I ordered a dress and a jumpsuit from this company on June 2nd. The outfits didn't arrive until July 13th. They are terrible quality! I have attempted to reach out to the company several times trying to get tracking information, because it took so long to receive AND again trying to get ahold of someone to get the return process going...and NO RESPONSE. Crickets! This company has terrible clothing and even worse customer service!

Ordered a dress from them online on June 26th - when I went to track my order it went nowhere and just indicated that they had processed my order but hadn't shopped it out. I have emailed their customer support team three times with no response (today is July 17th). I have just tried going onto their website today and it looks like it is no longer functional. I have disputed the charge with my bank. This company is a waste of time and money. Do not buy from them.

Bought a dress for my daughter for my wedding. Arrived within 2 weeks. Really poor quality material and stitching. Colour was not right and about 2 sizes too small.
I have emailed 5 times to ask how i return things and get a refund- NO RESPONSE.
If it was from China i would have half expected it as i have had issues before... but this is an American company and they adverise on facebook so i thought it would be safe.

HORRIBLE company! It is a total scam. Ordered a dress that I paid $40 for and was very excited about. It took a long time to ship, but I wasn't too upset about that understanding that it was coming from overseas. When it finally arrived I was so happy, only to find a cheaply made, ill fitting dress that looks nothing like advertised. The company also advertises free returns and does not have any method to reach them besides the customer support email address. I have sent many emails for months now and have not received a response. The great reviews on their website are definitely fake and there is a good reason they don't display reviews from real people on their Facebook page or website. This is ridiculous. PLEASE do not order from this store. It is a total joke.

Firstly, it takes ages to get the products due to be shipped from China..
Secondly, the product was awful quality, cheap and ill fitting..
Thirdly, they don't respond to return requests so you can't return the goods, there is no tel no to call or any other way of contacting them to get the instructions to return free of charge as the website confirms.

Order #MC192134 : Article received July 9, 2018. I tried the article on when it arrived. Sizing is not accurate. I have sent countless emails requesting information regarding the return process. I have sent an email everyday for the last week. No answers given and no replies to any emails. I put in a grievance with my credit card company.
All I want is a refund.
This company is crooked! They do not let you know how to return an item therefore you are stuck with something you will never wear and out $$$! This should not be allowed! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MILK AND CHOCO!
I ordered one of each dress...they sent 3...refunded 1 and I sent the other 2 back (paying shipping) and certified...No REPLY! Disputed charge on cc at bank...SCAMMERS!

Hi it seems as I have the same problem with this company as I have just read some of the complaints. I had bought a dress and when I finally received my order, the dress was certainly not a XXL . as I measured my self to go with their sizing. But the dress I received would only fit a 12 yr old child . So I have emailed the company numerous times to get a refund but am still waiting . I sent it back return to sender the day after I received it. And I have had no reply. Is there anything your company can do to get my refund please? I'm from Australia.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not buy from these crooks! You'll get no replies to your emails, I can't get any response and I've been trying for 3 weeks. I'm now trying to get a refund but again, no response. Do some research, their reviews are shocking not just on this site. Stay away 😡

Bought dress for a wedding through FB. No confirmation of order but happy take money. Constantly chasing via email, finally dress arrived after alot of communication 7 weeks later. Terrible quality, itchy and button missing, so couldn't even do it up 😣 desperately trying to return as don't have money to waste. No replies to emails, even though website says they have return policy...Was ignorant to think a £30 dress must be a decent company as bought cheap items before from China, got wot u paid for. Wished I just gone to RI.
I have had the same problem as everyone else by the look of it..I bought a dress for my daughters wedding. when it came sure wasnt an XXL.. It would prob of fitted a 12 yr old... Also sent so many emails to find out where to send it to.. So I decided to repack it and put return to sender on it. That was 19th June.I live in Australia. The delivery took about 4 weeks to get here.Not happy at all.Is there a tribunal we can contact for them to get them to give our refunds more efficiently ? if we get them at all? I will give this company until the end of July to refund me or I will go on FB and really stop as many Australians from ordering from this company... And I suggest you all do the same in your country if your refund isnt settled in a proper time frame...Cheers Julie

