Middlesex Management My floor in my kitchen is messed up

I've called months ago regarding my kitchen floor tiles. They are lifting. Someone came to look at it after that no one has ever come to fix it. I've called many times and even went to the maintenance office and nothing has been done. I have 3 children and I don't want them getting hurt. I keep getting told someone will contact me and no one ever calls.

Desired outcome: Please fix the floors

Middlesex Management Complaints of sewage in my basement

I am residing at 500 Adams Lane 14D North Brunswick 08902. I have a very stressing complaint for my rental apartment in regards of poor maintenance work done by them which causes a sewage flood from another apartment to my apartment in my basement. Few days after they worked in my basement, I started smelling something strange in my apartment but i thought it's my door rug smelling, i throw it and the smell get worst, i also thought it's a squirrel that died the house. On 5/18/21 I came from work I could not withstand the way my apartment was stinking, so i decided to call my cousin to come over and search what was the cause unfortunately when he went down the basement it was full of sewage, I immediately call the rental office about five times they could not picked up that was around 8pm. I decided to called my rental insurance company and the told me they will get onto the rental office the next day which they did and told me the rental office will get onto me that was on 5/19/21. The rental office called me and came to my house but they refused to to clean up because of my property according to them, so I called the rental insurance company and reported to them that they refused to clean because my property are there and the insurance told me i should be the one to move my items and I told them that I can't move those items since every where is filled with sewage and i cannot step in such mess but they insisted and i have to paid people to move them and the rental management was able to fixed the pipe and clear few surface of the feces and live without cleaning the whole mess that was on 5/22/21. So i called and emailed the lady at the rental office and asked her to evacuate us to another apartment or to properly the the house for us but the refused and up till now i haven't seen them and the rental apartment went ahead and lied to my rental insurance that there was no damages cause in the sewage accident. Due to the sewage incident, my insurance cancel my insurance policy claim because of wrong information given to them by the rental office and we are experiencing alot of flies in the house and my daughter is even having some skin reaction this past weeks. below are the evidence of what happen:

Middlesex Management Noisy tenants upstairs in 1620 forest haven blvd edison nj

Hi,

I am currently residing in the apartment 1618 below aprtment 1620 and there is daily noise of kids jumping and runing on the floor. These noises starts daily from 8 in the moring till the end of the day. Moreover its creating damages to the celing and walls of my apartment. We reached out to the tenants upstairs and management services but havent got any resloution till now. This needs to be addressed and resloved immediately.

Middlesex Management I am complaining about lack of service and health hazard issue

I was living at a blueberry village in Edison NJ, I have several emails from me and the leasing office as well as pictures of all the damage caused due to their negligence. They never fixed the squirrel's nest in the walls and we had massive leaks of water damage from the walls, windows, and floors. Black flies nest in the apartments. I contacted them several times with phone calls and emails I can prove everything. I lost a lot of money on damaged goods and was forced to leave due to the flooding and mold, now they are trying to get me to pay for leaving. I can prove everything. I have pictures of the mold, leaks from the window (which is right over the electrical outlet), and the other damages.

Desired outcome: Resolved the issue

Middlesex Management Apartment rental

YORKSHIRE SENIOR CITIZENS PLAZA LLC managed by the
Middlesex Management is cheating and harassing tenants, and must be stopped.

Middlesex Management uses webpay powered by Rentpayment.com to trick tenants pay their monthly rent online, then suddenly they stop the autopay to generate later payment, interest, court filling fees… I have been paying my full rent on time using autopay, the Middlesex Management was filing a false court case for late payment against me in name of YORKSHIRE SENIOR CITIZENS PLAZA LLC on 2/11/2020. I have contacted the Middlesex Management multiple times to check on my rent payment records. Every time the customer service representatives of Middlesex Management told me my account balance is fully paid and they will talk to their legal department to dismiss the case, but they didn't. Last week the Court sent me another Landload/Tenant settlement conference notice for the case they filed back on 2/11/2020. Stop this bad business practice and stop harassing tenants!

Desired outcome: Immediately withdrew the court filling on 2/11/2020 and stop harassing tenants!

