Great service
Great service. They have helped me out so many times on short notices. Ryan *** has always gotten the job done for me. Would recommend them to any businesses especially if they need flatbed services. They have been giving quick responses and never had an issue with there services.

We ship LTL daily and Priority has been consistently strong in pricing and service. Platform is easy to use compared some other brokers. Customer service is responsive and timely. The issues that I have had in the last year. All have been on the shippers and Priority worked to resolve them.

Similar bad experience
Similar bad experience. They lost our shipment worth 5,000 dollars, we called them and trying to figure how to get the reimbursment. It has been 6 or 7 months and we haven't get any reply. Now they sent the email to my customer and ask for the fright payment that they lost. Never ever do any business with them!

I have had a claim for damaged freight for over a year with no reimbursement for the claim that they filed on our behalf. Any time that I call to get a status I receive the same answer and result " I will have to check and call you back." Out of the 29 phone calls and emails, still not 1 returned call or email. I would not recommend using this company for anything. Bad customer service and management.
Very similar to other persons review about damaged shipping. We had 2-3 shipments that got damaged over a year or 2 relationship we had with them. The never got us any reimbursement. On the final straw shipment the completely destroyed the skid. The damaged was put on the paperwork and documentation started. We asked Priority 1 what to do. They suggested we have the carrier send the damaged skid back so we could examine it closely for actual damage. They charged us to ship it there and BACK. We had about $300-$500 in damage and then the $250 to reimburse the 2 shipments. We did all the paperwork and they took months, probably 6-7 months with no answers and then they said they could do anything. We pressed them hard and the finally sent us a claim check for $5. They told us they could do nothing else and we had no other options. We invoiced them for the actual dollar amount and then short paid them. They owe us $700 and we owe them $500. They have now started calling our customers to ask them to pay the shipping charges we owe.

This company has been amazing
This company has been amazing. Out of all the broker companies we have used Priority one has been the #1 for us. Easy to book and if there's any issues they respond right away. Definitely love how there's no hidden fees that they hit you like other companies do. Fabiana has been the best and always stays on top of anything we need. Their accounting department as been also easy to deal with.

Horrible
Horrible. The company I bought my equipment from outsourced the shipment through Priority 1. My $25,000 machine arrived UPS Freight flipped over and damaged so I refused shipment and sent it back to the manufacturer. It has been over 4 months and I am out the money while everyone else has been paid. Furthermore after months of fighting with UPS they issued payment of $5300 to Priority 1 to have the machine repaired. Priority 1 has now had the money for over a month and has not released the funds to the manufacturer so that they can send me my machine. I now have to file suit against them so that they will release my money to the manufacturer so they will release my machine. So after 4 months and hours upon hours of emails and phone calls, Priority 1 still has not released the money they were given by UPS.

Our rep, Eric, is super attentive and checks with us periodically to make sure all is well. During the last year he has communicated some of the delays and issues that LTL carriers have experienced due to COVID related problems. He has kept up with trends and current events to keep us informed so we can make educated decisions when booking shipments. Eric is always available to take care of us and answer any questions we have. He is one of the best, most responsive salespersons I have ever had the pleasure of working with!
Other than a few little hiccups on the billing end and training our vendors to contact Priority1 for our pick ups, we are pleased with the excellent service they are providing and the rates we are getting. I would recommend Priority1 to anyone looking to save money on LTL shipping.

Priority 1 has been outstanding when it comes to providing competitive rate and services
Priority 1 has been outstanding when it comes to providing competitive rate and services. My account rep, Eric *** has been nothing but the best. He's always thorough when it comes to helping me push freight out. My biggest dilemma when setting up freight is that most of our items are made from scratch and do not have a set NMFC code as the products and equipment change on a day to day basis. Most 3PLs or brokers will not process the shipment without a NMFC. Eric takes the time to research and finds an NMFC that best classifies the product at the time requested so the shipment can proceed without delay. Sometimes, when I get to busy, I simply forward an email with shipping info straight from a vendor to Eric and he takes care of the rest without me having to stop what I'm working on. He follows up periodically see if I have anything planning on going out. Even though the rates may not be the best at times, he still pushes to continue to keep being competitive. Overall, Priority 1 and Eric Lopez has exceeded my expectations with its support and services. I look forward on working with Eric & Priority 1 for many more years to come.

I've used Priority1 as my primary shipping service for the last 4 years. I work in an industry where changes are a constant possibility. Priority1 representatives have always responded to any problems I have had in a quick and courteous manner. They have acted as a great representative to the many carriers we use. I've never had an issue that I didn't feel like it was dealt with in the best possible way.
Our Senior Territory Manager, Eric *** always responds quickly and has made it a point to show he cares about our business. Eric checks in on us often and provides solid advice on what we can do to get our shipments to their destinations safely. Eric and Priority1 treat us like we're their most important client, even though we're not a large company and we seldom do more than a few shipments a week.
We have been using Priority1 for some years now and our experience has been excellent. Their website is easy to use and our rep has been great at responding quickly if we have any questions. He keeps us up to date on any delays or carrier issues so we're more educated and aware of what's going on out there. Out of the different freight brokers we have used in the past this is by far the best one and is our go to when we need to ship material out of town/state, and we have to ship out frequently. We've very much enjoyed working with them.
