I just visited Starbucks in Dubai mall branch in the fashion avenue today 22 Sept
I am so disappointed with the customer service there
1. First I came to the counter the cashier wasn't friendly or welcoming at all I stood there for nearly a whole minute and she didn't look at me (her name was Karl/carol). She took my order after all in a very cold rude way and that applies to the way she wanted to take my payment. I then told her that I don't like her attitude and that I will report her. She didn't even care or apologize
2. Secondly I turn my face and I see someone laughing with her about the whole situation. I ask him why is he laughing (Manager Riz) and it turned out that he is the manager. So instead of apologizing he was supporting the rude staff.
I am so upset and disappointed with the quality of staff hired. I visit Dubai mall
A lot and I will not enter the store if I see them again.
I would appreciate your interference because this will affect the customer experience level