Middlesex Management Hrbortown

Do yourself a favor and believe all the negative reviews of this company, no matter how much you like the place I'm sure looking elsewhere will save you a headache in the end. On October 7th my partner and I signed a year lease to begin on 1/1/21, we were told the tenants of the apartment we liked had a lease that expires November 30, so a 1/1/21 move in date was perfect for all parties. My partner called the main office of the development on 12/9/20 to see when we can pick up our keys and she was told that we'd be able to pick them up 12/30 and if they were available any sooner they'd call. The next day 12/10 I received a call from the development telling me that our apartment wont be available because the current tenant renewed their lease. Why weren't we made aware of this in November? Why weren't we informed of this when my partner called about the key? And on top of this, we'd have to wait 10 days to receive a refund of our initial deposit, which prevents us from finding another place while we await the funds. I proceed to email the management company on 12/12/20 to get some kind of confirmation in writing so that I won't be screwed later down the line which is what property management companies, especially ones this shady love to do. I was told the lease supervisor would reach out to me however I have yet to hear from him as of today 12/17/20. This company is clearly filled with negligent employees that don't care how they may negatively affect the lives of others. I have never been so thoroughly disappointed in the customer service/experience of a company

Middlesex Management Neighbor loud music and loud tv volume

My Neighbor any time and any days he's playing loud music and loud tv volume to late night. and he's party for this Building with Frinds so m not fill safe in this Building so m too much disturb to this loud music and party's please helping me for this problem. M request you please solved my problem very fast please.

Middlesex Management Security deposit

My name is Cornelius Connor and I'm disputing my security deposit. I lived at 61 Browning ter Acct# wh3-111 for 11 years. We had no late rent but once in the past 11 years. We never had one complaint. We had the carpet replaced 6 years ago on or about July 2014. We asked to have it cleaned once and was denied. The carpet was replaced in all rooms in one day, we complained about the service and how the carpet was not stretched tight. Joe was the manager at the time. They did about 3 other apartments that same day. Everything was done in a rush. It was the only problem we had in 11 years. Now we are being charged $1, 553.84 to replace this carpet that we complained about. if you check your records you will see we complained about the carpet and nothing was done. I video taped the entire apartment before leaving the carbet may have been a little dirty but there were not any stains on it. There was only two grown adults who lived there and no children. So if you would take another look at the carpet and readjust my deposit it would be much appreciated .
I feel after 11 years and having been a good tenant that a little more consideration would have been consider. I have seen people move out after one year and had to have their carpet replaced. So normal wear and tear should not be charged for replacement after all these years. Maybe a good cleaning but not replacement at our expense. I understand for cleaning, but you are charging me to replace the carpet in the whole apartment and I believe this is unjust because the whole apartment was not in the conditions that is being reported.I will present to you the video I took just for this particular reason.

Middlesex Management maintenance

We had leakage in my bathroom which I was not aware of. Maintenance guy knocked on our door at 5:30 pm and forced into my apartment. Said we have leakage. Then he started yelling at me and my family members. "Don't you see your tiles came off" it's your fault. You're going to pay for it. "
But tried explaining him we reported it same day and called maintenance but the hold was too long.
He didn't want hear anything. Then said "waistline my time" and didn't even fix anything and left.
How can you live here if these people treat you like this.
Not only that my 8 years old autistic son was traumatized. He kept saying don't shout but he wouldn't listen. I'm very upset.
Some one needs to help us here.

Middlesex Management tenant screening

ATNN: CREDIT DEPARTMENT
I'm writing this letter because I'm appealing the decision that was made through my tenant screening for the Apartments at Station Village and Pike Run Village. I submitted all documents for every item that I've disputed to Onsite and it's currently under investigation for the credit part for the second time and the Tenant Landlord part was resolved through Onsite and was deleted off of my consumer report but it came back up when I applied for another property so I'm back to square one. I've been working on my credit for quite some time now and I know that I don't have the best credit history but I'm doing my best to fix it. Me and my family are currently on the waitlists for placement for homeless shelters so I'm asking for you to consider us please for a unit I would greatly appreciate it. I spoke to Carol from the credit dept and she told me that you can't even have one judgement on your record even if you did not get evicted or owe any money and I find that hard to believe because everyone once in a lifetime can fall on hard times and I just so happened to be one of those people. All of my judgements are dismissed without prejudice. I feel like I'm being treated like a criminal. Please HELP