This company is a SCAM! They are based in China and delivery is very slow. The dresses are not as described. Dresses were made of some cheap material like Halloween costume like. The sizes were very small and not true to size. My 11 year old barely fit into a Large! The company is a SCAM, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I have sent them several messages and they do not respond. Their refund policy is non existant and they will not respond to you or communicate back for refund.. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

I ordered 3 dresses on 24 April and only received them once I had chased them.
2 of the 3 were nothing like the quality expected as per their website. The dress I kept was ok but needed the seam stitched as it arrived with a hole in it. It is also very thin so have to wear a slip underneath. The quality of the dresses are very poor and, for the money paid, I would have expected more. I am now $89.90 out of pocket for dresses that I cannot wear or even have amended as the quality is awful.
I have e-mailed them 3 times now to ask how & where to send them but have received nothing back. Any help would be appreciated.

I have emailed several times to cancel the order since it hasn't shipped. I have gotten no reply. Company provides no other way to get in contact with them. Milk and Choco is a complete scam.

I ordered a dress online for a wedding. It took over a month for the dress to arrive (past the wedding) and it was the wrong size anyway and very poor quality. I have tried for 10 days to get an address to return it for a refund but no response from the company. I will try to dispute it on my credit card and NEVER order from this company again. NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE AT ALL.

I ordered a dress August 2017 which I never received . Emailed company for first time in December as tracking was still showing en route . They responded straight away to say they would check with shipping company and respond to me in few days .
Since then I have sent several emails requesting a refund of my money and basically been totally ignored since then .

I purchased the BoHo Dress online. The company were very prompt with their emails during the purchase of the item but I am disappointed about my emails being ignored since then. Purchase and delivery emails were responded to promptly. I am unable to read the full address details of the sender on the packaging but would really like to return the dress for an exchange of size. I don't want a refund...just an exchange of size. I am happy with the dress - BoHo Dress - I purchased except for the size.

I have tried to return a BoHO dress, have sent 8 emails for return policy and address... No response whatsoever. !
I also have a Breeze Boho Summer dress in size small. I ordered size large. The company will not respond to my email regarding my incorrect order.
poor quality clothing and zero customer service
Avoid like the plague! Quality of clothing is terrible and I've had zero response to countless emails requesting a return and refund. They have a free returns policy which asks you to email them to start the process but they never respond. I've been waiting months now (yes I should give up but it's the principle!).
Do not purchase from them or the other companies which appear to be operating under different names!
When I submitted another complaint online they emailed and said if I take it down they will refund me! How's that for ethical business practices?

I ordered this dress on June 2, 2018 and received it today July 14, 2018. The quality of the dress certainly doesn't match up to what is pictured on the website. The sizing is terrible I won't be able to use it. Based on information from these complaint boards I won't try sending it back since it is coming from China. This is a lesson learned for me and I do not recommend buying anything from these people.

I ordered a dress costing $39.95 from Milk and Choco this morning 14/07/2018 Order MC#229252 but on seeing all the complaints about this company I then tried to cancel the order. I have emailed twice to cancel this order and would like a full refund. No answer from customer service. I phoned my bank to request that the payment is blocked but the bank said it is pending and there is nothing they can do until the payment has gone through. Once the payment has gone through Milk and Choco can either provide me with a refund or my bank will set up a Visa Dispute with them to get the money back. If you are reading this Milk and Choco please refund the money..

Summer 2018: My order took over a month to arrive. I only received it after I emailed asking where the heck it was. All the items were thin, see through, not quality. However, I'm finding it very difficult to return. Their website says just email them and they'll get back within 1-2 days. It's been a week and I've heard nothing. They have no where to submit comments on their website or Facebook, no way to communicate except through email which they don't use. This is so unethical and frustrating.

I received the dress 17 days ago. The bust for an XL is suppose to be 37 inches but the dress measures 31, SIX INCHES SMALLER THAN STATED IN THE SIZE CHART. I have sent and text numerous requests asking how to return the dress and get a refund. I have not received a response. I will start sending and posting complaints about this company on every site I can access.
I ordered a dress from them they have taken my money and I still have not received a tracking number I have emailed them 5 times and I have now cancelled the order and requested a refund they have not replied to any of these emails.
