Shady company
Shady company. When you call there are people partying in background. No show twice going on the third. Cheaters. Hard earned money down the drain.

I requested a refund on a downpayment ($145) originally back in 3/24. Made another request in 5/4. Still nothing. And no news. I have called 3 times and documented my issues.
January 19 Mr. Dwight E President Mesa Garage Doors *** RE: Proposal *** Dear Mr. E: I would like to take this opportunity to share my experiences with your company, Mesa Garage Doors. The following is in chronological order. November 12 - This was our first appointment with a salesman. I took off work in order to meet his for our estimate. After waiting until after the time estimated for his arrival, I telephoned Mesa and was only then informed that the employee had called in sick. I then scheduled an appointment for the next day and had to take more time off work. Why didn't Mesa call me and inform me of the no show and to reschedule? November 13 - Met with Sam C and received an estimate and an install date. Made a change to the order for an additional garage door opener. December 4 - Our install was scheduled from 12 noon to 4 pm. At 4:20 pm, I called Mesa and asked where our installer was. I was told he wasn't going to make it and we were pushed to December 5. December 5 - Installers came and wanted to build down. We did not like the looks of that so the installer took new measurements, contacted Mesa on speaker phone and we were all informed that we would have to order custom doors. We ok'd the order. December 30 - Contacted Mesa again to schedule the delivery of the new custom ordered doors. We were scheduled for today. January 19 - The installer showed up, took measurements, removed our door and the told us that we would have to have a build down. I said no we didn't want a build down and we again had a speaker phone call with your office. Only now were we informed that the door cannot be made in a 7'3" size. We told the installer to put our door back on. After some time, I heard a honk from the alley. It was your installer. I said I needed to see if the doors still worked properly. He told me that I had to put the sensors back on and he sped off while I was yelling "WAIT." First, I have spent many, many hours waiting for salesmen, installers and many more hours on hold with that obnoxious guitar music. Second, I am shocked at how inefficient your company is run. No one knows what anyone else is doing. No one knows the product, not even your salesmen. Which brings me to the point of your salesman. Sam C was great up until the problems began. I have texted him and emailed him over and over again and he has disappeared. Apparently, as we were informed just today, he was supposed to contact us for the ordering of the custom door. That never happened. In conclusion, I have heard you on *** for years and have purchased two doors from you in the past. I will never do business with your company again and I will recount my experiences with *** and spread it far and wide on social media. I have never been so frustrated and spent so much wasted time dealing with any business. Please contact me if you need clarification on any of the above. Sincerely, //*//
Had a manager come by to provide a bid, we were told they needed a $100.00 deposit, we gave, they took. After reading *** reviews decided it was decided NOT to have them do the job. That was last September...we are still waiting for our refund which we have requested numerous times. Next step small claims court.
I would give Mesa a minus 10 if I could. I had an appointment for today from 9 am to 11 am. Mesa was supposed to call me 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know when they would arrive. Apparently Mesa had the wrong phone number. Representative claims he waited until 9:10 am and left. I called him (he had left his card) around 9:30 am. He told me he has about an hour away. He could meet me at 1pm and would call me when he was on the way. At 12:50 pm I called him. He explained that he was behind schedule. He showed up at 1:45, was extremely rude and tried to give me a hard sell. I asked him about styles and materials. He had a brochure which he claimed was "not up to date". When I made the appointment by telephone the operator told me it would take about 3 weeks to get a garage door once it was ordered. representative today said 2 to 3 months. He spent all of 10 minutes with me after I had waited 5 hours for him to show up and rudely walked away and said he would email me. DO NOT USE MESA GARAGE DOORS.
Mesa Garage Door is terrible. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE> After 9 years, one of the panels in the garage door unit fell out leaving a 44 1/4 inch by 16 inch gap in door. When I called Mesa to ask them how to repair, I got no answer and was told to contact ***. ***. They did not have telephone number only a website. So, I am sitting here with animals that go into the garge and now cant and I don't have a clue how to fi x this.

