Scammers!!! Do your research before calling!
I recently had the misfortune of dealing with what I can only describe as a scam company that operates under various names. As a first-time home buyer, I received a letter in the mail from a company that, upon further investigation, appears to have many articles on their scam practices. Since they use different names it is hard to figure out at first.
From the very beginning, the experience was unsettling. The first red flag was the pressure I felt to commit after the initial phone call with Aaron Poklis, the company representative. Despite expressing my discomfort and a gut feeling that something was amiss, I proceeded with caution.
Upon realizing that my aunt had already engaged another company due to my reservations, Mr. Poklis responded with unprofessionalism and attempted to discredit the competitor. He asked me if my aunt handled all my financial affairs. His remarks about my financial independence were not only inappropriate but added to the overall discomfort of the conversation. So, I felt pressured not to cancel.
I ultimately decided to stick with my gut and go with the other company after further research. When my sister called on my behalf, the situation only worsened. Aaron Poklises’ pushy behavior persisted. He asked my sister what company we decided to go with and she politely said, “we don’t wish to disclose that.” He then said, “so you are going with a un-reputable company” my sister then said “no, we just would like to cancel. He then told her that they were obviously a bad company since we were embarrassed to disclose the name, and we were wasting our money. She told him that is fine if that is what he thinks, but we would still like to cancel. He then just stopped talking. She asked if he was still there and if he was processing the cancellation, and he said, “well yeah I’m not just sitting here.” He then put her on hold without telling her, and then hung up on her. He then called me probably thinking he could talk me out of cancelling. I patched her and my aunt onto the call and he continued to make comments about me not being able to make my own financial decision, and asked why we were being so hostile to him. He lied to my sister and told her he wasn’t the one she was speaking to when he clearly was. He was so condescending and just laughed at us when we said he was being unprofessional.
Even after reaching a resolution to cancel the service, my attempt to address the issue with a supervisor, Kyleigh Nelson, proved equally frustrating. The supervisor seemed to dismiss the unethical conduct, citing the company's role as a retention department. This response not only failed to address my concerns but also highlighted a systemic issue within the company. Additionally, Aaron said he was processing the cancellation and asked if my card number on file was okay to refund. I said it was. Yet when we reached Kyleigh, she said the cancellation was still not processed. When we asked for a confirmation email, it came an hour later and failed to mention the refund until asked.
One of the most alarming aspects of this experience was the company's use of multiple names—Oasis Home Protect, Omega Home Care, and others—creating confusion and hindering consumers' ability to conduct proper research. It appears that the company may be manipulating online reviews to bury the truth and maintain a facade of credibility.
In conclusion, my encounter with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. The unprofessionalism, pressure tactics, and deceptive practices were unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to exercise extreme caution, do thorough research, and be wary of glowing reviews that may be part of a concerted effort to mask the truth about this company's questionable practices.
Recommendation: STAY AWAY
Claim for dishwasher
Called and made a claim for dishwasher and got a call from company to come and fix it. Never called. No show. Out of 8 companies only 1 called. I’m paying for omega to do the paperwork or get someone to fix the dishwasher I shouldn’t have to do it. $140 a month and they did nothing for me
Recommendation: Do not use. Horrible
They are CROOKS!
They are CROOKS! They are very nice on the phone and convince you to stay. But I decided to cancel because my car is still under warranty. I had to pay the cancellation fee which I understood. They were suppose to take $50 now and $50 next week. But instead they took $1482 from my account and savings account because of overdraft protection. I think they were trying to take the rest of the money that I would have payed if I havent canceled. I never signed any contract or anything! That money wasnt theres to take! This was my rent money. And my husbands money! I dont want this to happen to anyone! Dont go with them! Also I had to replace a battery, and I had to charge it to my credit card thinking they would give me money so I could pay my credit card off. They didnt reimburse me instead they gave me some money off from my next payments. They are [censored]!