Middlesex Management unethical behavior

Notified on 4/25/19 that the emotional service animal request was denied but no further details could be provided. We were told to call a number to find out more. We called the provided number on 4/25 and they had no idea what I was talking about and had no idea about details on ESAs and approvals. I emailed Carlos the leasing agent back on 4/26 explaining the situation. On 4/26 Carlos responded back a different phone number and said to call and talk to "Legal". I called the number, was transferred to legal and spoke with Sam who told me that the reason for denial was that the letter was more than 1 year old, did not have an NPI number, and was from an out of state doctor. I responded that the law was very clear and that there is no rules about it having to be from an instate doctor.Sam replied that "actually, the law is pretty vague" and that this was their policy. I said that I wanted to be clear and make sure there was no random rules on who their company would choose to deem as a legitimate doctor. He replied that no, any doctor would work. I complied with his request, sending Carlos a new ESA letter with an NPI provided for an instate doctor. He emailed me back stating that he had forwarded the request to legal.

On 5/10 I received another email from Carlos, once again saying the ESA had been rejected. Sam from legal was called on 5/15/19 at 8:57 am, no answer, 10:35 am, no answer. 12pm, no answer. Called on 5/15/19 at 10:06am, left VM, 11:16am no answer, 12:27 spoke to Maggie who confirmed that Sam is working today but away from his desk. She did not know a good time to call back but transferred me to his line, no answer. At 12:47 I received a call from Sam in legal. With regards to my letter, he said everything appeared to be in order but that he had to confirm with his boss. He said someone (himself or carlos) would be reaching out to confirm. We then received a letter in the mail saying our apartment had been given away. We called Carlos to find out what happened. He alleged that the doctor who had written the ESA was not "the right kind" of doctor.

I would gladly have filed a complaint with DCR however the thought of going through legal proceedings would have compromised my already delicate state of health and I opted not to file. I have read the law very thoroughly and have also seen several department of civil rights lawsuits (some of which involved this management company) in which the judge had already concluded that none of these reasons (NPI not listed, age over 1 year, out of state medical doctor, non MD doctor) are legitimate for the denial of a service animal. The only valid reason for denial is is the management company claims undue hardship. Sam did not (as the voice recordings of our conversion prove). One would think that since this exact situation had gone to court several years before and that the management company had only just gotten off probation with DCR that they would be intimately aware of the legal situation with disability services.

Middlesex Management noisy tenants upstairs in 1620 forest haven blvd edison nj

I just moved in July 30th 2019. The tenants upstairs have been dragging furniture or something, stomping across the floor banging dropping things running! This disturbance starts as early as 8am until 3 pm . They leave out and come back around 7pm till 12:30 am noise starts back up. I moved here because they told me it was quiet here. I have not had a decent sleep as of yet. I am not happy. This has to be addressed .I hear constant noise ENTIRE DAY!

Middlesex Management harassing letters by legal department

The legal dept is a poor excuse. They harass their tenants with stupid letters and emails by name calling for example thief, murderer e.t.c with zero investigation. They are pathetic just look at the reviews and the number of BBB claims that have been filed against them. Structure of the apartment is the worst, customer service personnel and RUDE. The worst decision I have made is to leave in an apartment managed by this company

Middlesex Management laundry complaint

I am living( 2015 Village Dr) in village gr Avenel NJ, in our apartments no laundry working properly complied many times to the laundry maintenance peole, but there is response, one of the worst maintenance we have and they never repair machines, no dryer work properly.
So bec of the this problem I went to wood bridge gardens apartments for the laundry and I did not take out cloths out on 18th Jan, bec the dryer was still working and laundry close at 8pm, the next day I went for my cloths but they said they throw on garbage, I am planning to take legal action on this if this issue is not resolved, in my apartments machines not working as we complained lot of times and nobody cares about this issue and I unable to take out cloths bec of machine working and they just throw away all of my cloths.

