On February 2nd I ordered 3 suits from them. But one suit was two small. So I contacted them to update the size.
It was several hours before I heard from someone. When I heard from them, they claim "the system" did not recognized my address, so they couldn't proceed with the order.
So I told them to cancel the order. Because if their system couldn't follow a simple task, than I need to find someone else.
On February 5th 12:14a, they acknowledged the cancellation. But at 6:20a they told me due to a 24 hour policy, I can not canceled the order and that they will ship out the product anyway.
So all in a sudden, their system now recognizes my address. The same address I use for Amazon, Temu, eBay, ECT.
They want to hold to a order I didn't received, don't want to receive or won't accept if they ship these items to me.
All because they don't want to give me back my money.
So I filed a complaint with BBB, FTC, a consumer organization within the county they are working from.
My next step is the Attorney General of California.
Meanwhile, I will lorging a dispute with my card issuer.