my service was great and easy today I would certainly do recommend these guys to others great service
Not much because I never got Reinversed from my service on my *** F150
It was great we appreciate it so much thank you for your help
So far so good one thing they should improve on is when you submit request for oil sevice reimbursement they should email you immediately that they received your request. I had my first oil change, and submitted a receipt and didn't know if they got it and finally about 6 to 7 weeks later luckily the check finally arrived. I was ready to cancel my warranty plan, so please confirm that you received the customers request Thank you
This was by far the worst experience I have had working with a company
This was by far the worst experience I have had working with a company. My car has been sitting in the shop for 3 weeks and just received the transmission (which will probably not be any good!). I had to call every day to get anyone to get back to me about my claim. The first adjuster never got in touch with me and then went on vacation and the claim wasn't moved to anyone else until I called (at least 3x) before someone else picked up the claim. Not that he was any better because he lied about what *** was doing. During this I got updated from *** and NOT Omega!I had to threaten to get a lawyer involved to get anything done. Until a managers got in touch with *** would NOT recommend having Omega Auto Care and I am going to look into how to cancel it. I would rate lower then 1 but that's as low as you can rate. RUN WHEN THEY CALL YOU for an extended warranty.
I haven't been with this company long but so far anything that I needed they took care of it it was no hassle I like that thank you keep up the good work and keep your word and just stay in business and you keep my business
Haven't had to use It yet, except for oil changes and it's been a great use.
After searching for extended warranty company I came across omega *** Warranty, after speaking to the representative I was confident this will be the right Company for me to choose. They were upfront about all the charges and the perks that I got to go along with signing with them as of now I am very satisfied with Omega home & auto care. You can't go wrong by choosing this company.
I received a call back in a short time. Got questions answered!8
I would give them 0 stars if I could
I would give them 0 stars if I could. They told my wife when she bought the policy that we did not need service records Since we bought it used and did not have them Now something has gone wrong and they will not cover it cause we done have records dating back to 0 mileage Have tried to call to find out about the 100%Refu d they offered us when we bought our policy and we keep getting voice mail box is full good by.This company is a total scam that takes advantage of hard working people just to make a buck.I would recommend running g away from them. Don't give them another *** of your hard earned money.Bank block all payments cause there is no way to cancel they since no one will answer the phone and you can't leave a voice mail.Find a better company. And I'll say it again run don't walk get away from this fraudulent company as fast as you can.*** ,*** vermellion

