I bought a Maytag Washing machine from Lowe's in Brunswick, Maine in November of 2022. As of August 2023, my washer stopped working, was making sounds and lights were flashing but washer wouldn't switch cycles after filling. I contacted your service department and they set a date for September 21, 2023 for the Appliance Guys to visit my residence and diagnose the problem. I had to wait 3 weeks for this appointment without a washer and I have a family of 6, which means I had to utilize the laundromats which is expensive. About 8.00-10.00 dollars per load. The Appliance Guys then determined it was burnt out wires and needed a new control panel in which he came back that following Saturday to fix. Washer worked until October 31, 2023. It then broke down again and will not fill with water, makes whining sounds and clicks to the DONE cycle plus no lid lock. I called my landlord to have them check pipes/water supply in my apartment and those were fine. I then called Maytag again to schedule service and no appointment available until November 27, 2023. I find this unacceptable and this once again leaves me without a washer for almost a month! I have emailed you once already and no response, call wait times are long and I have also reached out to the Better Business Bureau!