Had garage door serviced for close to $200. Some weeks later I noticed a severe grinding sound of metal on metal when closing door. Called to have them come back and try to resolve. Was told on phone That service was a one-time thing only and any work would have a new charge. After going back and forth I was able to at least agree that if the issue was exactly %100 something the tech did than could “possibly” be free of charge. Scheduled appt. for between 8am to 12 pm upcoming Sat. along with a promise the tech would call 1/2 hr before arrival. Low and behold my tech turned out to be what is referred to as a no call, no show. I called them a little before 12 and was told she would call another office and try to find out what happened. I asked when I might expect to hear back and was basically told, when they get to it. So 2:30 pm rolls around and little surprise , I hadn’t heard a word so I called back. After giving every single detail to another person (for the 3rd time Including the initial call I waited again. So that was Sat. It’s now Tuesday and I have not received any call from anyone at Mesa. That’s my story. You can decide if it’s the kind of thing you’d like to deal with.
DO NOT USE MESA. I ordered a garage door in May . Today is December 11 and still nothing. One excuse after another after another. Customer Service is their answering service...rare to get an actual employee and when you do, they haven't any answers. Owner Dwight will not take calls or answer emails. Everyone is confused. RUN! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
Worst company had a schedule 7-9 appointment on December 24 it was 8:45am no show so I called to see what happened. Katherine answered they called mark the tech and the response was oh thought I wasn’t going to work. Well if this is how a company runs don’t do business with them run what joke of a company don’t believe the commercial
Worse company! If you still have time to back out Do it now! Before you regret it!They Ruin my family new year vacation! They suppose to install my new garage on the 18 dec. no show no call, they reschedule me on the 31 dec 2020. No show no cal. If I don’t called i will not know! I told them that I will reschedule our family vacation just to accommodate their schedule of installation this 31 dec in advance. But it happened again. Since the beginning I emailed text and call the manger Sam. No answer! This is a warning! NEVER DO BUSINESS on this company. I just canceled everything! Just put ur money to a small company that had good reputation!

Don’t deal with this company! They are the worst I have ever dealt with. They have cancelled on me twice and I have good reason to believe they will cancel a third time. All they say is their guy is out. Their advertising is false advertising! Service is not a priority. *** Laguna Niguel. They have told me I won’t get my deposit back. I will.
What horrible communication and service. I sat on hold 30 minutes listening to the recording talk about world class customer service. World class garbage! First time, the cancelled on the estimate with no call back or communication. Just an email. Second time, I got an estimate and they came out to install but then disappeared after 10 minutes. Hours later I call and someone says they had the wrong estimate. No one bothered to communicate that until I call hours later. Third time, with the reschedule from the issue 2, they call as they installer won't have room on the truck to take the existing door. I tell them I still want to keep the appointment and I hear nothing back and no one shows (9am). 4:30pm I'm still waiting for installation or communication. This company is ripping people off.
Worst service ever! Arrived late (after 5 pm) for 11 to 1 scheduled service, NO masks on any of the 3 installers in my closed garage for 2 1/2 hours, scratched door, dirty hand prints, screws left on floor, NO mask by employee who showed me how to operate and sign paperwork! They called the next morning while I was working to ask about service. I said I was unsatisfied please call back in one hour... no call back. Since then I have called 6 times, waited on hold 15 minutes or more and left a message asking for a person to discuss issues...NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK! I even called/texted the salesman and he just told me to keep calling and asking for a return call. This is the worst customer service ever! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Also, they tell you there is a service charge for credit cards so its better to write a check. They cash it right away leaving me unable to stop payment or dispute charge for disreputable service!

