Noise and double parking
Edison woods building 20 is having an issue with whole families of about 10 living in these apartments. You can hear anything that is said outside with these windows. Loud talking, arguing etc etc.
Double parking in front of the building for hours. Meanwhile there is parking spots a available.
Using the apartments to store food, furniture, and clothes via uhaul. Then reloading them in trucks all hours of the day and night.
It's like there is a shipping company out of the apartment.
No respect for the other tenants in building 20.
This has been going on for 3 days now. Loud banging also from the apartments.
Desired outcome: There is no way other tenants aren't complaining. For the amount of rent we pay this is unacceptable. Code enforcement should be called to check apartments or management.
Travelway safety
I live in 987 harbortown blvd. The tenants park in the travelway every night. I can't get into my garage. I made several complaints the last three years and nothing has been done. It is a fire hazard as well. I almost hit someone trying to weave the five cars park in the travelway. I look in the other travelways and no one has this problem but building 27. Please tow the cars and people will see you are serious

Quality of life in development
The quality of life is a big issue in Harbortown. Now there are many cars with loud mufflers and music. Today on Christmas Eve the maintenance workers were blasting music from truck as they cleaned up overflowing garbage from bin. No respect for tenants paying over 2k-3k a month. They are at work but we are at home and we have a lease that says we have the right to quiet conditions. Now there’s car racing and speeding in streets. One tenant has so many cars all with loud noises when starting. Something has to change it’s becoming filthy also. People have thrown pots of rice in the street. Just dumping it. People are throwing garbage right at the bins. The packages are being stolen all day long. People cars are being broken into daily. A man was walking around trying to open unit doors. ita as if we are now sitting ducks for crimes. Who is actually screening people moving in. So many petty crimes being committed out in the open.
Desired outcome: Clean up the crime, noise and garbage. At this point the Management company is breaking every single rule and lease not to mention simple local laws.
New tenant
I have lived at Edison woods Seniors located at 213 Yelencsics court, Bld100 for 14yrs. I have never had a reason to complain. However, there is a tenant that move into apartment in the 1st of June 2022 in apartment 113 that wakes me up every morning at 7:30am with exception of December 20, 2022 when I was woken up at 5:am.
He had had several run-ins with tenants here that are scare of him. He approached my daughter twice when he moved in and that was taken care of by me. He also took a chair out of the kitchen and a table out of the lobby. He was made to put the table back but the chair he disposed of in the garbage area.
He has a problem and is overly hyper. He has threaten tenants also. I cannot understand why is still here. A petition was sign by several tenants an brought to the Woodbridge office in October 2022. This man is hyper and need to place where he can be monitored. There need to be given a do's and don'ts list given out and background checks done.
There is no security, they blow their car horns early in the morning and blast car radios.
Desired outcome: Tenant in 113 needs to be relocated so he can be monitored. There needs to be surveillance cameras in areas such as the mailroom, and all door entrances that work. And some security and background checks.
My mom lives in same bldg and has same problem with same person. We have police reports on top of police reports plus videos of the stealing and NOTHING..im going to legal dept . There needs to be something done. He needs to be out. Im scared to go home and leave my mom, I'm afraid for her life. Im next going to the mayor and all the channels of the news.