I'm very satisfied with the services that we are receiving
I called with a concern about my vehicle. I had just purchased four new tires and the automated tire pressure system was failing. She told me it wasn't covered, but she instructed me that the tire store must have damaged my sensor. She told me what to say and when I return to the tire dealership they replaced my sensor for free! I would have had to pay for it out of my pocket if not for her knowledge and expertise.
Am really excited with the home care program so far all sounds great
My wife and I love this Gives us a piece of mind that by chance something go wrong with her truck It's covered
It took painstaking effort to choose a protection plan for my car, but I'm glad I went with *** which set me up with a contract with Omega
It took painstaking effort to choose a protection plan for my car, but I'm glad I went with *** which set me up with a contract with Omega. I like that even though they'll work with any certified shop, they have a network of mechanics through *** that makes things go extra smooth. Before purchasing the protection plan I looked up what *** shops were near me and called the closest one to confirm they easily work with Omega which they said they did. One month into owning my car, one of the power windows stopped working. I called my local shop and took the car in the next morning. They had it all fixed within a couple of hours and the best part was that because I used the *** network, I paid zero deductible. I look forward to using the maintenance services for the first year and hopefully won't have any breakdowns ever again, but I feel pretty confident Omega will take care of it if I do.
Good evening, earlier today and days prior i had the opportunity to speak with *** which couldn't have gone any better she was extremely helpful, attentive, kind, understanding, honest, knowledgeable and thats to say the least she definitely turned my situation around for the best i couldn't even come up with words to express my gratitude thanks again ***.
Our experience with Omega Home and auto care has been great so far! They adjusted our policy to fit our budget, and added a service plan to fit our needs with our vehicle coverage.
I had car shield and I had called to see what mega was all about. A representative talked me into switching to them with such a hype presentation about how they pay for diagnostics and few other things that caught NY attention .I had an issue with my prius and took it to mechanic after he did the diagnostic the mechanic called to let omega know what diagnostic procedures found. They denied the claim because it didn't cover this mechanic issue ,when clearly the issue was apart of the main engine part resulting it to stop functioning. Thermostat sensor I ended up paying $ 500 After I even added my second vehicle on this policy too just few days ago $128, to start out first contract and monthly is $99 & $189 jfor new car mini *** to start up That's pretty much the $500 i just PA I'd to omega I should have back to pay for the work that was just done The representative who talk me into changing DID not MENTIONE that the diagnostic only pays for things approved to be work on so therefore any diagnosticis done still isn't coveredat all ..yes it's in the contract but this representative misrepresented this company but misleading me on things falsely just to get a sale! I want my money back ! And I want my contract CANCELED!
Everyone I've spoken to from Omega was very knowledgeable and helpful
Everyone I've spoken to from Omega was very knowledgeable and helpful. Unlike other companies they really do seem to make sense of the service they offer to make sense for the customer. It's the same price I would have paid to add this coverage onto my current car payment without feeling bad that I didn't take the offer the day I bought it. I also appreciate you guys working with me when my financial situation was tight for a different monthly payment. They explained that it would just extend the amount of timeit would take me to finish paying off my plan. Unfortunately the dealership tried to make using their services hard because I didn't purchase it through them. The first time using them to cover my oil change was kind of a hassle but mainly due to the dealership trying to make it that. Now that I know how it works I'm able to walk the dealership through it without doubt. I understand to have a standard pay out but I do wish my total oil change was covered being that I get higher grade oil. Other then that they have been great!
I called them prior to trading in my vehicle the warranty was on to cancel it
I called them prior to trading in my vehicle the warranty was on to cancel it. Was told by the rep that I should consider transferring my warranty to my new vehicle. I was very adamant I did not want to. She told me I could think about it for a few days and contact them back. Also stated that she would put a stop payment on my account until then. A few days after trading in the vehicle and prior to me even calling them back, a payment went through for the warranty. I called to complain and was told my cancellation needed to be in writing. I was not informed of this during the initial phone call, nor is it stated in the terms of my policy. I mailed a letter and called 10 business days later to verify they received my letter just to be told it would *** to 7 weeks for them to get it. How is that even possible? At that point, another payment would be processed. This has been a complete nightmare. It should not be this difficult to cancel a warranty. We don't even own the vehicle anymore! Yet they are still charging us $400+ a month when we have repeatedly asked to cancel!
I only give this company 1 star because they covered an Oil Change
I only give this company 1 star because they covered an Oil Change. That's the only promise they did keep...But!...you purchase an Extended Warranty from this company at your own risk! I purchased an Extended Warranty with Omega Auto Care aka American Auto Club. They have denied should be approved according to my policy. My vehicle is still in the shop, and has been for almost 3 weeks. My transmission failed, the service has been denied. I sent in documents for the approval of the service, only to be denied several times. After receiving denials from the Adjuster that was on my case...I called Omega. I was told by a rep at Omega, "the claim could be reopened, a breakdown of the transmission ordered...but it doesn't mean they will pay for it. I have tried to speak to Anthony from American Auto Club several times. I was told they would approve it, but I feel as though I have been given the run-around. At this point, I want a full refund. The same thing I was told about other companies just to sign up with them, they are doing. I want a full refund minus my Oil Change Refund...

I can honestly say I have never had a better experience with any automobile warranty work in all my life there is no hassle with this
I can honestly say I have never had a better experience with any automobile warranty work in all my life there is no hassle with this. You have a $100 deductible no matter what it is as easy as they said and believe me they have done a lot of work on my truck and Omega stood behind their word every time. I warranted alot more in actual dollars than I paid for the actual warranty itself and the people you talk two are very courteous professional and they call you update to updated on every step from the approval till the work is done and they called afterwards if my mileage wasn't so high now I would re-up it again just because they've been so easy to work with and there has not been one single thing on my diesel truck that's inexpensive everything's expensive I would recommend Omega to anyone I honestly cannot say enough about them and most of all thank you Omega for all the hassle-free work that has been done on my truck and there has been a lot but Omega stood behind everything it said they would. I was leery at first but not anymore my next vehicle I will call them for the warranty absolutely With much appreciation

