Delayed sending of water bill. My Md's need detailed breakdown of Unpaid previous amount of 146, 295.69. I need a detailed for what month is unpaid for our recon. We paid in advance of 25k dated March 03, 2021, because we don't receive hard copy or soft of billing. I understand of our present situation, but in our part, it is inconvenience, only call center tele computer will just say for disconnection. It is not our fault. How many times I send an email, and calls and just say after 2-3 working days, but it takes months . This is not a personal account, it is a company account. My attention is called by my MDS, napapagalitan na po ako. I hope naman po my request will be granted.We are willing to pay naman our dues, but I can't make payment without any proof of billing, especially, the unpaid is so big. I don't need a voice recorder to answer this problem, I need a hard copy. Hope you can understand my part. I'm at accounting side, it is not acceptable to the signatories no complete attachments and especially the owners. I don't issue payment being blind folded.

Water bill
I would like to get the attention of your office regarding the inconsiderate contractors under your company. The duo went on cutting our water connection without informing us - the owner. As per our tenant who are residing at that time on our house, they disagree and did not sign on the paper that your contractor is asking to get our water meter. Still, they fake the signature and remove the water meter. This caused us havoc and been emotionally and physically violated due to a no-water condition of our tenants back then. This happened almost a year now! And until now there is no update regarding our formal complaint filed 7 months ago!
You are charging us more than p40, 000 for a water bill. There is no leak on our pipeline! Stop putting the blame on us! Our tenants made sure that they paid the water bill you sent for the past months. It's such that we have no receipt kept as who on earth knows that the payment is not reflecting on your freaking system. And after almost 7 months, you are going to cut off our water connection! How on earth happened that there is a ‘reconnection fee' if our tenant did not pay the bill on the first time it was padlocked? I don't understand your process but I am 100% sure there's some irregularities on your system. Your system needs a thorough investigation to fix these errors.
Since no efforts were made, this has to be made public. We have been humiliated due to this. We felt embarrassed because of the radical move of your company towards us. We are going to sue maynilad for hiring incompetent individuals who don't fit their jobs at all.
I would like to let you know that I am in-contact with mwss-regulatory office regarding this complaint!
We lost income on our rental property for 7 months due to your fault.
Please fix the problem that you caused. We understand that you have millions of consumer complaints to face, but this prolonged burden (esp. Financial aspect) that adds to our daily problems, must be resolved promptly by your office. We have exhausted all the means to report it. So, please be fair and understand what we're going through.

It's been almost half a year that our water services was being cut off every 10am - 7pm . We totally understand that they are conserving water to have a supply the whole year. But, everytime the water comes back at 7pm it's disgusting ! There are lot of solid wastes that are coming out like steel rust, sands, worms etc . The most annoying thing about the water is it's awful smell ! It smells like a rotten rat, like mud at a drainage ! We can take no more ! We are paying our bills monthly and this is what we got ! TAKE ACTION ABOUT THIS AND FIX IT !

Excessive bill charges
My usual monthly bill charge is only 130.68php, always the minimum amount, always paid on time. Got February bill and was disappointed as it went up to 1, 050.95php. I dont have any household appliance that could use water, always did my laundry at the laundromat place. I'm the only user at my apartment at nasa work ako 10hrs a day. Guy that works for maynilad can only say "tama yung reading, valid yung bill". Also consulted with landlord and said walang leaks sa mga tubo, though the water is muddy in the early morning this past month. I found out all of us renters in the building has the same excessive billing this month. Your employee can't even explain what specific day nag spike yung water usage, from 6 cu.m. usage to 31 cu.m., with no good reason, only answers "tama yung reading", very incompetent service. I doubt tama yung reading at baka may illegal tapping pa. Please resolve this issue, halos 10x ang increase ng bill this month for only one residential rate class user. This is daylight robbery.

