As someone who values wellness and quality products, I recently explored Melaleuca and was pleasantly surprised by the range of offerings. The non-toxic cleaning products and supplements have truly made a positive impact on my daily life. The customer service, although not perfect, has been responsive and helpful. While there were some challenges with returns and cancellations, the overall experience with Melaleuca has been rewarding. I have been a customer of Melaleuca for over 21 years now. Melaleuca manufacture the best, safest, most economical products in the marketplace. The products have made a great difference in my health and the health of many other people that I have referred to them. I was a very busy High School Principal when I started as a Melaleuca customer and after I realized that I didn't have to sell anything, stock or inventory anything, or pick up and deliver anything, my wife Mary Martha and I decided to start referring our friends and relatives to the company. After they all saw that they or no one else could get hurt with this great company, they started referring customers to Melaleuca also and we and many of them have built tremendous monthly residual incomes. The company takes all the orders, collects the money, does the paperwork, ships the products and sends us a check every month for just referring and helping others open an account. We and many of the people we have referred to Melaleuca have been free to live life on our own terms for many years now. I highly recommend Melaleuca to anyone because I know they all need our exceptional products at reasonable prices, and I know they all need money!

Full disclosure: I make a PT living as a Melaleuca rep. I am a businessperson who does not trust MLMs, so when I decided to do it as a business I drove straight to Idaho Falls from Edmonton Canada to meet the execs and even suggest new product ideas (which they mostly adopted based on market demand). After thorough due diligence I learned that it was originally purchased as an MLM but soon converted to the insurance model of compensation. (Talk to your insurer to find out how their comp model works.) Melaleuca requires a membership and an immediate purchase because they know you'll fall in love with their products if you give them a chance. Smart business! And if you don't, then get all money back and cancel! Easy.) I don't find them secretive. Join with an email address to purchase direct--without becoming a member--and you can see all the prices. Or ask a member to email the price list! I honestly think the negative reviews are from people who've been burned by MLMs in the past, which I understand. To those people, I challenge you to find a low-pressure Melaleuca rep and ask them a million questions so you can find out more for yourselves. They should be willing and patient sharers of solid info. If you feel pressured, find someone else. Hope this helps.

Before I enrolled in 2019, I was skeptical like many who think this is another one of those BUT my opinion changed when I enrolled. Before I made the decision to enroll, I was informed that this was like a "loyalty shopping club" with lots of perks. They tell you there is a back up order if you ever forget to shop. Everyone who enrolls another one has to explain and do the complete overview of the store/manufacturer before they enroll. This is imperative so the enrollee is informed. I read complaints about getting products they didn't order but if they were not informed of this before or they forgot to shop in the month, the company sends a back up order. It is in the agreement! This is part of being a member. The products are excellent and most of them unique. For the quality, you get great discount plus other perks like loyalty shopping dollars, etc. You save on quality products. Most products are natural and some are organic. They are mostly non-toxic or biodegradable. There are many people who are just customers and there are others who want to go the extra mile to build a business from home. Whatever the decision of the customer, everyone can refer someone to shop at the store and everyone can earn by referring others without even thinking on building a business. Always check with your enroller or team about Melaleuca's business side. I love to shop at a good price. Is it all perfect? No, neither I am. Did I get a bad customer service experience? Not at all. A Life Free of Toxins, Harsh Chemicals, and Carcinogens!
I have been taking daily medications from my physician for high cholesterol and hypertension for the past 30 years plus since I was in and exited the military. I was reluctant at first about the benefits but instead of being "reactive," I chose to be "preventive," as I researched the Fountain of Youth. Melaleuca had a 90-day challenge and would refund all my money back if I felt there was no change in my health. I took a full blood test before the challenge so I can compare it after the challenge. Hell, what could I lose except get healthier? I did not change any of my routines except I started replacing our cleaning products that had all the FDA warnings, toxins, harsh chemicals etc., but I started taking Peak Performance for Hearth Health.
I am pretty active for the most part and three months later, I took a complete blood test and physical. My VA doctor was amazed that my cholesterol was all in the normal range and my blood pressure was 128 over 68! She asked if I changed anything over the past few months. I told her the only thing that changed was the taking of my supplements and getting rid of harmful products in my home. She wanted to see me again in 6 months, and 6 months later the results were pretty much the same. I was taken off of the "statins" for the cholesterol and she still wanted to see me again and continue to provide my BP readings in monthly periods before she makes the decision to remove the pharmaceutical medication for hypertension!
I am ecstatic about my health! Living a healthier life based on prevention is better than fighting illnesses and diseases after the fact! My wife and my entire family are now living a better life removing most toxins, chemicals, and carcinogens if not all.