2 repairs in 5 years with 40k miles put on the truck I can?
2 repairs in 5 years with 40k miles put on the truck I can?t thank you enough for providing this great service on repairing my vehicle for my family and I... if it wasn?t for the lady that helped me I believe her name was Christine nothing would have gotten done. As a customer to your company I never in my life want to deal with Ron if it was me he would be on the sidelines looking to be better at his job. Kevin was helpful but he kept telling me the auto mechanic was marking up the price and I had to go with y?all cheaper part and 1 yr warranty I ask repeatedly who was marking it up he finally said the mechanic I called and ask them he said they were not doing that so I called the manufacturer for the part and received my own quote and prices match so I called Kevin Back to relay the information then he said let past u to Christine then she made the magic happen so Kevin needs to learn not to give false information cause some people are smarter to call and get information... I wish by the time my contract is up I could find a way to do around few years on a warranty but with work not well and hours aren?t great I find it hard to pay that much money when I was told the price went up I hope to do business here again in the future
I brought this vehicle warranty/service plan and I'm very unpleased with the service I received after having them for 3 yrs
I brought this vehicle warranty/service plan and I'm very unpleased with the service I received after having them for 3 yrs. When I brought the service plan they don't let you know they find the cheapest parts and send it to shop where your vehicle is being serviced. While communicating with Omega there has been a lot of confusion and misinforming of contract information such as what is covered and expiration of contract between me and the shop while dealing with Omega. I sincerely feel cheated out of service and $ since my vehicle is still having a fuel pump issue that they refuse to repair since my contract has just ended on 9/29/22. I believe since the fuel pump is not an OEM part my vehicle may be rejecting it. I was informed by several mechanics that some cars don't function properly without OEM or dealer parts. Shop has contracted OMEGA regarding this issue and they referred them to CMK parts for a 3rd replacement fuel pump. CMK is not much of a help since my car needs an oem or dealer fuel pump. I'm at a lost of words since this is very frustrating and would cost me over $700 for a dealer pump plus labor. Why get a vehicle warranty if they tell us what they are going to pay. They need to disclose all these thing up front before people buy their service plan. They should be investigated on or a lawsuit be filed against them for misleading and misrepresentation of service.

We contacted Completed Auto Care Inc
We contacted Completed Auto Care Inc., who are the folks which broker several of the extended warranty companies. We choose Omega Auto Care because it catered to our vehicle's make, model and year. I dealt with the broker to proceed to put our account on hold, during these times of uncertainty we contacted the Broker, Completed Auto Care Inc. and requested to hold out monthly deductions, because we were not be using the vehicle, since of the furlough and one of us was working virtually, from our home. At first there was some hesitant, but never the less our request was granted. Today, the call, which I made was directly to Omega Auto Care, Claims Advocate, Ms. Caitlin M and what spotless and professional attitude I was approached with. I had called to verify that my policy had been cancelled and future deductions no longer scheduled. Please be clear that we did not have to use the warranty, which is a blessing. However, if we were to purchase another vehicle which required an extended warranty program, and Omega did cover it, we would proceed to select Omega again. Please, if you do have this extended warranty with Omega, and you require the to use it, due to your vehicle, call them first prior to taking in your vehicle. Communication is the key. Again, we, I can't stress enough the excellent customer service which we was provided to us by Ms. M. We requested an email to cover what was discussed regarding our policy, and Ms. M provided one. We do appreciate accommodations during COVID-19.
Let me just say that I can't believe I am the only person who has had a bad experience with this company!
Let me just say that I can't believe I am the only person who has had a bad experience with this company! I have read all kinds of good reviews on FB and wish I had a great experience. First, I have been paying them for 2 years and have never had anything covered on my *** LIberty in that time despite several breakdowns. But finally something was maybe going to be covered when my transmission started acting up over a month ago. Yes a month ago and I still do not have my *** back. It took days to have an inspector visit my mechanic in CO. Then he had to go back and submit his findings. A transmission claim can take days to be approved. It finally got approved after about another week. Then they said that they would send a transmission, rebuilt to my mechanic to put in. That took forever! It arrived and got put in and didn't work right. It wouldnt shift. So it got sent back and I am still waiting for the replacement.I am a school teacher, disabled and had to rent a car to finish my last week of work in May. They will not reimburse me as my claim does not qualify for a rental car! What good does it to have an extended warranty with rental car coverage if it is not covered. I am confused, mad, and devastated by this news. I want to cry! As soon as this is done I am canceling! I am out so much money on rental car for a week. With a whole month without a car I had to cancel many Dr visits, medication pick ups, groceries, etc. Most of the *** Service people have been very nice and I know it is not their fault. I get transferred a lot. I left a msg for my Claims person and never heard back. My mechanics wife has had to deal with all of this and they said "Never have we ever dealt with a warranty company like this. It is the worst of all that they have ever dealt with" They feel so sorry for me. I know there is nothing I can do. I just wanted to bring some reality to their service. Being a single woman I know I ma taken advantage of when it comes to cars. I wish I had never joined this company. I want my money back as they have done nothing for me. If I had 1400 my mechanic could get me a new transmission for me at cost as they feel so bad for how I have been treated.