Can I add a zero star review?
Can I add a zero star review? Is this a possibility? We had our door installed in August--it was a horrible initial process with missed installation times, uncashed checks on their part, etc. Then, the garage started falling off its tracks. We were without a working garage door for a month as they sent people out three different times (a week apart each) to try and fix it. It was fixed on the third try (maybe fourth?). No compensation other than a warranty extension (after I threatened to take them to small claims). We were also charged for work (which we knew had to be done) three months after the invoice--to which they had no answer as to why. Then, today, we received a $300 charge for literally no reason, no invoice, nothing. After three hours of calling (and being bounced around), I was finally given a refund... but, and even though it's their fault, we were told it wouldn't be credited to our account for several weeks. Mesa is the worst company I have dealt with (and not just construction-wise... the worst company overall).

This was the worst experience ever
This was the worst experience ever. We paid Mesa 400 dollars to fix our Garage door that had fallen off its hinges. Once the tech came he fixed it, and left a blunt in our garage. Two days later the garage did the same thing and fell off the hinges. This time worse than before. They gave us a 2 year guarantee. We called back multiple times to finally someone calling us back and they sent out another tech 2 weeks later who then said he could not fix it on his own once he arrived and that the company would send someone that coming Monday which was 2 days later. No one showed up we called *** on that Monday to only talk to a answering service. We told them we wanted our money back and were told someone would call us back. We left 4 messages. No one has returned our payment nor reached out. We need our money back for a terrible job Mesa did not complete or even repair the so called job they were supposed to be hired for. They are quick to take your money and quick to not answer your calls.

Paid $1,384 (check) for 2-car garage (no windows, as requested by me on) [protected]. It was supposed to have insulation (there was none) and there were punctures in the panels. I Called for a return visit from the installers. They spoke little English but managed to point out the "insulation" but there was none visible. When the Santa *** Winds blow, It feels as though the doors will come off and the garage is freezing cold at night. I have been calling for two months what I found to be an installer's phone number, but I never can get connected. I feel that this transaction was a proverbial scam, but all I want is a return of the money that I paid.
We had a problem with the install of our garage door. This is ongoing since early December. We have made up to 30 telephone calls, sent certified letters, and have attempted to contact Mesa Garage multiple times. We keep getting the round-around i.e. we will call to reschedule, we will send someone to repair the door, etc. TO NO AVAIL! There is a problem with door alignment to the garage floor; it is not level. This has created a water hazard and gap for vermin to enter. We have had water damage in the last rain storm and yes, vermin have entered the garage. There is a problem with door alignment to garage header as well. The door does not consistently close which is a hazard. The wood beams that were installed are damaging the door every time the door is opened or closed.

We had a garage door installed by Mesa Garage Doors, realized a couple days after installation and final payment given, had paid $200 too much. On February 13 we reached out to salesman, ***, regarding this $200 over payment, he agreed, we had overpaid by $200. We reached out to the number he gave us to request a refund, which we were told we would receive in approximately 2-4 weeks. That was 4 months ago! Since that time I have made over 25 calls to Mesa Garage Doors (I have kept and extensive log) at the 800 number Jud gave us, as well as ***. We have spoken with ***, *** and ***, who have answered the phones. We were told by *** on Monday, May 24th A/P would be issuing a check by the end of the week. Monday, June 7th called Mesa again, as we still had not received the check. I called Mesa on Wednesday, June 9th, spoke with *** who could not give me an update on refund. Have left 3 messages for *** - no response at all from her.

I had a double & single garage door installed plus I had customer gates to match the *** all done by Mesa Garage doors for just under ***. My garage door never worked properly, after changing *** a persistent loud cracking noise is evident upon opening or closing. They say theyll repair it but nothing has happened as my guarantee will be running out in January. My gates have been repaired, the 2nd gate now doesnt even latch closed anymore. No communication by the company but luckily I was added to an email thread with 5 of their employees. I have threatened to go to small claims court & no one calls or emails me. Im frustrated & still contemplating small claims plus I want my warranty extended for another year. I have had several of their repair staff *** agree its some defective garage door panels. Please help.
We approved an approval and were told we would get a call. We never did and we cancelled via email but were told we could not as it was the third day. We called for appt. they set it for 12/30 (charged deposit) and said theyd call with install time. After calling non stop for two days we got in contact this morning and they said someone should have called. They now said it will be 1/15/22. We read Yelp reviews and saw this is constant with the company Our garage was broken into and damaged and we need a new one ASAP for security purposes. They told us originally they had the materials and would only be a week. We need a garage ASAP and can not afford to wait longer due to security
We scheduled an estimate for a new garage door install, the person came and gave an estimate and scheduled the install. The date of install came and no one showed up, on follow up they said they had to do a site check, that was scheduled and they said they would schedule the install. No one called. After several phone calls we scheduled an install, the day of the install no one called or showed up. We have given them a $200 dollar deposit and they won't call us back or answer their phones