Melaleuca Saved My Life (Multiple Sclerosis)
This company saved my life.
I was severely malnourished but didn't know it. I have Multiple Sclerosis. I was literally taking 42 supplements everyday from 4 various mail order "so-called" top quality, doctor formulated brands. So, I didn't think I was so malnourished. My doctors resisted testing my nutrients.
I had been in a car accident which triggered MS. I had it before too but nowhere near as bad as after the accident.
Prior to the accident, I ended up ordering Melaleuca because I had used them many years ago and only quit when getting a divorce. He got the membership and I just never had the funds to rejoined. Then came my MS diagnosis. I insisted that my doctors test my nutrients. They did it twice and both times I was so low that I can't believe I was functioning at all. However, since they're in the business of "PRACTICING MEDICINE" and not practicing cell repair and rebuild for healing, they quit testing me and my neurologist actually barked at me saying, YOU DON'T NEED VITAMINS!"
On my own I began searching for supplements (before remembering Melaleuca) and bought into commercials that became part of my algorithm from my youtube searches. I felt some changes initially. But, then as other symptoms increased, I started trying to figure out my next step. I had become so weak, I suddenly aged, my eyes had drooping with pink on brown eyelids on ivory skin, my feet and legs felt constantly frozen, I couldn't regulate my sleep, I had bad irritable bowel syndrome and bounced between constipation to diarrhea. I would get, gas and bloating, had difficulty swallowing, my teeth were breaking, my hair was falling out, my nails were paper thin and peeling and eyes hurt while losing my vision a little more each year. I had horrible brain fog and I lost my short term memory along with my word bank. I even struggled to remember my 5 childrens names. It was so bad. I often couldn't get out of bed due to back spasms, vertigo, pots, low blood pressure and having no energy.

I was MISERABLE and leaving a note on my bed for the person who may find me after I died in the night. I also developed night time seizures called nocturnal focal seizures. It was incredibly scary.
Many months later, I managed to get Melaeuca back when that same friend found out how far down hill I went after the accident. 1 month into taking the Peak Performance again, I started reversing my symptoms. Then, I added their protein, collogen, Fiber wise, and enzymes. In 5 days about 80% of all of my symptoms resolved 100%. (I believe it normalized my stress hormones and made it so I could handle stress better. My body wasn't hyper-reacting to everything). The life disrupting event of not being able to work was killing me by flaring up my MS.
I added their Mela-Out for sleep and hair, skin and nails and Advantage to support the collogen. Now, after only 2 months, my nails are normal, my hair quit falling out, my face is starting to fill out again, My digestion is normal, my bones don't hurt, I stopped muscle wasting and gained back 10 pounds of muscle and bone. I had dropped to 112 ponds after my accident, but am at a healthy 122 pounds now with no added fat. My nerves in my feet only flare up a small amount if I get emotional (even watching sad movies), I haven't have seizures at night, I can swallow again. My brain fog is gone 100%. (Though my memory still struggles) It's actually easier to say what I still have. Other than occasional nerve problems when I get emotional, I still can ignite back spasms if I'm not careful (but that's accident related), I am sleeping more regularly but still need a little more improvement. I was only sleeping 2 hrs at a time randomly, whenever my body said NOW! I passed out. Now I get about 7 hrs at a time but it can be 22 hours between sleeps. However, I don't pass out like before. I go to sleep. So DIFFERENT!
I definitely need that to improve more, but I haven't even finishe one jar of Mela-out yet.
I Still struggle with accessing my Word bank but no where near as bad as before. I don't feel like I might fall all the time and my pains in my hands only hurt after writing pages rather than just writing my signature. I have regained my fight for life, not just life, but total health.
However, insurance doesn't cover vitamins and I was gifted these by a friend. I can't afford them so I will probably lose them again. I wish somebody would fight for insurance to cover supplements. It doesn't feel fair. And reviews like this one are so maddening! People don't stop to think about the damage their words can do for those of us who really benefit from the ONLY thing that truly works to save our life. It's not a game about how pleased a person is on how the financials went. It's reality.
I just want everybody to know, each of us have our own bio-individuality and NOTHING works the same for everybody. I say try it if you are really in need. I believe MOST people LOVE it. But happy customers don't find themselves wasting time in reviews because they're too busy sharing the good news one on one and living and loving life. I just fell upon this site because I was trying to Google melaleuca's research to see what I could learn about HOW they pull this miracle off in my body. Then, I saw this and it is entirely misrepresenting of the facts. I'm going to copy and paste this as a main review because this is just plain SAD that these people get wrapped up in their hate this way. It makes me wonder how they relate to the world around them in general. I may paste this to other negative review comments, too.