Was sold a policy dated July 29, 2022 but decided to cancel after I failed to receive a copy of the policy
Was sold a policy dated July 29, 2022 but decided to cancel after I failed to receive a copy of the policy. The contact number was with *** Services in *** who appears to be an affiliate of *** Omega as all companies are defined as part of "US" in the policy. On calling, they provided instructions to access the policy electronically and I did so. Based on the lack of communication though, I decided to cancel the policy and per their instructions, sent a letter to this effect via certified mail. They received the letter on September 2, 2022. After this, I spoke with them on September 8 & 27 and October 7. Each time I was told that the check was being mailed. It has been two weeks since the last contact so I tried to call again but only get a recording and no return call. Based on the terms of the policy, I expect a prorated refund of the premium less a $75 fee. Based on the effective date of July 29 and Cancellation on September 2, this would be $2,762.55

I have an extended warranty plan on my vehicle. It is Omega Auto Care Exclusionary . I purchase this plan in 2018 and was told it was a great plan and my plan can be used at any licensed repair facility, my plan would cover parts, labor, and taxes. I have never needed yo use my extended warranty plan until now . My air conditioner needs a condenser and a compressor, expansion value and thermostat. I called customer service at this company and told them about the problem that I was having with my vehicle and was told that I can take it to any licensed repair facility as stated in my plan. I took my car to Tires Plus to be fixed and the manager at Tires plus called my insurance to relay the problem that they found and to discuss the price which was around $1,700. A representative from Omega Auto Care said that they would not pay the amount quoted that is need to fix my vehicle and offered to pay approximately $600.00. Tires plus manager told me that he could not fixed the problem with my car for this small amount of money. I had to towed my car to another facility. My car is at Infinity of Augusta. They did a diagnostic test and called my extended warranty to discuss the issues that they have found and told them the cost it would take to repair these issues which is $1,800 . My extended warranty only offered 600 to 700 in payment. This is not enough to fix my vehicle. I am a senior citizen and I believe I have been taken advantage of . This is my only vehicle that I have to get around in . I purchased this extended warranty- Omega Auto Care Exclusionary was to prevent something like this from happening. My policy No is ***. I asking asking for help in helping me to resolve this matter .
I got a call from this company trying to get me to switch my insurance, the agent was very forceful and rude. Telling me that my current Insurance was no good, that I needed to send money right away if I wanted good coverage and threatening that I would never be able to take my vehicle to be serviced anywhere without their insurance plan. He even demanded to speak to my husband, who has been deceased for almost a year. I have no want to switch my insurance or be yelled at completely unprompted.
I bought a after market warranty for my truck from omega auto care. I was lied too by the woman selling me the warranty. Then when I need too use the warranty for my truck break down I was told because I drive it too work and sometimes have too pit tools in the truck that they can not cover my truck repairs. And they had the dealer tear my truck apart too see what was wrong and had them take pics of all the stuff. And then said they can not cover my truck cause I use it for work. And that they are not responsible too have the truck put back together. And all this after having my truck in the shop for almost a month. So too me they should be responsible too make it right and fix my truck under my warranty that I purchased from them

