos wala pang pressure un tubig, tapos dalawa or hangang apat or tatlong oras lan nagkakaroon, mga 12:30 am to 5am or mnsan 4am wala napo. Tapos buong araw po, nang mga 5am or 6am nang umaga to 12:30 or minsan po 1:30 ng madaling araw, wala pong tubig yan kaming nakukuha, gaya nga po nang sabi ko, madaling araw lang nagkakaroon, kung suswertihin, minsan malakas ang daloy nang tubig pero mas madalas, halos walang pressure or halos un tulo nang tubig ay sobrang hina po. At ganito ko po na ito nadatnan pagkatira ko po dito sa jade residences sa loob po nang 2 years na pagiistay ko dito, pero ang aming ibang kapitbahay ang sabi ay matagal na tong nangyayari na halos 4 years na nilang tinitiis ang ganitong sitwasyon.
Please do some action on this, perwisyo at di na po serbisyo ang nararanasan namin na halos 2 years kong pag stay dito sa jade residences.
Nakukuha pa po nilang maningil nang pambayad dito sa amin sa serbisyong puros pahirap at pasakit sa mga customer lang nila.

Meter Man assign in Paranaque ( specifically who work on our area at Clarmen Village Sucat Paranaque , Brgy San Isidro first he will ask for prev billing then offer to downgrade or maintain the billing amount at minimum , first I agree out of good since it about Xmas I give the man money (200php) this was on Nov when we met this Dec for next billing I said I SAID IT WONT WORK OUT coz our usual bill is around 200 max 400. Then he print a receipt amounting 1006.47 I was shock MAYNILAD never bill me this much in my 40 years in Paranaque. Last sept. We applied for maynilad applications until now wala pa daw clearance as per head zone management 3 its still pending for their approval.

Pa request po sana na i check ulit yung bill namin ng august. yan kc ung month na WALA kaming natangap na bill kaya ng pay na muna kami ng 800 pesos ng base kmi s previous bill. and then ngaun buwan ng september nakareceive na kami. and nakita namin na ang laki ng previous unpaid bill namin (aside sa 800 n basta ng pay na lng kasi wala nga narecieve na bill). please check kasi ung duration na yan July to August yan ung wala pang pasok ang mga teachers and mga students and yan ung paalis alis pa kami para magbakasyon. I applied for a new connection for our newly constructed house in Burgos Street, Concepcion, Malabon City last May 2020 with a CAN: [protected]. . We did not receive monthly bill for 4 consecutive months that's why I went to Maynilad office, Potrero Branch and asked for our monthly bill. Maynilad staff dis not issue our monthly consumption bill due to conflict in application fee/connection fee which does not reflect on their system according to her. The staff keep on asking me to show my proof of payment or a photocopy of receipt which I already submitted to Maynilad office.

On August 2nd they cut off my water. Illegally cut it off. You see 1 month before MAYNILAD sent out people that looked at our meter and determined it was faulty. My normal bill is only 130 pesos but in their mind they charged almost 11, 000 pesos. Their is no one on my block that should ever have an 11, 000 pesos bill. I got MAYNILAD on camera saying they will remove that amount and put 130 on the bill. However they did not keep their word. On August 2nd these geniuses that they are disconnected us. But, wait, there is more! this last month even though our meter has a disconnection somehow another 8, 000 was added to the bill making it almost 19, 000. In the slow mind of MAYNILAD they sent us a 2nd disconnection notice lol.
These people are soo stupid scientist can write for decades on it. I do not know what to do accept move because MAYNILADs workers are the dumbest people on planet earth.