On 5/14, a representative of Mesa Garage Doors visited my home to provide an estimate on a garage door. The representative requested a $100 deposit. I wrote a check for $100.00. The representative informed me he would go to his vehicle to finish the contract and provide me a copy. On 5/14, I never received a signed copy of the contract or receipt for my deposit. On 5/17, I called Mesa Garage Doors, requested a refund, and left voice messages on the call center training manager's phone. On 5/18, I made another complaint and again cancelled the contract and requested a refund for $100.00. By 5/18, the representative failed to provide a copy of the contract for installation. The representative failed to provide a contract for 4 days. His failure to communicate and be professional caused me to cancel my contract. On 5/21, my daughter visited the store and spoke to an employee who shared that my $100.00 would be refunded on 5/24. As of 5/25, I have not received the refund.

on 9/17 I placed 1% deposit, ($700.00 on 9/27 I placed 10% deposit, I($1467.00) they wanted 20% I was promised at that time to have to have a drawing of garage door that I had ordered, ON 9/30 I still had not heard from Mesa re drawing, so i called on 9/30 to cancel my order on 10/14, 10/27, i called left messages i received no call back on 10/29 I left message with person in sales, I was promised to get my deposit within 1 week, ON 11/2 I called again because still had not received refund, i was then promised they would mail in on wednesday. It is now 11/10 I ve contacted the company again, they keep putting me on hold, promising to speak to a manager, This is very bad PR, I will never use them or refer anyone to them I want to report this company, I want to contact lawyer
An estimator came to my house and did the whole process of measuring, gave me an estimate for $1300 and told me that he needed $100 deposit, so I decided to give him $400 just to seal the deal better, told me that someone will come and do the installation about a week after. The day of the supposed installation , no one show up so I call and they told me that they didn't have me in their schedule system, so I decided to cancel the whole order and request the refund. Is been since end of September and still no refund or call from them. I'm 74 years old and I don't work anymore, these people decided to steal from a senior and not even care if the money I gave them I could be using it to buy food.
We ordered a premium garage door in August , and provided a deposit of $3278.00. We were advised of an install date mid October and scheduled as such. We heard nothing from the company as that date passed, and multiple calls went unanswered. We were eventually advised our door did not arrive, and was due Nov 15. We scheduled for Nov 19 and still heard nothing as that date approached, despite multiple calls to the company to confirm our appointment (since we much take the day off work to be present). Mid-day Nov 19, I reached a representative whom advised me my door would be available December 6 or 17. Multiple requests for updates, and ultimately to speak to management have gone unanswered. We understand the global shipping crisis and limitations on materials, but the complete lack of communication and responsibility is unacceptable.

Originally placed and order with Mesa Garage doors on 10/1
Originally placed and order with Mesa Garage doors on 10/1. Install date was supposed to be end of November. I got called the day before stating the install would be delayed until January 28. I asked to talk to the manager and asked if I could get a temporary garage door until my order was available due to the fact I was moving into a house under renovation without a garage door and already had a theft from the garage area. He said ok and gave me an Install date of December 21. Then I got a call that they couldnt show up on that date and that they would install December 29. They called me on December 28 and said they wont be able to install on December 29 and would come on December 30. No one showed up on December 30. Since then Ive called the office at least 6 times to see when when the install will happen and have been told each time that that it is an answering service and they will get back to me. They have never called me since. When asked for a manager, they gave me the manager escalation phone number which I called 3 times and left messages with no response.