I recieved a copy of my inspection report. So reading it carefully I did read that they charged us with a 10 dollar amount to not having clean counters when we were there cleaning up all counters were cleaned... The only thing that was an issue was the caulking around the faucet was not clean and I have told management about that and it never got taken care of... That was number one... Number two the floor was cracked not doing to my dad who was living there at the time... It was not put in properly and to no avail it had gotten cracked and chipped... Needed to be put in better... Dont think we should pay for that as well... And lastly the 360 dollars that was charged every day we were there to clean the apartment... Now that was not told to me at the time that I had told the management that my dad had passed and we were no longer needing the apartment.. Was charged 360 for that... Had no idea... Yes I had 40 days from when I sent the paperwork in but we did it in 2 weeks... Not happy about that not told about that... Something needs to be done here... Thank you for yor time. Temperature control
For ten days I have tried to get a repair of the thermostat in my apartment Sun Valley Way, Florham Park. The quality of service has been extremely terrible, rude and unprofessional. Returning to my apartment on Sunday, September 11th the temperature was 89 degrees. The thermostat read 72 degrees. I called maintenance and was told that it is raining, and he could not work on the air conditioning unit. He suggested that I open all the windows to the apartment. I called Monday and every other day. Yesterday, I visited the leasing office on property and Viktor (leasing agent) said he was told it would be taken care of during the day. I returned last night and find a note in the door that they did not have permission to enter. The temperature in the bedroom again reached 89 degrees. This morning I personally spoke with a maintenance person who was working next door. I explained my concerns and I was told to put in a work order. I call the hot line for maintenance and again was told a work order will be put in for the correction.
Alone with the inconvenience of the heat, I was asked to remove all window dressings and move furniture to the middle of the rooms last Monday to replace windows. Here we are a week later of living in disarray, and no one knows when the windows will be installed. I could go on and on but it seems like no one cares... just pay the rent. Door lock broken, cracks in the ceiling and walls from water damage of another apartment, terrible repair work, missed work days with no show for repairs, etc. As I stated earlier, the quality has decreased in the over ten years that I have been a tenant of Sun Valley.
To pay to live in these conditions is inhuman.
Apartment neglect of health and safety of tenants
Lives at the blueberry ct, edison. This morning, my kids scared, ran upstairs and mentioned noise coming out of the bathroom downstairs. It was loud that all were frightened. So I went to check and noticed sewer coming out of the bathroom and a pipe pushing its way through all the way to the laundry.

When I called customer service it seems the person was not aware of such and no one seems to care about the tenants and should have at least notified the people about the impending work that's coming.
Now I have a guest bathroom filled with filth. This is the second time that such has happened.
Desired outcome: 1- Notify tenants prior to such work 2- Pre-arrange to come and clean and sanitize bathroom without having to call.3- Last that bathroom needs immediate cleaning, sanitization.
Keeps harrasing my family
Since I moved into cloverleaf gardens in Woodbridge the lady live at front of me called herself a managers wife threatened my wife and my 2year daughter knock on my door at 12am when my wife go downstairs she was screaming and smoking cigarettes and through cigarette smoke on my wife and daughters face they are so scared at that I was not at home she's said we do not park our cars in the parking and if we park she know the tow truck guy she called him and tow my car and she said I'm the manager wife so I cam do whatever I want I'm tired of this physio and mental lady it's been a year now she keeps watching me when ever I fgo somewhere or come my home, 2 months ago my guest coming to my house she stop her car in the parking lot and telling him do not park his car inside I did call the cops about this they came and said ignore her so I did but she's still doing same thing every day,I did write a letter about this issue to Middlesex management but I think she's a manager wide so she can do anything

Water leaking in bedroom carpet
They have been coming to clear the leak but its still going on. Whole bedroom carpet is fully soaked in water. It has started smelling really bad, I m almost 40 weeks pregnant and I will have to go to the hospital any day.
In this situation how can I bring a new born baby. Please rectify this problem as soon as possible. It was yesterday someone came to clear the water and no I see water through the carpet. Please send help.
Hot water heater
I have contacted this company several times to fix the issue with the water heater in our building. There is 1 large boiler in the boiler room and it been having issues for the last two months. This issue was patched up on the first two times. Now today we dont have hot water again. There are 22 apt in each building so that means 22 families are going without hot water. Am I the only tenant who is inquiring on thus issue. Ive left several messages with the maintanance and Middlesex Managemnt nobody has called me back. But, if our rent is not paid on time we are going to court for possible eviction. Somebody pls help!

