My members cannot rsvp for events. One member, Christy Malone, just sent me a text saying when she tried to rsvp she had a message from Meetup saying she had to buy a membership for $84.00 a year. She is a dues paying member of my group who is very unhappy! The same occurred for Carol Terrone. Another member said he, too, was not allowed to sign up for events.
As the group moderator I tried to rsvp for them as I used to be able to do when someone couldn’t rsvp but now I can’t add them to the event.
The Meetup service gets worse and worse and getting help seems unattainable.
I am going to shut my group down and get a refund of my moderators fee if I get no resolution and file a complaint with the BBB.
