This goes even beyond McDonalds, but I am tired of going to all of these fast food places and no one can understand English. We are told that you cannot fire someone for not speaking English, but yet you can be let go for not speaking Spanish. Something is definitely wrong here. The last straw was this morning when I went to McDonald's I ordered what I wanted drove to the first window paid and then drove to the second window to pick up my food. The girl hands me my food and a coffee and I told her I asked for a Diet Coke. She just looked at me, and looked around at the other people, then figured it out. I got my Diet Coke then I asked for salt and she just kept saying salsa, and I kept saying no salt, then once again she started looking around, then figured it out. I realized she had filled my Diet Coke to full and it was coming out of the top all over and filling up my cup holder, so I grabbed the napkins and started cleaning it up, and I looked at the girl and asked for some more napkins and she just looked at me and I kept asking for napkins, and she started again looking around, I was really upset at this point, and told her I need some more napkins now. The girl turned around and got the manager and she came over to the window, and asked how she could help me, and I told her I need napkins because my drink is leaking all over. The manager handed me that napkins and apologized, because she new I was upset. I told her that they need to hire people that can speak and understand English.
Part of my family immigrated here and they spoke German in the home and English everywhere else, they didn't expect for everyone that was an American to conform to them, they adapted. The other part of my family is Cherokee Indian, and they are as native as you get and they even learned English. Why is it that only Hispanic people from Mexico are aloud to have a culture, and me as an American citizen are not aloud to have a culture, demand that English be spoken only, and why are my rights less then people that have broken the law to get here.
I was in Mexico a couple of weeks ago, and no one there was bending over backwards to speak English to me or give me something for free, and I didn't see an American's down there working in any of the places we went.
Something is really wrong here, and we need to make this corporations accountable for the people they hire. Maybe start hiring young American kids that speak English and would like to make some money while going to school.

My fiance works at 5316 mainstreet in williamsville ny 14215. He has not received any breaks when he works there and has worked several hours past his shift. He also has been underpaid since october of 2022 after completing the serve safe assessment as a manager.

Why can i not get frappe with point during breakfast time? I save points just for this and now they wont let me get 1 in morning but can in evening?
Everyday I go inside McDonald’s on 51-35 northern blvd woodside ny 11377.
They tell me everyday that the milkshake machine is out of order going on two months like this.
The cashier very disrespectful they was suppoto open at 5 then she yelled and told me get outta line cuz they not opening til 530.Alot of cars are pulling up and she steady telling everybody they closed
I ordered from the touch screen menu I put my 10 in the machine and my order didn't go through basically it took my money and gave me 3 of change and it didn't give me a receipt
I just wanted to inform you guys that I got a 10 piece chicken nugget and one of the nuggets had a bone or similar item to a bone in it, which I started to choke on. I want you guys to be aware of this as if some child was eating the outcome could of been extremely bad.

This is now the 3rd time I have ordered a delivery and somthing has been missing from my order always seem to be a fries but it not the point. If I order some thing a expect to get it!
Raw Fries- the last two times I have been to the Beaconsfield St Charles Quebec location the fries were undercooked, resulting in raw potatoes taste. I could not eat them.
I also always order my burger plain with lettuce only as 100% of the time, they get it wrong.
I ordered through mcd apps to pickup. I bought 3 pcs of k-hack style zizan razak. I bought it as a regular meal. But i did not get the spicy k-sauce. I really disappointed with it because i really want to try it.

i ordered a big mac medium at 9 o clock in 4/8/2023 using mcdelivery but the order did not come and they money had already deducted order 307
I went to the location 3300 Leonardtown Rd Waldorf Md 20601 on July 28.2023. I ordered the quarter lbs meal. the Burger was over cooked and dried out. This is the 2nd time at this location. The burger was thrown in trash . I did tried to reach someone but the receipt had the number un readable. I have pictures..
I visited McDonald's in Yadkinville NC today. I chose to eat inside, the temperature inside was HOT and there was an ABUNDANCE of flies. Today is August 12, 2023 at 6:00pm
The staff did not said they do not have available what we have ordered and just pretended they have what we ask for and gave us a McGriddle. I couldn’t eat it as it was sweet. I have called them and said she doesnt know what was going on because the staff knew they dint have bagels and she just hung up on me.

I live 8-10 mins down the road and decided to take a drive thru order. I ordered a Large Big Mac combo and my meal was very cold.
I did not get my receipt unfortunately. I have an image of meal.
I had to go re-heat it. I would like either a refund or a voucher for another order.

They need to get their ice cream machine fixed. Can never get a cone without it turned upside down in a cone as it won’t stand up it’s soggy; The McFlurrys are mushy and runny.
Good morning. Last week morning I order through the app. Went I get there to pick up my order got cancelled but they charge me . I am disputing with my bank but they want me to dispute to you guys. I never got my order it was a big breakfast for my daughter .is enough we waited 20 and never got my meal .and still got charge .

Everytime I got to McDonald's in Carthage it does matter what time a day it is or what day it is. You can never get ice cream or any frozen product.. they always say it's not work.. well in that case take it off the menu. It's crazy. I just don't understand why..
Hi I ordered today which is the 20/10/23 at 11.19am and only received part of my order my order number is c316b and was from the luton store my order is missing big mac chips and fruit bag this has happened to me 2 times in a row now. I'm very up set I'm paying this money and not receiving what I order I also didn't get straws with my order.

Went to McDonald's today. Whoever they got in the kitchen needs fired. Got two McDoubles and two mcchickens the buns where very flat and the sandwiches were very messy. The only thing that was good was the fries but I'm paying 5 dollars for were half full everything I come. Will not becoming back. Very disappointing.
Worst mcdonalds in the Northland, hands down. Manager Zack is TERRIBLE! Dirty, food is terrible, 35 minutes and they couldn't manage to put a McChicken together.
Adriana is a new employee to your store. Her attitude is the best. She always has a smile for everyone. Even with the angry few she keeps the positive attitude going. I love seeing her when ever I am there. Your new manager Roberto Moreno also a huge positive to your store. Your staff is one of the best around town. Thank you.

I ordered a customized cheeseburger which I a charged extra for but when I got my order it was plain without the extra toppings I requested and paid for. They obviously don't pay attention to well at store #2830
i order my tea at mc donds at nutal road nottingham england i orderd it around 5 ish didnd get it till 19 32 when i got it was stone cold not eatable at all the number on my order bag is 6341 the orde came too 12 somethink i want a full refund please tryed to speak to mcdonds o phone but waste of time
On three separate occasions I placed a delivery order from the Hueytown store. I ordered the double (x2 for a total of 4) apple pie on each occasion. Each time I only received 2 apple pies. This was through DoorDash but since the bags are sealed isn't it the restaurants responsibility to see that the order is correct?