Omega home warranty apparently called my 90 year old mother with senile dementia on the telephone on October 28. Any one who speakers to my mother for more than a minute would certainly realize she is confused and unable to make decisions for herself. Omega Home Warranty convinced my Mom to sign up for a monthly fee of $69.99 for a home warranty that she does not understand about nor does she need. I feel that this is nothing more than another telephone scam. Policy # ***. As I was doing her bills I found the monthly charges on her credit card, I called the company who immediately credited this month and cancelled the policy. However, I asked them to credit the two months that she previously paid and they said they could not. Since they got away with $139.98 from her I believe this is clearly a case of abuse of the elderly.
Omega auto care have been contacting me regarding warranty service regarding a ***. I do not own a *** and never will. This situation nearly cost me my job today and at this point I'm looking to take this company to court should those phone calls to continue. It is a scam and I really do hope Complaintsboard.com can help me with resolving this situation. I'm afraid that I may end up losing my job because they simply will not stop calling. I even ask to remove me from there call log a number of times. They call from morning to night. I simply don't know what else to do at this point. I'm going to include the phone number that simply will not stop calling me.*** Best Regards
This company either directly or engages with another company that uses the *** as their cold call list. I have received numerous phone calls offering me an extended coverage policy despite the fact that I have not purchased a vehicle in the past 10 years. They, or another business placing calls for them, are using the *** because it is the cheapest way to obtain a large list of phone numbers. They, or another business placing calls for them, need to stop using the *** as their calling list, use it for it's intended purpose, and purchase an actual calling list. May I suggest you purchase it from the post office, it is more expensive then most but it is also the most accurate.
Purchased extended auto warranty from them. Car Engine quit working Apr 2022. Omega sent down adjustor to check car. Adjustor claimed problem was result of TSB. Dealer has detailed was not result of TSB. Omega now states that car has TSB so therefore no coverage, however, this car has a TSB for every component on the vehicle yet sold a product that was supposed to cover powertrain yet powertrain had TSB (Even though it wasn't for the issue that caused the engine failure). Omega has attempted every argument to not pay for repair. Took them 4 weeks to come and look at car in first place. Have document from Dealer stating they should cover the repair as it was not a result of the TSB in question. Have more documentation regarding this case.
I have received dozens of calls from this company trying to sell me an extended warranty for my vehicle
I have received dozens of calls from this company trying to sell me an extended warranty for my vehicle. I am on the do not call registry and I've politely asked every caller to stop calling, but they continue to do so every day. Some calls start as early as 8am and some go into the evening. I've asked to speak to supervisors & was told "you are and I assure you I will take care of this"; while others it's like they don't hear me or understand what I'm saying because they start reading their script verbatim to sell a warranty. Today I got a new caller who gave me the name of the company and website, but when I asked for the phone number he told me "we aren't supposed to give it out. This is an outbound call center and we call people all over the United States". I explained I wanted to talk with a supervisor and was put on a brief hold and another man came on the line speaking very very softly. He confirmed he was the supervisor but when I began asking questions and told him I could barely hear him and could he speak up the line immediately hung up. Note I had no problem hearing the initial caller.

Purchased an extended warranty from ***
Purchased an extended warranty from ***., they administer warranty claims and customer related issues for Omega Auto Care. My *** suffered a failure of the *** which renders the vehicle not operable at highway speeds and caused uncontrollable deceleration. The *** specifically states that the *** and or *** are covered parts. The mechanic has determined that the *** does not work and the reason is a failed ***. Without the *** the *** doesn't work and the drivability issues result. Upon making the claim coverage was denied as the *** is not a specifically enumerated part. As a consumer, the listing of the *** as a specifically enumerated and covered part would lead the reasonable consumer to expect coverage and inclusion of that/those components which comprise and enable the *** to function. The justification for the denial coverage is language at paragraphs 14 and 16 of the Exclusions. 14. FOR PARTS THAT ARE NOT SPECIFICALLY LISTED IN THE SCHEDULE OF COVERED PARTS SECTION OF THIS AGREEMENT. 16. A BREAK DOWN OF A COVERED PART BY A NON-COVERED PART, OR OF A NON-COVERED PART DAMAGED BY A COVERED PART. Two observations, firstly the *** is a specifically enumerated part and secondly, if the *** cannot function without the *** it is integral to the *** and should be covered under the warranty. The simple fact of the matter is that my *** on my covered vehicle doesn't and can't function without repair and the *** is specifically enumerated as covered by the warranty.