Middlesex Management leakage in ceiling for past 5 years. never fixed leakage and cover it up with paint.

I have lives at Cloverleaf apartment for the past 5 years. I called several times regardinf a leakage in my living room and all they did was cover it up with paint. I have previous photos on how long I asked for this issue to be fixed. Now it's a whole in my ceiling with water coming out. I have called again when someone told they be here by 8:00 and it's going on 10:00. I even contacted the office no available Maintance man is available

Middlesex Management bad service

This place is a rip off
I been asking for my lease since December of last year and they haven't process it
I summited the request again on may and still nothing.
I moved from here because I got new duty station orders but they want a 45 day request saying you will be out even though it's impossible for us military memebers to do so when out of nowhere you are mandated to go somewhere else I did a 28 day notice and they charged me a whole month of rent because I gained to give them a 45 day notice .. I was never informed of this and when I told them where did it say that they couldn't come up with an answer that's why I'm requesting my lease and eveything I signed which they said they were going to mail .. I'm still waiting

Middlesex Management upstair tenant making noises

This is Maitrey Patel. I am leaving in 505 Cheryl Dr. Iselin NJ 08830. My upstairs tenant which is 509, Cheryl Dr. Iselin. My upstairs tenant running or taking a dance class every day from afternoon tonight with 10 or 15 students. All 15 peoples are dancing on the floor. I already complained to them and said my kids are dancing but the 2nd time I went to the door then I saw 15 kids were dancing.
I noticed, they started. Mon- Fri 11:00am to 12:00pm, 3:30pm to 8pm. Sat-Sun 4 pm to 8 pm and also on school holidays 4 pm to 8 pm.
We tired from a lot of noise. We feel like somebody is hitting a hammer on our mind. We tired of this lot of noises.
After I complained to Middlesex management and them guys came to stop making noises but they stopped for next 4 days after they started again. Now we tired too much because of noise.

Please, Sir/Madam, I request you to take an action as soon as possible.

Middlesex Management letter for noise

Hi Team,

I have received a letter of making noise from my apartment. I want to know on what basis this letter is sent to me. It is just one neighbour complaint because he do not want us to move during night and not to speak during night is not acceptable. I want to talk to the management on what basis this letter is sent. This is the reason i am vacating this apartment because the hard floors are so much poorly fitted that it makes a lot of pise when we move normally. We do not make noise due to music or something else. It is not acceptable and need emergency meeting with management on this

Middlesex Management maintenance

On April 6, at apartment 134, Convery Associates (Convery Gardens) began leaking the ceiling. Immediately, about his fact, was informed and notified Customer Service - Maintenance Hotline, phones; [protected] and [protected]. In short times, came a person from Maintenance, stated he fact, bu did nothing - the wet ceiling. Leaking, smelly water with a few holes in the ceiling, completely destroyed he carpets. But the worst happened later. The ceiling was dry in two days, and began to fall from he holes, the dirt, the old plaster and the material the last year was the attic insulated (fiber glass?) I'm elderly person, have to clean several times a day the apartment! After eight days, repeat 8 days, April 16, because only after eight days, despite several times to urgency, reminders, the ceiling has been plastered! The end? Today is three weeks after the event and the ceiling is not purged and not painted! Scandal and disregard! In last year, I paid a company a lot of money for painting this apartment, and now I have to look the stains and patches every single day. From what we know, "the great director" Albert, called Alberto, knows perfectly well about this case and what he did ? NOTHING! Did not call, did not see, did no fix! This PERSON, no obligatory and irresponsible, absolutely no interested tenants problems! Created for other great purpose? Perhaps, after a year, he looking for an inspector who will check some insulation work done on the attic of the building, using harmful material (fiber glass?), by a company with dubious reputation, but willing to split the earnings. Or someone else from Middlesex Management invented after 50 years (building built 1966) insulation attic, and take something extra?
According Middlesex Management, tenants should sit quietly, silently and be satisfied with their outrageous service and "luxury" housing condition.