I gotta tell ya, Melaleuca is the real deal! I've been using their products for over 17 years now and I can honestly say that they have changed my life. Back in 1967, I had my spleen removed and my immune system was shot. I was constantly getting sick with bronchitis, sinusitis, and pyelonephritis. Shady and Deceitful: My Experience with Melaleuca
I joined Melaleuca in May of 2022 after a friend recommended it to me. At first, I was hesitant because of the monthly minimum order requirement of $50. As a new business owner, my finances were not yet stable enough to commit to such a monthly expense. However, my friend assured me that we could work something out.
Unfortunately, the first month I couldn't afford to place an order, Melaleuca sent me a random "back-up" order that cost me $70. I tried to return the order by taking it to a UPS store, but I was told that they couldn't accept it because there was a hazardous material sticker on the package. I made a second trip to the UPS store, but I was still unable to return the package.
I contacted Melaleuca to ask for help, and they sold me a return label for $10. I then called UPS to arrange for them to pick up the package, but I was told that it would cost me an additional $13 because I hadn't purchased a label with the pick-up paid. Since no UPS facility would accept the package, this was the best they could do.
I contacted Melaleuca again to explain the situation, but the customer service representative suggested that I lie to UPS and hide the hazardous label. I was shocked and disappointed by this suggestion. I had planned to continue my subscription once my finances stabilized, but after this experience, I no longer trust Melaleuca.
In my opinion, this company is shady and deceitful. I would not recommend doing business with them. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

A few months back, I got introduced to Melaleuca, a company that sells vitamins and supplements. My colleague, who is a saleswoman for the company, recommended their products to me. Melaleuca Membership Cancellation Nightmare: Fraudulent Charges and Shipment Despite Cancellation
I became a member of Melaleuca in March of 2020. However, due to the financial strain caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, I decided to cancel my membership in June of the same year. I spoke to a representative who assured me that my membership had been canceled. However, to my surprise, I received a text message in July stating that I needed to contact Melaleuca to avoid a late payment fee of $10.
Upon logging into the website, I discovered that my membership had not been canceled and that there was a pending order that required payment. I immediately contacted Melaleuca to rectify the situation. However, the representative I spoke to informed me that my membership had not been canceled and that I needed to write a letter to cancel it. I was taken aback by this as I had already spoken to a representative who assured me that my membership had been canceled.
I requested that a manager review the call to confirm that I had indeed canceled my membership. The representative then informed me that the policy was to write a letter to cancel, which I did on the same day. However, despite canceling my membership, I was charged on my debit card on July 10th, which was the card I had initially used when I first became a member. I had since replaced it with my credit card, which I had informed Melaleuca of.
To make matters worse, the order that I had canceled was shipped on July 10th, even though I had already informed Melaleuca that I no longer authorized them to use my card. When I contacted Melaleuca again, I was informed that my membership had still not been canceled, and the order had already been shipped.
I am extremely disappointed with Melaleuca's lack of empathy and honesty. I initially became a member to support a friend and liked the products, but due to financial constraints, I had to cancel my membership. Melaleuca Review: A Complete Scam - Don't Waste Your Money!
Melaleuca is a company that I would not recommend to anyone. The only product that I have found to work is Melamagic, which is great for getting rid of stains. However, everything else is a complete waste of money. The worst part is that it is impossible to cancel your membership. They make it so convoluted that you end up keeping it. They say that it is only 34 points, but that actually means $57 per month plus tax and shipping, which equals $80 per month. They purposely force the "point system" so that you end up buying more than you need and paying more than $80. It is a complete scam.
To cancel my mother's membership, which was under my name, it took me almost a month. They needed my mother to "verify" that she could talk to me, and the questions they asked were ridiculous. They were questions that I could have quantified by giving them to my cleaning lady. Everything was under my name, including the billing address, shipping address, login info, and email address. It was an absolute joke. They did everything to make it impossible to cancel.
To make matters worse, they try to sell things that aren't even cleaning items, like a wax melter. I bought one and the wax melts, but the melter wasn't melting properly. They sent me a whole new one, which was good, but the bulb burned out within a month on both of them. No one sold the bulb, and I looked for months online and locally at 20-30 different stores. I finally found one that worked, but when I went back to the site to buy more wax, it was sold out. Apparently, they realized that the product was garbage. So, after buying a crap product, I got about a month or less out of it before I could no longer use it. I ended up going online to find more wax, but none of it melts. Literally none of it. The product is garbage.
In conclusion, I would not recommend Melaleuca to anyone. Unless you plan to spend "34 pts" on a vat of Melamagic, which is unlikely because they won't let you, it's a waste of money. If you cancel, you'll have to give them your first born or a kidney... or both. Don't trust this place.