Hired Mesa to install a garage door AND opener on 9/8. After not showing up and missing work, I called various times and finally was able to reschedule for the next day. On 9/9, an installer showed up unannounced around 9am. Luckily someone was home or I wouldve missed the appointment since they didnt call to tell me the time of arrival as promised. After a few hours the technician came to my door to let us know that he couldnt install the opener because it was the wrong length. He told me that I needed to buy a shorter garage door opener. I went back to Lowes and a shorter garage door is not available. I called ***, the maker of the garage door opener and they said that they dont make a smaller opener, but theres instructions provided when a shorter opener is needed. I called Mesa to inform them and to reschedule the install since my door had been left unsecured. It is now 9/21 and they have yet to call me to reschedule. hired different company to install opener
Purchased a new garage door and opener in August . Required a $1500 deposit. Would only accept a personal check (or charged a large fee for a credit card). Took months for technicians to show up. They outsource their labor. One technician brought his underage boy to work with him to help! They installed a used, blemished opener. The door was late. Multiple no-shows by installation techs. Finally, I returned the various parts and door panels and was promised a full refund. It's been nearly 12 months of calls / voicemails. 75 calls and counting. No one will return my calls. They send everyone to a 3rd party answering service. If you get a human on the phone they pass to you to someone else. Worst customer experience of my life. Mesa are crooks. I looked online and they've done this to countless other customers. Help! They took all of their materials and gear with them...but kept my money! Check # *** for $1500 was cashed by Mesa on 8/25.
On Sep 28th Mesa installed my garage door. I gave them a check for $1512, they cashed that check and later recreated a check ach with my account information (fraud and check fraud) and cashed it for $1746. They have refused to return my call. *** the manager has not returned my call neither has the salesman ***. They should be turned over to fraud investigators because I never authorized the check. This is a pathetic company going around stealing from families while claiming to be a family owned company. They never answer the phone and when they do the gold times are ridiculous.
on 9/21, I ordered garage doors from Mesa Garage Door in an undisclosed location
on 9/21, I ordered garage doors from Mesa Garage Door. I gave them a personal check for $1125 as deposit and would pay the balance of $1125 when the doors were installed. Mesa garage door showed up on 10/23 to install my doors. The installer stated the rails provided were not the correct one and he could not complete the job. After discussions, I agreed to an additional $149 for the rails, which were to be installed the following day. Since then I have had three installation dates provided by Mesa Garage Door Representatives (10/24, 11/3 & 11/6). They have failed to show up at my residence or call and cancel. I made over 10 calls to Mesa Garage door requesting my deposit back. They have stated the refund would be processed and returned but they cannot give me a date and do not return my calls. I have supporting documents of contacts, purchase order and canceled check for $1125 deposited in Mesa's account. I contacted Mesa Garage today and requested to speak with the supervisor. Someone hung up the phone line. I'm done dealing with this company.

On 9/22 the area manager came out to my home for an estimate
On 9/22 the area manager came out to my home for an estimate. We agreed on a price and I gave him a check for a $100 deposit. After calling him and the company multiple times because I had questions and had not received my estimate and work order via email as indicated I have received no response. They only have a customer service call center that takes messages. I have left several messages through them and their escalated number, still no call back. I finally received a general estimate on October 14. It did not show my deposit. I called again and left emails indicating that I want to cancel the order and have my check returned. Then a few days after I received the estimate in my email, my bank showed that they cashed my check. I even went as far as contacting a previous sales person that came out to my previous house and he answered the phone. He said he would relay the message and I should get a call back. Still nothing. They don't answer phones or email and they don't return calls. I want my money back. I was a returning customer and they were great the first time. They have terrible customer service now.