Since March of 2022, I have been have drain flies in my house. I keep putting in a service request every week and Pest control comes and changes the fly trap every week. Rude/unprofessional customer service rep
I called customer service today in order to get some clarification in reference to a court order that was filed by Willingboro Square against me. After making my initial call I was able to reach someone from the legal department, however, after hanging up the phone with the legal department my fiancé asked me to call back to get further clarification and a detailed breakdown of what is owed.
I called back and spoke with Aneeru, I explained to her that I had additional questions for the legal department, and totally disregarded my request by telling me that, I already called and spoke with the legal department during my last call and that they would not be able to further assist me, I went on to try and explain to her that my questions are not the same questions I called about during my previous call. Aneeru was very rude to me and my fiancé when all we were trying to do was get a breakdown on what was being paid but instead, she decided it would be a good idea to hang up on me while I was still talking.
After talking with Aneeru I decided that I can no longer live @ a place where you pay your money to and be so disrespected. I been a tenant here since 2007 and I refuse to be disrespected by anyone who works here.
Desired outcome: An apology from Aneeru for being rude and hanging up on me

DRYER NOT WORKING - called 12/27/2021 before lunch

I made a follow-up the following day and a customer rep told me wait 2-3 days which I said fine. After 3 days I made a follow-up called and the customer rep told me someone comes in. I never heard a door bell which will be impossible not to hear because I am working 7 ft away from the door everyday. Also, it is basic 101 for the super to leave a note but I did not see any at all if they really come. The following day I made a follow-up call again and the customer rep told me this time it is 3-5 days which happen to be the same customer rep who told me at first to wait 2-3 days. I filed a seperate maintenance request last thurday (12/30) and today thru their website. Still not response. I called today (1/3/2022) and told me this time that they will escalate it which they always tell me whenever I make a follow-up call. When I request to talk to duty manager she said she was busy but was able to talked to the customer rep when she put me on hold. Aso the customer rep told me that they are short staff so I have to deal with it by waiting or just do the laundry outside with the current pandemic. but if you delay your rent they will just add a penalty without consideration. There is no really good communication at all between the call center and the maintenance department. You really have to wait for a long time to get a maintenance after reporting it either via e-mail or call.
You cannot even request on how to contact directly the maintenance department.
Parking
Gave me a ticket cause I have to park on the yellow line just so I can get home. I WILL NOT park three buildings down just so I can have Parker to come home. You guys WILL NOT tow my car let alone I am one of thee only people in these apartments while have been harassed by management. Better fix the parking

Bathroom vanity
I am a new tent and I put in a work order for my bathroom vanity to be replaced a week ago and I received a text asking if the issue was solved and I replied no. A couple of days later which happened to be today 12/14/21 and as told the work order was closed stating the vanity is in good condition which it s not. So I took pictures of my own. Some closed the work order saying it was in good condition

Noise Complaint
I am a new tenant at trafalger apartments and already my neighbors are stomping over me and stalking me from upstairs every time I use my shower or toilet they stomp over me any sudden move I make they are on it I had to call the police over 4 times since being in here the nonsense will start from 7 in the morning until 10 after I have spoken to my upstairs neighbors twice already and they told me that it's my neighbor from next door that's bothering which is a lie they will blast there television all day and not care I can't even go and be in my kitchen to cook let alone wash dishes without purposely being stomped over one day I was calling the cops the lady ran outside because she knows exactly what she doing this has to stop because she is stalking me in my apartment and messing up my quality of living I can't even sleep in my apartment it's no piece here

Leasing agreement
I've been living here approximately 4 years & I have never missed or even been late on rent. My ac unit goes out every month, there's skunks & mice. And my packages are constantly stolen off my porch. My lease is up for renewal at the end of this month, however I finally found a new place. I was sent a lease renewal form that states 1 month or 6 months. I applied for the 1 month because I'm not able to move in to my new home until 11/20. I received a call 25 days before my current lease is up and was informed that they are denying my lease extension because it takes place in November. No where on the website or in the lease paperwork does it say that you can't extend during the month of November, but apparently it's an unwritten rule. I explained my situation and was told they'll make an exception to extend my lease till February even though I move in to my new home 11/20. Its really unfortunate that they're are choosing to take advantage of myself and my husband who is a disabled Veteran. We now have 25 days to pack up close to 4 years worth of things and as of the end of this month we'll be homeless for 20 days. So like I mentioned earlier save yourself the heartache and find somewhere else. This place is a nightmare.