My experience with Melaleuca has been absolutely terrible. I was approached by one of their independent representatives who gave me a Zoom overview of their products and program. They claimed that on average, people were losing 10 pounds in 10 days using their products. At the time, I was on the carnivore diet and losing about a pound a day. However, I was convinced to try their program instead, as they promised better nutrition and a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
I spent over $150 on my first order, but it was sent to my billing address instead of my shipping address. I had to call customer service to have it sent to the correct address. Unfortunately, I was unable to start the program right away due to the flu. However, I was informed that I needed to make my second order because it had been a month since my first order. I had to put more money into their products without even trying them out first.
When I finally started the program, I followed their instructions exactly. However, after the first 10 days, I had only lost 5 pounds. This was a setback, as I was previously losing about a pound a day. I agreed to give it another 10 days, but only lost 2 more pounds. After 20 days, I had only lost 7 pounds instead of the promised 20 pounds.
I contacted customer service and was informed that I could get a full refund if I was not satisfied. However, I had to pay for shipping and send back everything, including the empty containers. I had to pay $10 to ship everything back to them. Today, I received an email saying that they received the items and I was only being refunded $61 and some change. I spent close to $250 on both orders, but they are only refunding me $61 for unused product.
This is not a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I am absolutely furious with this company. They do not stand behind their word and their products are not as good as they claim. I do not trust this company at all.
In my opinion, Melaleuca is a scam. I was scammed out of my money and a month of my time. The representatives told me to give it a full 20 days to see if it actually worked, but now they are refusing to refund me because I used all of the product. There is no way to return product when they tell you to use all of it first to see if it works. They stole close to $200 from me and caused me to miss my weight loss deadline.

And to my surprise when I checked the coffee there was a cut and all the powder was sprinkle all over the products I ordered. Now I don't feel safe to use the coffee since it was open when I received it. This is hilarious whoever prepared my package "DEE"

