I ordered a clutch kit from Micksgarage based on the reg of my car, when the part arrived there was some corrosion on the flywheel but the main issue was it was incorrect and would not fit. My mechanic saw this when he opened the bx an told me return as wrong part not fitting. I went online and got a returns number and paid to return it. Got an email stating the part has signs of corrosion and I would not be refunded. I replied do not ship back to me but get customer service to contact me as I returned the part unused and in the same condition it was shipped to me. Next day got an email saying part had been shipped back to me and I would not be refunded. Many emails later with no replies and and no answer to the phone number on their website, I have a kit I cannot use and no contact whatsoever from Micks garage phone or email. From what I see on blogs this is their standard approach, get your money and then say refund declined due to no fault of the customer. Ignore all follow up emails and attempts to contact them. Looks like I will have to take legal action despite their " no hassel returns policy posted all over the website.
Desired outcome: I just want my money refunded and the parts collected and removed from my Mechanics premises.
