They promised a lot of things but didn't fulfill any of it
They promised a lot of things but didn't fulfill any of it. They're scamming me for my money. They promised everything to be 1.2% for everything but instead, they charge us 2.57%. They said no other fees. They promised if I went with them, they would help me get a *** cash advance, but on 03/19, I tried to get the cash advanced like they promised, and they said they wouldn't help. They also said no contract. They promised a clover flex, but they never gave it to us. They charged us $*** for a clover station, clover mini, and clover flex. I never got the clover flex. I got charged $183 when the account wasn't even open. I signed up with them in March and I am very unhappy with the overall company. I demand a refund of $*** and $183 and for my account to be cancelled without absolutely no fees! (Termination fee, cancellation fee, damages fee, etc.)

We are Idol Nails & spa. They are trying to charge us $*** for a termination fee and damages fee.Because they lied about the fees and the contract. The sales representative told us no contract. And the fees were nothing like they promised, they promised us 1.2% and they hid fees and are making us pay 4.57% for our monthly fees. And when we cancelled, now they are trying to charge us $***, when the sales representative originally told us NO CONTRACT. The sales Rep *** promised us no contract if we were to go with us. They told us if we bought the equipment that they would get us a loan. They did not follow through with any loan/cash advance. We bought it for $***,clover mini, which is 3 times the price other companies sell it for. They told us it would help us with facebook, and marketing, but it isn't doing any of that. And they charge us 99/mo Then when we told them we were going to leave based on dishonesty, they suddenly are trying to charge us a $500 termination fee, along with $*** contractual fees. Can you believe that? They want to charge us $*** out of nowhere, as if us leaving causes so much damage. That isn't right, the sales rep told us that there was going to be NO contract, and not only is there a contract, but a huge penalty on top. This is completely unacceptable! Honestly, we have damages from switching to them with totally unmet promises, our old company was better than this one. Now the Vietnamese sales rep is harrassing us everyday saying we need to pay the ***, and that we are the ones being dishonest because we won't pay. Ridiculous, this company is SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Unbelievable!

I'm requesting your assistance in resolving a dispute with MBN- Merchant Bancard Network and Payment Lynx. I may need to file a separate complaint against Payment Lynx, as I can't address both simultaneously. Included are our email exchanges and their misleading ads. I sent MBN a final email on July 15, to end the contract I wasn't aware of, but they directed me to contact Payment Lynx. I only learned of MBN when they emailed me the contract. A salesman from Payment Lynx, John Smith, had been offering me a fixed monthly rate since April . On June 12, he repeated the offer, but I had to purchase equipment to start. I sent two checks to their address, which I'll attach. I received the devices on June 30 and began using them on July 1. By July 3, I noticed daily charges of 0.4% from my bank, not the promised fixed rate. John Smith then claimed I had to use MBN for a month to get the fixed rate. When I called him on July 14, his boss, Ms. Lee, tried to convince me to stay with MBN and charge customers extra for card payments, which I refused. They planned to charge my account daily and claim the extra fees were paid by customers. This scam has depleted my savings during a tough time for my business.