Melaleuca's Online Ordering System: Glitches and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, I've had some issues with Melaleuca's online ordering system. It's had a few glitches here and there, and it seems like the company isn't too keen on fixing them. Just last month, we put in our order for February, but then their system went ahead and sent a "backup order" too. Now, this backup order had some products in it that we hadn't used in over a decade - like, seriously, who needs that stuff? And we definitely didn't want two orders for February. So we reached out to the company to let them know about their mistake, but all they said was that we'd have to pay for shipping on the refused package. Like, what the heck? They're making us pay for an order we didn't even place, and then they're charging us shipping to send it back to them. That's just not right.
And it's not just this one time, either. Every time I've reported an issue in the past couple of years, they've always tried to blame it on me. Like, come on, guys. I'm not the one programming your website. It's just really frustrating to deal with this kind of customer service. I mean, I get that mistakes happen, but it's how you handle them that really matters. And in this case, Melaleuca just isn't handling it well at all. So if you're thinking about ordering from them, just be aware that you might run into some issues.
Interesting assessment. I guess it's how you approach customer service. I have been a customer for 7 years. Dont referred maybe 4-6 people in that time period so not actively building the business but the products are hands down amazing. Cleanest my clothes and towels have ever been. Also with the cost of inflation their products are cheaper than what you would pay for at the store because of the concentrate. With regards to customer service, I have always had an amazing experience. Something broke, they sent a replacement, something wasn't right they fixed it, one of my orders even was sent to the wrong address and they sent out a whole new box of stuff. Yo, listen up. I gotta tell you about Melaleuca. They be trippin' with their whole "forcing you to buy stuff" situation. I tried to get a refund through UPS, but they never received the package. They told me that they couldn't refund my money. Finally, Matt told me that they would refund my money, but it would take up to 10 days to process. I was skeptical of this claim, as I had already been told to wait for 10 days before. My bank informed me that as soon as they received the refund, it would show as pending in my account. However, I never received the refund.
I called Melaleuca on April 4th, 2023, and spoke with Jence. She informed me that they couldn't refund my money electronically, but they had sent a check on March 28th, 2023. Unfortunately, I still haven't received the check. I am disappointed with Melaleuca's lack of professionalism and reliability. I also discovered that some of their products are harmful, which is not what I expected from an all-natural company.
I had been a customer of Melaleuca for four years, but I have now closed my account. I was helping my daughter by ordering products for her, but I have decided that it's not worth the money. I've been seeing a lot of people promoting Melaleuca lately, so I decided to give it a try since their membership was only $1 at the moment. I placed an order for $140 CAD (either $90 plus shipping or $140 with free shipping), but when the package arrived at a UPS office, I didn't receive any notification. I had to check my order on the website to find out where it was.
When I opened the box, I found that most of the products were of average quality, and some even contained harmful ingredients that weren't advertised. However, the essential oils were good, and the laundry detergent cleaned well but had fragrances. The shower gel smelled so strong that I couldn't stop sneezing, and the sunscreen contained Avobenzone, which I wanted to avoid. All the bottles came without dispensers, so I had to buy them separately. I haven't tried the dish soap yet, but the ingredients list isn't very good.
Now I'm trying to cancel my membership because there's no way I need $90 worth of products every month, and there's just no way to join them. However, the email bounces back, and if I don't cancel by the end of the month, I'll receive a box full of stuff I don't need and have to pay for it.

So, I got this deodorant from Melaleuca, the women's Herbal deodorant, and it was a total disaster. After just a week, my underarms broke out in a rash so bad that I had to stop using any deodorant for a whole month to let them heal. It was really terrible! I thought maybe my underarms just didn't like it, but then I started using their Herbal Shampoo and Affinia Ultra Moisturizing Conditioner less than 6 months ago, and now my scalp has been itching like crazy for a whole week. I'm in agony!
I finally decided to read the ingredients, and I was totally shocked! The shampoo has sodium coco-sulfate listed as the second ingredient, which is a synthetic detergent that's not safe for you. And cocamidopropyl betaine is listed as the third ingredient, which can cause cancer. The conditioner has dimethicone crosspolymer as the ninth ingredient, which can actually increase skin irritation if you're exposed to it for too long, and it's a non-biodegradable chemical. Both of these products also contain phenoxyethanol, which is a known carcinogen, and if you use it for a long time, it can cause organ damage.
I feel really bad for not doing my homework and reading up on their products before I bought them. And I feel like Melaleuca misled me into thinking they were a natural company that cared about their customers. I really believe that these products are so bad for you and your family! If you don't use these particular products, you should definitely research the ones you do use. Be aware and inform yourself!

