This is NOT a complaint but a polite suggestion to anyone reading the contents on this web site:
Firstly I am NOT a Metro Public Adjusters employee. I attended one introduction presentation.
There are both complaints and compliments about this company on this site.
By all means read them if you wish to but before you arrive at any definite conclusion, don't be swayed one way or the other by what you read here. Check them out (experience it ) for yourself and then arrive at your conclusion based about your subjective experience. A famous philosopher stated: What is TRUE for YOU is TRUE...and THAT"S what matters.
Personally I am still undecided about pursuing this income making opportunity. First impressions are very important (for me anyway) and the person who did the presentation which I attended spoke highly of himself and his achievements and not too modestly and the great income making potential that exists IF you really work at it ...yet what bothered me is that he was dressed slovenly
(suit jacket and pants did not match, pants were stained, shoes were dull and looked like cement droplets had splattered upon them.
The idea is somewhat like AMWAY in that you get others to work under you and get a percentage of what they bring in.
I'm NOT saying their is anything wrong with that if that's how you want to do it. It was stressed several times that there is no strict work schedule or pressure from management on employees. You put in to it only what you want...when you want.
It sounds really great for the homeowner IF indeed they get as much more money for their claim (as Metro's service implies they do) than if they just file the claim themselves. Good luck to you in your decision making. Maybe I'll see you there! LOL

Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention. At Metro Public Adjustment we take seriously all suggestions and complaints, whether good or bad, and rest assured we will look into this make sure that the situation is straightened out. Again, thank you for taking time to bring this to our attention.
I answered an ad in the Coast Star Newspaper, Property Inspectors with Metro, I was being trained by John Mesko, who runs his Metro business out of his Avon NJ home, Metro was training me to take pre-existing damage to homes, damage that was months to years old, and put on the Insurance Claim From, a current date of loss, Insurance Fraud, that's how Metro made all its money that all the Metro employees brag about.
Trudi,
Thank you for bring this to our attention. We take any accusation of insurance fraud very seriously. You can be assured that we will investigate your accusation and take the appropriate action against the individuals responsible.
This is not the standard of business that Metro stands for.
BTW, a cursory examination of Metro representatives does not reveal your name. Please message me privately so I can get all the details.
Thank you.
This is a long drawn out scam. pitiful way of dealing with people who trusted you. John Mesco has personally lied, never called back and did absolutely nothing to help my elderly husband and I.
after an aggressive adjuster twisted the truth and Mr Mesco just dropped helping us. he gives no explanation- we were told to have the adjuster back and after that we have been given no help.
Mr Mesco said he would be here when the adjuster was here. instead he called. did nothing and never even listened to our side of what is happening.