Miles did not take care of my concern about the promissory note on my bill. My bill needs to renew it's contract/ promissory note every start of the year. Every year I came here in this branch and it seems so convenient that representatives don't ask me too many questions and they can resolve it quickly. This person had me run to many person, contact this person whom I did not even know and those people hangs up on my call. So I can e back to Miles and she said, just pay half of the full amount and pay the remaining half next month. How come can am indigent person pay 14, 000 bill just for the water bill? Don't we have any other bills to pay? She is not empathetic! Such a rude representative and she doesn't even know jargons about the service and such. When I say payment arrangement or promissory note, it looks like she's new and asking somebody else what should be clicked on her computer. Like what the hell? Such a crap service! Is this how you train your agents? And also just today a senior citizen customer has problems on the bill too and since she's rude, she had the customer on his verge of heart attack. Damn. The guards even asked the customer if he needs to be hospitalized. She panicked. Lol

I called your hot line 3x and each time I got a different story. The address of my account is Block 5 Lot 6 Payatas road in the name of Oscar Murzo, my landlord but the first notice I received haad my account number but your man said it was for Blk 5 Lot 5 which is one of Mr Murzo's other buildings.
The people (1 & 2) both said they would make the corrections so today I got a bill for: 442.89 which the girl today said it was a mistake to disregard it. However by now it is obvious that your people have no ideaa what they are doing. She also said I still owe: P221.38 (the first bill above which I already paid)
So I need you to review all my bills for the last year and figure out how many times you sent me a bill that wasn't mine and I just paid it thinking you don't make mistakes.
Then I want to go back to paper copies only. I do not need to be aggravated by phoney bills.
Finally, each time I called I asked for a supervisor and each time they told me there was none available. Perhaps someone higher up could have fixed the problem. This last girl just hung up on me. She should be fired.
You have caused me a great deal of pain and frustration by all this together with wasting a great deal of my valuable time. If you don't fix this, I will find who oversees the water companies and sue you. Let them force you to produce your records. Your service is terrible.
In america we have it much easier. The Company gives the service and we pay our bills. You have added trouble to what could have been very simple.

CLEARLY INDICATED on their disconnection notice that they will disconnect if not settled on or before 29th of june... Then someone came june 18 without even talking to anyone and disconnected our water supply. These heartless company should not even bother putting a deadline if the company itself cannot follow. NAKAKALOKO KAU NG TAO AT SOBRANG ABALA NG GINAGAWA NIO! MGA WALANG PUSO! We have 2 babies at home so we had so much inconvenience. I get it that we customers should pay billa on time, bit whats the use of the grace period if you will just do things as you please?!?! You sure are brainless and heartless!

I am precious joy aguilar who is a consumer of maynilad.
I am writing a complaint againts maynilad due to no water supply during the daytime and we can only save water starting from 1am till 5am only. The rest of the entire day no water at all!
It started last april. 19, 2019 when they advise for turning off the water supply starting from 5pm till 6am the next day..
So we save water enough for next 12 hours but right after 6am? No water supply went back and the following hours..
We called multiple times to ask why the water is still not running as per what their advise but they said they are fixing some leaks. Following weeks same lame reason. I even requested for water tank supply but that never arrive!
I called then again on the 1st of may because its taking almost 2 weeks of no water supply at all. We are sending our clothes to the laundry shop because really no water supply in our location in pasay. I even called them and found no water interruption advisory.
As what their call center people tell us, its always a leak to improve the service. But why some of my neighbors can afford saving some water during the day of course not as enough water as before but at least they can wait for the entire day to refill those empty container and do their laundry, wash dishes and take a baths. But for us? Really no water supply at all. We need to keep ourselves awake till 1am onwards to wait for the water supply from the faucet in which is still nit enough to fullfill
Those container in the next 2 hours. This is really a big mess for us esp I am working at night. I even got like 500+ bill from my postpaid to bug them always and follow it up but no action was taken. Found our bill that didnt change at all knowing that there is still an on going water interruption in our area. I didnt pay for that bill because they didnt modify the correct amount for us to pay and now they are sending same amount again? Are they just guessing the amount to pay of their consumers? There was even a time that I wasn't able to come to work because really no watet supply till 1am onwards till next day. I even go to work not taking a bath. I hope that please help us, there is a pumping station near us in maricaban but not sure why cant they just increase the pressure of water for us to at least save some water during the day. This is really a hassle! I am also running out of patience.

water interruption/incompetent engineers/misleading public advisory
Yesterday at approximately 7am (29 April), Maynilad posted an advisory that water interruption will take effect from 12 pm to 3am. Customers including me, experienced an early water supply cut at 8am, 4 hours earlier than mentioned. NOW, people here in Bayanan made an effort to wake up early to do the necessary things that includes water. Unfortunately, water is not yet restored as of 4:17 am due to lack of competence of these engineers and the people behind it. Are you trying to kill us all here? People are getting sick and the only thing that we stick at are your advisories. We need a complete report on this.