I have an extended warranty plan on my vehicle
10/31 I am a 100% disabled senior citizen on a fixed income that has been duped by your company
10/31 I am a 100% disabled senior citizen on a fixed income that has been duped by your company. I purchased this extended warranty in good faith. When I purchased this warranty covering my power train among other things on the 2006 Dodge Ram, I had approx. 150,000 miles on the vehicle as it states in my contract. The mileage on the truck now is approx. 155,000 miles. Which in common math is equivalent to 5000 miles put on the truck since I purchased the warranty. I had two S.A.E. certified mechanics inspect this vehicle and stated there is absolutely no way this sludge as stated in the denial letter accumulated in five thousand miles, so did you sell me a vehicle warranty where this sludge was already present. There were no inspections, pictures, requests for maintenance records or anything when the warranty was purchased. The owner of the certified mechanic shop that diagnosed the problem stated that all the oil ports were flowing perfectly and the oil pump was functioning fine. He also stated the sludge was normal for a vehicle with 150,000 miles. When I contacted your claims dept. to discuss these issues the associate was extremely RUDE and stated that the claim was denied. Starting this week I will be contacting , B.B.B, Florida consumer affairs, the Florida state attorney's office, The Florida bar assisting disabled Seniors, veterans consumer affairs. When I spoke to your associate I simply asked if we could mediate this decision with an unbiased third party and he declined and stated I was denied. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the request was denied.Vehicle disabled and no transportation for two months. HELP! Active Policy *** ---- Claim filed 09/01---- Denial letter received 10/31

I have been receiving urgent *** from what I assumed to be a *** or other *** for weeks now
I have been receiving urgent *** from what I assumed to be a *** or other *** for weeks now. I just recently had my *** changed to the state I currently reside in and thought it was an additional step that I needed to take that was required by the State of ***. Finally after getting 3+ "notices" in the mail, warning that I only have a few days to respond, I called the number listed. I first spoke with a *** who asked me about the information on the ***d and my "owner ID" number. She informed me that my *** was about to expire and she made it seem necessary, but it was very expensive. I initially declined this offer, she continued to hound me with questions about my financial background, obviously trying to make the sale no matter what. She then transferred the call to her *** who then used the background information I had given to exploit my situation, forcing the sale. The second offer seemed a lot better and I felt like there was no option and that this *** they were offering was critical. They proceeded to ask for all of my *** information. Against my better judgement, I gave it to them and have since needed to cancel my *** upon reflection of the fact that I was scammed. He confirmed my payment in an email later on. Their contact information changes on every *** received and the *** itself does not have any descriptive information about who they are or what they do. It is meant to lure new *** owners, and anyone changing *** or *** into this ***, that is basically theft. I'm not even sure how they acquired my information because it was not a newly purchased ***, everything that has recently changed with the *** and *** were done through official and private *** channels. I have since tried to contact them back without any success.

Their *** is intentionally deceptive for the average *** who is not a ***
Their *** is intentionally deceptive for the average *** who is not a ***. I was sold the "***" *** almost 4 years ago under the guise that this covered ***. I remember the phone call with the ***, who specifically used the words "***". Sure enough, when I take my *** in for *** and it is found that the *** must be replaced. The average ***, like myself, does not know what the *** is until there is an issue with it. My claim was rejected because the words "***" are not explicitly listed in the covered *** section of the contract, despite "***" being covered, this being a related and ***, and this being advertised to be as covering ***. At the same time, the *** is not listed in the exclusions section of the contract. So the company actively decided not to list "***" in the exclusions section of their contract. Yet, if I go to the most recent version of their ***, they decided it was important enough to list in a table outlining ***/***/ (this was not present when I originally purchased the ***). So they know what the *** is, yet their decided not to specifically list it in the exclusions section so that *** like myself would be duped into believing that *** would be covered as advsertised. It is clear that the company is actively trying to deceive ***s by making false claims about their *** when selling it, and by intentionally excluding *** from the contract while including it on their *** (which makes it clear that they are aware of said ***). Their current *** and the contract from 4 years ago do not align, and it is clear that this was intentional.

This company sold my mother a policy she doesn't need
This company sold my mother a policy she doesn't need. My mother has Alzheimer's disease and if you talk to her, it is clear that her short-term memory is non-existent.
