Purchased a dress in 2 different sizes on July 9 2018 and have not receive the package as of July 20. They've sent an order confirmation but no shipping information or tracking number. I have emailed company with no response. Will be disputing the charge with my CC company since they've taken the money with no actual proof that the dresses have been sent.

I ordered a dress but it arrived completely different than what I ordered. The day I received it I emailed the company snaking them where to return it to. I've contacted this company four times now about how to return my order and no one has responded. The website says returns need to be made within 10 days of receiving the item. They won't tell me where to return it so I can't.

A month after ordering I still had not received item. Contacted them (via email - only option) and they responded - shipping soon. Item arrived about 6 weeks after initial order. It was terrible quality and wrongly sized. That same day I reached out to them again to start the return process, per instructions on their website. This time no response. Tried again a few days later. Then a 3rd attempt. Now it's been a couple of weeks trying to get them to honor the policy on their website and I have yet to get a single reply! I will be pursuing this further by other means, especially after learning that so many others have been ripped off by them too. Milk & choco is a horrible "company" - do not trust them!

I received the dress but it doesn't look at all like the add, the fabric is too transparent, and hard, and the dress is much shorter so it doesn't look good.
I have been trying to get in touch with the support people but I don't get any answer from them.
I woud like to return the dress and receive a full refund for my purchase.
Could you please advise what the procedure for a return/refund is?

I ordered a romper on July 5 and have not received the product. have sent 2 emails about when to expect delivery and received the exact same email back, "that it has been properly processed and shipped", yet there is no tracking #. And after reading all these complaints, I am afraid to even get the product as sizing and quality appears to be an issue. I will be contacting my bank tomorrow. What a shame that you have to worry about scams like this!

I have emailed this company at least 3 times trying to return a dress I bought. It is way to small, and just want to return. I have not heard anything back from anyone! I am extremely frustrated! This dress was supposed to be for a wedding I am in. On the website, it states to contact them within a certain amount of time by email. There is no contact number I can find anywhere on the website. I just want to return the dress and get my money back!

The dresses that I got look as they do online, but I need to exchange them for bigger and smaller sizes. I have emailed them three times now in the past week and they have yet to return my email. I'm going to call my credit card company tomorrow to see if they can help me resolve this issue. I want a refund at this point! This company is awful and should be shut down!
inability to return dress purchased
I ordered a dress on June 11th from Milk and Choco. I waited days for some type of shipping confirmation but then had to reach out to them. They gave me a link, along with a tracking number, however the link would never actually work. The dress finally came, 3 weeks later and the quality is terrible. I have worked in Corporate Retail for 10 years and can recognize poor quality in a second. I barely got it out of the bag before I noticed. The dress is not at all true to size (I usually wear a small) and this dress was the smallest "small" dress I've ever seen in retail.
I tried reaching out to them per their website directions and have yet to hear anything back. They state on their website that they offer free returns, but after 4 emails to them, I've heard nothing. So, essentially they are taking customer's money with no chance of them being able to return.
This company is an absolute scam and should be closed immediately. They are shipping from China as well, so it seems like it's a fraudulent company. I've already reached out to my local BBB.

The size charts are 4 sizes off. It took over a month to receive. The quality of the product is laughable. The item I ordered is not even the same material in the description.
I have contacted Customer Service 3 times to return my item (every other company sends a return form). NO REPLY.
They need to be taken off Facebook. They are related to other companies with the same shipping address.

Their redund policy suggest you return 6 days after payment, but the item takes over a month to recieve
" your order has been paid and you need to change it, please contact us through our contact page within 6 business hours following payment."
I bought a dress and I paid for it and I still haven't got it
I bought a dress on May 24th through the page of Milk and Choco. I paid for the dress with my debit card, they did make the charge, and I still do not receive it! My order is #136610 and is a Kendra lace floral dress.
To add more problem I wrote several times a month ago and they do not solve anything, it is a scam.
Not only has passed more than the usual time todo recive a package, they don't solve the problem and apparently they are not interested in doing it either!

