Merry Maids review: The cleaning service

On October 12 I hired merry maids for an easy move out cleaning. After three hrs. At $140.00 an hr they claimed they were done and leaving. Upon inspecting the home. Keep in mind no furniture is in the house to have to clean around left me wondering what was actually done for three hrs? Countertops were dirty, floors had yet to be mopped. So I called in and they were quick to want to send a team. All I asked was for a different team as the first team did a poor job. They agreed and said no problem. The resolution team ended up being the same team that didn’t clean before. So, I obviously called the office to which they replied that it’s a different team and clearly it was not. I asked the office to have this team leave. I asked to speak to a manager and get a full refund. 1. Management seems to only want to communicate through text. These people are Complete scammers. No sense of self pride or care for the franchise owners business. After all the fuss we are still in limbo on a resolution. I personally want a full refund and they are acting like 50% is all they can return. Complete BS. I have 32 photos however they are not uploading. If there is someone I can email these too I don’t mind doing that also.