We ordered a garage door replacement from Mesa on 5/15
We ordered a garage door replacement from Mesa on 5/15. Installation was scheduled for 6/15 and a deposit of $225.00 was required. Over a week before installation we called Mesa and cancelled the order due to a family emergency, ata that time we were told that our deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 days. That check was never received. We kept calling every time receiving a different excuse, like the refund is now in process, then after call they said sorry it was never processed, every time we called most of the time the call was answered by some answering service who promised they will call us back, at one time we were told the check is in the mail, that was not true. Now this July 8 and haven't been able to resolve this issue of the deposit refund, never received a call back responding to our numerous messages. We are so glad we cancel this purchase from such an unreliable company. The salesman was Robert *** who also never returned our calls. The proposal number is *** a copy of which we have in our possession. We demand immediate attention to our request of refunding our deposit of $225.00

On 5/16 Mesa Garage door sent *** to take measurements and give me an estimate
On 5/16 Mesa Garage door sent *** to take measurements and give me an estimate. *** gave me an installation date of 6/17. I paid a 50% deposit ($880) and waited for my installation date. The date came and no one showed up or called to cancel the appointment. I called Mesa, and they apologized and said there was a delay with the manufacturing. They gave me another install date of 7/11. Again that date came and no show/no call. I spoke with *** and she said she would call me back. Of course she didn't. I kept calling but couldn't seem to get anywhere. So I called (7/29) *** and told him my dilemma. He assured me he would personally look into it have *** call me back. I didn't get any calls so on 8/31 I called *** again. Again he promised a resolution and even discuss my situation with the owner, ***. I have not heard from *** or ***. No calls, no emails, no letters, no refunds. It is now 8 month later and I have not been able to connect with them. When I call the company, I am on a constant hold (I am always the first person in line!). The company has not given my my money or my garage door.

I meet with a salesperson from Mesa Garage Doors at my house for an estimate and signed a contract with them for the purchase and install of a new garage door on 3/31. The sales person asked for a 50% deposit which I did by writing a check. The garage delivery was supposed to happen on 5/20 but on day prior to install I got a call from the office saying that they ordered the wrong door. I took the day off from my work to be home for the install and I'm in a commission only industry. They offered to give me a discount on the wrong ordered door but I declined but asked that they discount me $400 for the time and mistake. The manager who called said she would be more than happy to do so and I asked for a email to confirm that but never received one. She said they will order the door and the install will happen on 7/16 but today on 7/15 I called since I did not received any confirmation of a install. I called the office and can't get to a manager or installer but to an operator who said they will pass the message on. I demanded to speak to a manager and have been on hold for over 1 hour and still no manager picked up the line. I have no hope that they will install the garage and have 50% of my deposit money and wasted a tremendous amount of my time and mental space.

We purchased a garage door from Mesa Garage Doors
We purchased a garage door from Mesa Garage Doors. Their salesman,***, wrote up the contract on June 9 and demanded a 50% deposit as this was "a special order". The total charge $2506.00. We paid a deposit of $1,250.00. We were told that the door would be ordered and delivered and installed Aug 10, 2021. On August 9, they called us and told us our order would be delayed until September 24, due to manufacturing issues. We called Mesa (no contact from the company) September 23, and were told again the order was being delayed until October. We tried to cancel and Mesa refused stating that the contract could not be cancelled. We spoke to a manger, ***, who promised to oversee the job and to deliver the door October 22nd. It is now October 21st, after business hours. We have made numerous calls to Mesa Garage doors, both to the company number and to that of the manager, ***. None of our messages have been returned. They are stealing our deposit and refusing to contact us.Job reference number: 848903R They have not provided the merchandise we purchased. They illegally charges us a 50% deposit (we have since learned that *** law limits deposits to 10%).Please let us know if you require any further information from us.

