McDonald's Distribution of food

I went to the McDonald’s in tinley park, Illinois on 11/6/2022 for breakfast. I was given someone else order in which I went thru the bag to discover that it was someone else’s. I explained to them I had the wrong order and they then went to give the order to another car. “I thought once an order the left building it could not be given to another person “? I then waited from 10:58 until 11:15 before I was given the right items. I am most upset that they passed on a meal that I went through to make sure it wasn’t mind. Aren’t there sanitary precautions that they need to follow? I didn’t have a big or complicated order at all. I know I don’t want any order after someone goes through it. I do not have any accounts except an email account. [protected]@msn.com

Desired outcome: To discuss this procedure with the company that have to be responsible for this large mistake.

McDonald's Service

I want to do in my order on one of the machines would not let me pay by card so I had to go over to the desk the girl who stood there serve another customer whilst helping another colleague she walked away from me and the other colleague said there was someone waiting there and looked back and said “ oh [censored] sake” and walked back to me she did this in Front of the shift manager which I spoke to about this and he just said he didn’t hear anything

McDonald's I didn’t receive my order and was charged

I placed and order at the McDonald’s on Tegler Drive 11/4/22 at 9:54pm. I ordered and picked up through curbside and it was missing everything but the drinks and 2 orders of fries.

I didn’t see this until I got home.

I tried calling the store numerous times and no one answered. I would like my money refunded

McDonald's Product and Service

I bought a cheeseburger happy meal with extra pickles, extra fries and a sprite. I then added an extra cheeseburger to my order with extra pickles. I get home only to find that the cheeseburgers only contained the buns, burgers and cheese, nothing else. I called my local McDonalds to let them know but was told I would have travel back out to bring the food back to them to replace. I refused to return the food because it was not my fault they messed up. I was told if I didn't bring the food in for replacement then there was nothing they could do. I am so discussed with McDonalds anymore.

McDonald's messed up order

Good day

this morning i went to centurion mc donalds and i ordered the chillie cheese fries and asked for extra jalapeno and literally got a mess i can't even eat, i didnt even get extra jalapenos i got the normal ones

i am very disappointed in the service delivery, because how do you expect someone to eat something like that also why didnt i get my extra jalapeno because i paid for it.

i want a refund or the same order

McDonald's M&M McFlurry

I ordered my normal $5.60 M&M McFlurry and received no chocolate sauce inside the cup only soft serve and M&Ms. This makes me mad as I’ve always loved my McFlurry’s. Now sadly you have now lost a loyal customer. Thank-you for listening and please fix this mistake for the future. This happened on the 3rd of November at 7:34pm. It wasn’t even the fact that there was no chocolate sauce on my sundae it was the fact that when I asked for some the counter lady snapped at me and was very rude.

McDonald's Orange juice and customer service

I went to the Linda Vista McDonald's at9:37am on 11/02/2022 and got to the order screen and no one answered so I had to go to the window where you pay to order then I get up to the window to get my order and they gave me a small orange juice when I ordered a medium. This is not the first time this McDonald's has gotten my order wrong. Very unhappy I lost money because they gave me a small and I paid for a medium. McDonald's Bad service robbing people

To Whom this concern

I am not very happy.

Not at all for more than 2 months Lephalale McDonalds does not have flake’s for their soft serves this morning I got there ordered 2 x egg Mc muffins with orange juice and the first replay was we do not have any juices and I am like what the hell, ok what do you have I have asked and the man who helped me said that they have hot chocolate and cappuccino. I then decided ok give me 2 cappuccino instead of the orange juice for you do not have it. I had to [pay in R14 because of that not even me the clients fault here but ok. Get to the window for collection immediately they ask me to park in the parking and I replayed no there were no cars behind me it’s not even a big order I mean seriously, then I saw them at the cappuccino machine they struggle with it after 5minutes the already got my food that I paid R97.00 for then after another 5 minutes the man comes sorry man we don’t have milk. No really that is not customer service I just asked at the previous window what was available and now you tell me it’s not what it’s going on I lost it waiting so much time waiting for something they don’t have I ask them to refund my cappuccino and gust what they only refund me R14 for 2 x tall cappuccino’s, how on earth is that possible?

i have been phoning head office at [protected] as well as the branch at [protected] for the last 40 minutes and not one of them answers.

I expect an explanation for this, this is not customer service

Desired outcome: i would like them to tell me why i only got R14 back from R97 for two cappuccinos, think they must close this branch. tlet me know how we are going to solve this

Say the opening time is 5:00 am and at 5:22 it’s still not open. There is currently 6 cars in the drive thru waiting to place a order. No one has greeted us or anything! This is outrageous and unacceptable! The managers and staff all have nasty attitudes! Does not care at all. This is the worst McDonalds in Evansville Indiana! Terrible terrible service! The place needs to be cleaned up and hire new employees.

McDonald's Not being paid final wages

I was employed with Mcdonald's located 201 E Lincoln Rd Kokomo, In 46902. I gave my two weeks notice and have now been waiting 5 weeks for my final pay check. This has been very stressful and unfair as I have been waiting patiently but it seems as though my kindness has been taken for granted. Times are very hard right now and no one should have to wait this long to be compensated for work already provided. I am a college student and have cost for material for classes that have to be paid out of pocket. Don't know if there is anything that can be done, but thought it should be addressed so that it doesn't keep happening.