Gusto ko lang po iparating yung trabaho ng contractor na nagayos o gumawa sa street namin. okay na ispalto lang yung nilagay nila kahit pa sementadong maayos ung street namin bago nila butasin, kasi may dahilan sila na temporary lang daw yun na walang assurance kung kailan sila babalik pero wag naman sana ung barumbadong trabaho, ispalto na nga pinalit hindi pa inayos ung pagtapal sa kalye.

Irereklamo ko lang bakit naman bigla bigla kayo nagpuputol ni hindi niyo man lang kami inabisuhan at ung empleyado niyo ni hindi man lang kami kinausap diba dapat hahanapin niya muna ung may ari bago siya magputol, kung hindi pa kami magbubukas ng gripo hindi pa namin malalaman. At tsaka nag down na naman kami dun sa previous bill namin huh. Actually hindi naman kami magkakaroon ng utang kung may natanggap lang kami na bill kaso wala naman, so nalaman na lang namin nung dumating na iyong kasunod na bill. Good payer kami kaya sana naman ayusin niyo rin ang serbisyo niyo. At sana din patas kayo sa lahat hindi iyong namimili lang kayo ng puputulan niyo marami diyan na hindi nagbabayad sa oras hindi niyo pinuputulan samantalang kami once lang na delay putol agad tsktsk.. Ayusin niyo ang serbisyo niyo kung ayaw niyo ma tulfo.. 😡😡😡
2 months before ako I meter reading
Jan 9 ako kinabitan ng maynilad ang accdg to their csr 30days bago kami ma meter reading... Feb 9 is our 30 days so supposedly dapat feb 18 nameter reading na kami right? Walang dumating na magmeter reading... So ngayon march 18 nagmeter reading at total n halos e 43 cubic meter... Walang problema s 43 cubic meter kasi yan ang kinonsume namin pero for 2months na yan... And dahil si maynilad e may rules n nag above 10 cubic meter mas mataas ang singil nila sayo per cubic meter... Yun ang concern ko. Ang habol ko kasi rito ung monthly used namin... Mas mataas n consumed kasi sainyo mas mahal ang singil... Using maynilad bill calculator let say from jan 9-feb 18 I used 25 cubic meter it's only php 745.47 and from feb 18-march 18 let say 18 cubic meter that's only 436.50... A total of 1, 181.97... Assuming maynilad read my meter last feb 18 that's the only total I need pay but since walang meter reading na naganap noong feb 18 at pinagsabay nila na lahat ngayong march 18... Sobra tuloy bnbyarn ko dahil lumalabas in a month 43 cubic meter nagamit ko w/c is 2months dapat yan. Mas mataas pa ang maynilad sa meralco ko 1, 400 lang ang meralco ko walang patayan pa ang electric fan nyan ha tapos ang maynilad ko 1, 700 2 bata at 1 lang ako s bahay wala pa kami from 2pm to 6pm...

Good morning this is Dr. Zaina Benitez. May I request the immediate reconnection of the water under the account of Lydia Siringan Acct. # [protected] MRU 105071 DMZ: p42 in Mejorada Brgy Batingan Binangonan Rizal. The account was paid last February 24 via M. Lhuiller 2:09pm. As per notice. The account is payable on or before Feb.24 2019 and we were confident that it was paid within the allowable date. However, our water was disconnected last Feb.26 2019. We request for immediate reconnection since we have complied with the said dates. Kindly reconnect it ASAP if possible today since we have kids in the family. Attached here with are the proofs of payment and the letter indicating the said deadlines. Thank you very much!
my bill received is unexceptionable
Maganda po ang pag babayad namin sa inyo at hindi po kami nag kukulang pero bakit ganito para naman hindi makatao itong bill na tangap namin Jan 2018 1, 400.37 tapos itong Jan 2019 8, 699.48 para naman na kalahating taon na ang pinababayad ninyo sa amin 6X payments po ng na recived namin ang natangap namin eh" wala naman na bago sa pag gamit namin ng tubig masnagtitipad pa nga kami tapos ito ang ma-received namin na bill. Grabe natin ito kahit kayo po ang makatangap magagalit ka sa natangap na bayarin. Paano na lang ito sino po ba ang dapat kausapin dito at ilalagay ko ito sa social media ng makita nila bakit ganito ang naging bill ko.