The attached letter to Mesa Garage Doors is quite self-explanatory however we had the estimate in early December and proceeded with the work to have an acceptable garage door for the Holidays. The work was completed the week following but we were never provided with a receipt or a copy of our warranty. We have not heard from them again. We started calling, emailing and texting diligently as of December 18 and have left voicemails and texts daily. My father-in-law called numerous times as we work and he tried to convince them to respond and come to the house while they were here for the Holidays; to no avail.I believe the only day we did not call and leave a voicemail is December 25.Last week we sent a certified letter to ***, President of Mesa Garage Doors, and it was delivered and signed for on Monday, the 10th. In it we document the issues we are having with the uneven installation of the door, the lack of appropriate weatherstripping, the unfinished look at the top of the door due to the fact that the person providing the estimate assumed a standard door would fit and it did not. Unfortunately, no further discussions were had with us as to what that would entail. We have not asked for monies refunded or a credit, we have simply requested, more times than I can count, for them to return and finish the job or repair the job that was not finished appropriately per their commercials, messages and infomercials. The lack of a response is a slap in the face to us as patrons of this business. I can't even get a receipt or a call back and it clearly devalues my home.

A Mesa Garage Door Salesman came to my home on 9/13
A Mesa Garage Door Salesman came to my home on 9/13. I ordered a wooden garage door which he said was readily available and would be installed within 2 months. I gave him a 10% deposit ($515) to secure the door. After 2 1/2 months of not hearing anything, I texted the salesman. I received no response. I followed up with two phone calls. He said he got my text and would check on the door status. I then received a call from Mesa to schedule someone to measure my garage opening again and provide a detailed diagram. I asked why this had not been done sooner. No one had any explanation. On 11/30, a man came to measure. He said he could not provide the drawing. I would receive an email tomorrow with the drawing. No email follow-up came. I called on 12/8 and was placed on hold for 20 minutes and then disconnected. I called again and waited 20 minutes and spoke to an answering service. She took down the information and said I would receive a follow-up call. I asked for an email contact and she said there was not one available but gave me a management escalation hotline answering machine number. I called the number and left the details of my circumstances and asked to cancel the garage door and receive a refund for my deposit (12/8 at 2:53pm). On December 9th, I received an email with the garage door sketch from Mesa copying my salesperson. I responded saying I had no faith in Mesas process and wanted to cancel and receive a refund on my deposit. I got no response. I left two more detailed messages on the escalation hotline on 12/14 and 12/22. I still have received no response as of 1/6/2022. Terrible customer service!

In October I called Mesa Garage Doors to get a quote to replace my 2 garage doors
In October I called Mesa Garage Doors to get a quote to replace my 2 garage doors. The salesman was prompt and very helpful and we decided to purchase the doors paid our deposit by check as they would take a credit card, and hoped to have them installed as soon as possible. After the order was taken they called back and said they needed to send a technician out to re- measure the doors. We set the appointment and they never showed. I called and they told me i wasn't scheduled and would need to reschedule. I called our sales rep and he attempted to help resolve this issue. Finally the technician came out and now suddenly we need to upgrade to another door that naturally costs more and would have to be special ordered. after more delays and zero communication from the company we decided to cancel the order. I contacted our sales rep and he was very helpful and cancelled our order and told us we would be refunded our deposit in a couple weeks. First 1 month went by and no refund. I called and could only leave a message. No return call, I called again and again with no luck. I called our sales rep again and he said he would contact the proper department for us to get this going. more waiting and nothing happens I called Mesa again and again to no avail. You can't even speak to a person about this only leave messages but they never call back.it is now 6 months later and still nothing. I called the sales rep and he again said he would reach out to Mesa on our behalf and he also gave me a name of someone to contact directly at Mesa but i was only able to leave a voicemail. I called another company and they ordered doors for me and they were installed in less than 1 week and work perfectly and they were less money. so clearly there was not really a problem. I am only asking that they do what was promised and refund my $264.00 deposit.