Literal and obvious pyramid scheme, but that has nothing to do with my problem with this company. No, that reason would be the forced, incredibly excessive monthly orders. What happened with the first unwanted order? I'm glad you asked... after paying out of pocket to send the order back, they claim they did not receive it and did not refund me. Yes, essentially I paid ~$100 for absolutely nothing as they have all the products they sent me without my knowledge or consent. Unless you require large monthly shipments of "cheap" cleaning products, please do not waste your time and money going through this headache.
I have had the this mailbox for over a year. I have had only one major issue with them and several minor issues. The current issue I have not been able to update my new debit card on the website through my account but I am constantly racking up charges. I have spoken through customer through chat and I am told the same thing. Still no resolution to my issue. I have received emails about how to update the debit card on the account and I am still unable to. Then when I contact customer support I am told the exact same thing as the email when I have already let them know that it does not work. I just want to be able to update my debit card and delete the piece of mail that I am being charged storage for which I have already picked up.
I bought this service and didn't realize it was a monthly charge as I never even once used it or logged into their website, couldn't even tell you what my address was. the billing emails must have been going to my spam. when i realized this and asked for a refund (they could clearly see the address had NEVER been used to receive ANY mail) they said no. So, my daughter started selling Melaleuca products to help her pay for rent and expenses while she was going to college. I decided to sign up to help her out and I like natural products. I was only using the products for a few short months and broke out into a rash from head to toe. I ended up in the ER a couple of days later because nothing was helping them go away. I decided at that point in time that I wanted to quit ordering the Melaleuca products because what I went through was awful. It is nearly impossible to cancel your membership once you sign up. I tried for literally two weeks straight to get my membership canceled because I did not want to have to pay for a product I no longer wanted to use. I even contacted the guy my daughter was under to help me out, and it still did not work. Today I called customer service back, and the guy told me a different way of canceling my membership. I think I was able to get my membership canceled, and I guess I will find out next week. I went in to take my credit card and address out, and it would not allow me to do that. I am not impressed with how they handle things at all. It should not be that hard to discontinue using a product that you no longer want to use. I would not recommend getting into a membership or selling the product.
My daughter was told that if she could get eight people to commit to buying, she would get a $400 gift card. It took them three months to get the gift card to her. Not impressed! I mean, come on, three months is a long time to wait for a gift card. It's not like they didn't have the money to give it to her. It's just not right to make someone wait that long for something they earned.
Overall, I would say that Melaleuca is not worth the hassle. The products may be natural, but they are not worth the risk of breaking out in a rash. And if you do decide to sign up, be prepared for a battle if you ever want to cancel your membership. It's just not worth it. I've been using Melaleuca products for over a year now, and while they're not terrible, they're not the best either. One issue I've had is with their ordering system. They're supposed to send a monthly pack of merchandise, but sometimes they add extra items to your order without your consent and charge you for them. After several calls and emails, I finally spoke to a customer service representative named Hannah on October 12, 2021. She asked me to send an email to a new email address that wasn't even on their customer service list. The email was supposed to go to a manager named ***@melaleuca.com. Apparently, this manager was in the bathroom during my call, but Hannah was able to wait for her and call me back to confirm that they received my email requesting to cancel my account.
I hope this time it's true and my account will finally be canceled. Sorry for any spelling mistakes, English is not my first language. I hope this review helps anyone out there who's having the same problem as me.
Unauthorized billing
Since May, I have been getting unauthorized billing from melaleuca. I have no idea how it happened so im sorry if my complaint may not seem believable. I woke up one day, checked my bank account & $32.00 was missing. I didn’t think anything of it since I heard of melaleuca but then it just kept happening every month. I never ordered anything from them, i never tried their products, hell i don’t even have an account with these people! I have tried more than once to see if i had a subscription with them i just forgot to cancel but i can’t even login on their website because i don’t have an account! The ONLY reason I'm not giving a ONE star is because there is literally ONE product that works - Melamagic - which gets rid of stains. PERIOD. Otherwise, it's a complete waste of money and IMPOSSIBLE to cancel and they make it so convoluted you end up keeping it. It's their MO. They say, "only 34 points!" It means, $57 per month plus tax plus shipping, which equals $80 per month. And they purposely force the "point system" so you can't arrange it so you set up 34 points and you end up buying 38 or more. NOTHING is 34. So you end up paying in excess of $80. And to cancel? My god... It took me almost a MONTH to cancel my mother's membership which was UNDER MY NAME. She needed my mother to "verify" that she could talk to me. The questions she needed answered were literally questions I could have quantified by giving them to my cleaning lady. Seriously. EVERYTHING was under my name... Billing address. Shipping address. Log in info. Email address. It was an absolute joke. They did everything to make it impossible to cancel. And lastly? And this is a good one... They attempted to sell things that weren't "cleaning" items. Like a wax melter. Ok, cool. So I buy one and the wax melts. The melter wasn't melting properly so they sent me a whole new one. Good on them, right? You may think. But the bulb - on both (because they let me keep the first one that didn't work) burned out within a month. And NO ONE sold it. I looked for months. Online, locally at maybe 20-30 different stores. All didn't fit. Sockets were too big or the bulb was either huge or wattage was weak. I finally found one, 45 minutes from me, that worked. I bought all of them! I finally ran out of wax, and went back to the site to buy more... SOLD OUT. So I waited. SOLD OUT. Waited again. Then I realised, not only were they sold out, there were no more wax melters. Apparently they realised the product was GARBAGE. So, after buying a crap product, I got about a month, or less, out of it, before it I could no longer use it. I ended up going online to find more wax and none of it melts. Literally none of it. The product literally IS garbage. So now I have all this wax that probably works with any other wax melter, but the one this shoddy company sold me.
Don't trust this place. Unless you plan to spend "34 pts" on a vat of melamagic, which is unlikely because they won't let you. It's a waste of money and if you cancel you'll have to give them your first born or a kidney... or both.