Total scam! Ordered this june 22.. two dresses for a wedding .. finally received July 17.. very cheap material.. dresses for flimsy see through material.. not the size I wanted as this could fit a small child .. spent 80bucks! Immediately emailed the Company and have had no response.. after finding this site I am hesitant to send back of fear of not getting refund and getting screwed out of product as well.. will probably just keep product and give it away .. now I will have to find another dress elsewhere .. do not buy from these dishonest people

Hello, the dress is very beautiful, it was delivered on July 3rd, I was traveling, and saw it on July 12th, sent you complaint right away, it is missing a button in the front, and it is too small. I have already sent 3 complaints, and did not receive ANY reply! I am very unhappy with your poor unprofessional customer service!

worst experience ever
Purchased 3 items. Paid for expedited shipping. Did not receive for six weeks. Clothing ran small. I tried to contact for exchange. There is no phone or live person.
I returned with a tracking number with original tags and packaging- never worn. I expressed i would be glad to exchange for a different size, or a refund. I included sizing and everything. 9 emails later and noone contacts me. I have gone on Facebook, online, through gmail, Twitter and this company kept my money and the product. I am teally dissapponted.

Absolutely the worse customer service EVER! I ordered an xxl black hobo jumper which took 6 weeks to arrive. I excitedly opened the package to find a size MEDIUM PIN STRIPPED romper! I right away e mailed as outlined on their site regarding exchanges and refunds. 4 e mails later, I decided to post a review on another link. THAT triggered a response from them asking for an order number. Again, now 5 more e mails later, STILL no reply AND NO resolution! DO NOT purchase from this company as you may not even get your order and you sure as hell won't get any communication from them either! What a waste of $45!
dress
It took almost a month to get the dress after paying for priority shipping. When I received it there were 3 buttons missing at the bottom of the slip which made the dress unwearable. I emailed the same day I got the dress and several times after that and finally heard back yesterday stating they could not process a return as it has been more the 14 days since I received the dress. This place is horrible. I wish I would have read reviews before I ordered.

Items are not as pictured. Material is crap. Shipped in 3 weeks from China with no return address and no packing slip. I have sent several e-mails to the company for a return address. They will not respond. They also have no phone number for contacting them. It is impossible to get a refund. Don't let the Milk & Choco website fool you, this company is a SCAM!
"breeze" dress
Took forever to get--had ordered weeks before to wear to a wedding and it didn't get to me in time. It is not like the picture--it has ruffles around the arms and the elastic is tight, so I'll end up altering that part. It also has tons of buttons, but instead of buttonholes they have elastic loops that stretch to show a 1/2 inch to 1 inch gap down the entire front of the dress. I'll have to have someone either do buttonholes which will cost a fortune or figure out some way to keep the dress together. I won't purchase from this company again. I thought it had a 30 days return, but it's only 14--the wedding we went to was out of town and took 2 weeks vacation with it, so that's not an option now.

The Alina jumpsuit has just arrived and none of the seams match... it is poor quality and I would never wear it or buy anything else from Milk & Choco.

I ordered a dress from this company and received a confirmation email on May 6, order number MC 101459. Item is the "Eliana Casual Striped Dress" and I paid $39.95. May 9 I received email that the order had shipped but it took a few weeks to arrive. When it came, it was of extremely poor quality, cheaply made from crappy material. The site advertises free returns for full refund and instructs that you contact [protected]@milkandchoco.com. I saw no other instructions for how to return an item and obtain refund. I emailed on June 21 requesting that they please tell me how to go about returning this time, and received no reply, though the site clearly states they will "respond within 1-2 business days." I emailed again on July 12 and then a 3rd time on July 16. I see no phone number to contact this company so I went to their Facebook page, where I found several other complaints from customers and a link to this Complaints Board site. I am seeking full refund for the substandard item, and some common courtesy and customer service from this company that has blatantly ignored me. The return address I can make out on the package is 322000 Yiwu, Jinhua, Zhejiang, China. Appreciate any help you can give, and thanks.
I order a dress on july 3rd paid for priority shipping insurance
I've emailed the company several time it has been 13 days no package and no explanation. I purchased for a special event paid the Priority to make sure it got here in time. The website says usually no more than 10 days without Priority. Very upset had to rush arou d and find another dress. I flying out of town tomorrow and still no dress. There is no phone number that I can call only eay to contact is through email. They only give me 15 days to return item once its delivered but since im going out of town i wont know when its delivered. Ive decided to file a dispute with my Finavial Institute regarding the charge.