Ordered a new garage door in Aug 2020 and was told the door Ii wanted (upgrade) would take 6-8 weeks
Ordered a new garage door in Aug 2020 and was told the door Ii wanted (upgrade) would take 6-8 weeks. I agreed to wait. The door arrived and was installed in Nov 2020. The install was poorly done, leaving scratches and dents on my new door that I waited weeks for. When the installer left I noticed they did not reinstall my alarm sensors which I was told would be done. I called and was told there where no sensors on the door. I insisted they are still on the door so please don't throw them away. They said "no, there were no sensors". So apparently they are not only bad installers, they lie as well. I contacted Mesa to file a complaint about the door, the alarm system and poor customer service. They asked me to send pictures which I did and they agreed the door is damaged and will be replaced. No resolution to the alarm system. I waited another several weeks for the new door (my current door sits unalarmed since I don't want another sensor lost when they were installing the replacement door). During this second wait time, my garage door started slamming open against the rails and making a horrible noise which was not supposed to occur with their advertised "quiet glide system". I called and informed them that my garage door is not opening correctly and the door rails are actually bowing due to the stress of the door. They said they will fix that as well. They called on Jan 5th to inform me my door is in and set up the install for Jan 20, 2021. I was also assured that the previous installers would not be sent due to my dissatisfaction with their work. Fast forward to January 20th, the install day. They were a no-show in the AM. I called Mesa (they never called me) and they informed me my name is not in the system for an install. They said "we will call back after we look into it". I received my call back and they informed me my door is not there and they would try to get it sometime toward the end of March. Really, another story? I want a full refund.

Garage door install has not been properly completed/repaired
Garage door install has not been properly completed/repaired. Multiple canceled or no-show appointments. Either no or poor communication from Mesa. Two major issues - 1) Health: The garage was clean/secure 11/3 for next day’s install. At some point AFTER 11/10 appt, pests took up residence - chewed through the plastic flashing installed on 11/16, ate into pet food storage, and left increasing quantities of scat 2) Security & Safety: Door has been stuck open since 11/23. This is my primary storage area. Understand we are living in unprecedented times, and I’ve cut slack when rescheduled due to employee illness but this goes far beyond that. 11/4 – install cancelled due to illness 11/10 – rescheduled install, incomplete (techs missing equipment) 11/16 – install complete 11/19 – noticed animal chewed through, called to schedule repair. Given 12/7 repair date 11/21 – garage door stopped closing – issue with cabling 11/27 – tech came out and said repair was 2-man job and I would get service next day (11/28) or following Monday (11/30) 11/30 – Called Mesa. No record of issue. Appt made for next day 12/1 – cancelled due to illness, rescheduled 12/4 – rescheduled repair date. Called at 8am to confirm appt – told I would see someone by noon. Called at 12:30 - told no record of appt but Cynthia would get someone out. No response. Called again at 4p – left message but no response 12/7 – scheduled repair date for flashing. Was confirmed by email. No show. Multiple calls to Mesa. Answering system kept disconnecting my call. Answering service took message. No response. Emailed Info, Scheduling, and Dwight E. No response. 12/9 – called and given a new appt for next day. Received called an hour later cancelling due to illness. Rescheduled for 12/15 12/15 – after phone and email confirmation, received call at 4pm that techs wouldn’t make it after all. Rescheduled for next day 12/16 – received email confirmation of appt. No show. Left messages at 4:30p. No response.

Three appointments to complete the job. Installer didn't know how to set up new smart opener. I'm 83, not supposed to get on ladder. Salesman didn't inform me they wouldn't program opener. Wish I hadn't trusted Dwight E words.
I requested a refund on a downpayment ($145) originally back in 3/24. Made another request in 5/4. Still nothing. And no news. I have called 3 times and documented my issues.
Run! Read the negative reviews and believe them. Mesa is absolutley the worst choice you can make if you need your door repaired or replaced. Customer service is non existent, promises are made but not kept and you are left with no remdies. Unfortnately zero stars is not an option, one is much too generous. If this dissuades one person from going with Mesa it will have been worth the effort. DO NOT USE!