Desired outcome: Would like to be compensated immediately and not have to wait a total of 6 weeks for my wages which would be 11/11/2022

McDonald's Always closed

Every time I go there after 10pm they say their systems down and can’t serve customers. Just change your hours of operation to reflect what you’re doing. Honestly the range and frequency which they use this excuse I doubt it’s actually their system rebooting as well just they don’t want to take orders and have no supervision.

McDonald's castle bridge and the app

Ordered through App on phone 2 breakfast double bacon egg mc muffin meals drove to castle bridge Nottingham store

put pick up at restaurant

carpark shut when arrived with cones , no notice parked in lidl walked across explained to someone outside as i wasn't allowed in

that it shut due to maintenance from 6 am

asked why my order was accepted and it states on app you are preparing it

and taken my money told nothing they can do

asked for cash refund as i cant do anything now as money taken from my account for items i not had

surely this is ilegal /?/

asked why their no not temporarily shut down as i know other McDonalds have done this to prevent this problem

McDonald's Mobile App

Every time I go to this McDonalds I can never order through the app. I think they don't know how to handle those kind of orders. My order was $16.72 with the 20% off coupon it came to $14 and something. When get to the window the guy tells me I owe $10 more after they charged $16.72+ twice. Now it was just $19.74 on my card. They refuse to give me the food I paid for then I was told they refund my owe order. SMH THEY TOOK MY $19.74 AND MY DAUGHTER AND I LEFT WITH NO FOOD AND OUT OF $19.74 UNABLE TO GET SOMETHING ELSE

McDonald's incorrect order twice

As I'm writing this message, I am so furious and disappointed with the way I was treated at Mcdonald's Church Street in Pietermaritzburg. On 26 October 2022, I went to buy Sausage and egg muffin breakfast, I waited for almost 30 minutes to receive my order, and when I arrived at the office, I discovered that I was given a Hash brown muffin, I went back to rectify that, and the manager was laughing as if nothing wrong happened. I went back to the office only to find I was given the very same Hash Brown Muffin I returned. I went back to Mcdonald's for the third time, I then requested a refund because clearly, they didn't want me to buy what I needed.

First i walk in and the mexican music was so loud was playing on a portable speaker. second nobody was in the front and can hear them in the back laughing i had to scream 3 times before anybody came to help me. i ask the girl why nobody was in the front to help she just raised her shoulder...

McDonald's Lack of products such as ketchup as well as mcflurry and the loaded fries

So it is with utter disgrace and very disgruntled at the same time that i have to mention the lack of service and products at the Bellville branch.On the 24 Oct 2022 at 19h58 myself and my brother took a family for supper of which in total we spent almost R800 and still not received ketchup, also they were out of stock for a number of items for the 2nd time in a row such as the loaded fries and mcflurry of which we wanted to purchase. My question is how do you do your stock inventory as it is at a peak time for the fast food places being month end?

McDonald's 2 of the staff girls were very rude: aarti and saba and they lied twice to us.

This incident took place at Mc Donald's, Tardeo (Crossroad). Two of the staff members Aarti and Saba were very rude. They kept me waiting for 10 minutes, took orders of others who came after me and took my order at the end once everyone else was done. We first ordered three Mac Saver combo which we have ordered earlier and they were very reluctant that they can't give us three but only one and we will have to order one online when we tried ordering it online there was payment issue so we were unable to do that so they gave us only one Mac saver combo while we actually wanted three. They lied twice to us first they told us there is no coke and we will have to take Blueberry or something which would cost us additional 29 rupees but then we saw other people taking coke so then they had to give us coke and they told us straws are over but we saw people who ordered just after us got straws. I have been n number of times to that place and I saw the two first time handling the order counter and they were not able to manage it. Also they were very rude with another customer who ordered from two different mobile but they were like you already redeemed it while he was actually showing the two different orders on two different mobile. This incident took place on 26th October 2022 around 3:30 pm.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate if the two could be little kind and not so rude and also not lie next time and give what the customer asks as we have got it previously 3 Mac saver combo and don't keep such combo if you can't afford it.

My son ordered us breakfast on 10.26.22 at 10 a.m. exactly on the receipt. He was sent to parking spot 8 and left there for 40 minutes until I called to ask what was going on. She was very rude and said she'd find out what happened. She brought the coffees to my son and walked away saying nothing. After 45 minutes our food is now cold and inedible. Not even an apology was offered.

McDonald's Disrespectful cashiers

I had placed my order on the self service machine then the machine did not print out the receipt of my order so I go and explain to the cashier on what happened. He tells me that the machine had to give me a receipt but the machine said I should tell the cashier that my order is no. 7. He answers me with an attitude that I should swipe my card again then goes to the back where they Prepare food and gossips about me. He got the receipt of my order at the back and not from the self service machine that I was using. He sends another colleague of his to my table while we're enjoying our meal to bash the receipt at the table. Those cashiers are really disrespectful. They made me feel like I'm the wrong one wherein I don't work at McDonald's and clearly the printing on the machine did not work. It's their responsibility to make sure that the paper is enough for prints out for orders. McDonald's in Roodepoort, opposite Wilrogate, the guy cashier has an attitude problem and that lady Tsholofelo. Why do they work with people when they don't know on how to solve problems that arise at work? But instead they can gossip and bash tbings into their space.