You are so mistaken. I have shopped with this company for 10 years and during that time have shared it with and helped enroll over 50 customers. Five of them have wanted to withdraw their memberships (all due to finances, due to losing their jobs), Each of these 5 asked me how to quit, I got them online with Melaleuca, got the needed instructions and within 10 minutes each of them was finished. Easy to enroll, best products ever and easy to quit if you decide to.

This company finds vulnerable women and lies to them. The products are toxic, they are NOT a "wellness company". You are not allowed to promote their name for a reason; they were SLAMMED years ago for lying to consumers. They're still lying to consumers but now more discrete. I was treated by the company like I'm the thief. Not only me but also to my members. When I go to buy products, they want to look at my Identity Card, Even when we bring our Employment pass which is verify by Government also they do not accept (IC had been accidentally left in office), not only that, they want to look at the face and check you are the IC owner (Who the [censored] will give own original IC to others?) then only can buy the products. When I told them one of my member is currently having business trip in Singapore (I'm from Malaysia) and ask me to buy the product on behalf, they said cannot, she must come by herself with her own identity card then only can buy the product. What kind of the company this is? Which company request people to show their identity card in order to buy things? we are not stolen your things and WE PAID FOR IT! and at the same time, they allowed others people to help their members to buy, not helping 1-2 members to buy, but more than 20 members as I can see the new members kit there is more than 20. What a double standard? is this fair? you should treat your customers assume that they are thief? What did we stolen from your company? We pay you and yet what the hack we get? I had been in melaleuca for few years but had been stop for purchasing last 2 years due to some personal reason. I had return to melaleuca this year with excited that I will reuse the product and wish to learn more on products and how the business plan go. Unfortunately about 2 weeks after sign in to the online pages I found out the page had been block. I call melaleuca service center and was told that my account temporary under investigation. Ok... Although I did not understand what kind of investigation is going on, but i'm willing to work with company. The problem now is, melaleuca always said that you are a environmental friendly company, but why now I can't even check on the latest product and read for product information? If like what the melaleuca service center told us, they want us to personally go to the shop and buy, it's ok for us to buy at shop, but why all the information on product also cannot been see? We had to always take the product book to read and introduce to others. Why make us so difficult? What's wrong that until the extant that the product also been block from us to view online? Is it the current policy of melaleuca is do not welcome new user? Then why not just close the shop? Or all the products understanding must be waste the paper to print out and read? And the worst is the print out must be buy from company for about 10 ringgit. Or melaleuca think that new user do not need to read and understand on what they are using?
Are you kidding me? This is an ethical company and wants real customers like us. No onetimers that dont know what is going on. 20 years with them and they are fantastic. This is not an avon or party plan.

I'm a young single mum, my son and I have been sleeping on my mum's sofa and living out of my car, the absolute last thing I need is this lot taking my money. Over the last 2 and a half months they have taken 450$ off me and I haven't even made a order?! And leaving my acc in overdraft and making it extremely difficult to buy food, put gas in my car and causing me alot of stress I do not need. Sort it out melaleuca stop ripping us all off! I want my money back!
