SCAM
Miller Plante called my home to sell (scam me)into buying their new and improved product The Septic Helper 2000. I refused the product they wanted to send me and told them I have enough of the stuff and they would not take NO for an answer! They sent it to my home against my wishes and told me I could not return it! I filed a complaint with the Florida authorities--who did nothing. They keep calling with all kinds of different numbers and area codes close to my home number. I just want them to stop calling! If you get scammed by millerplante.net or Miller Plante Inc. send the product back to:Miller Plante Inc. P.O. Box 940711, Maitland FL [protected] or refuse it at the door.
Fraud
Miller Plante called my home to sell me an enzyme for my septic system--a new system. I refused. They sent the product anyway. I could not return it. I threw it away, paid the fee (after they threatened to file a credit agency report), and I filed a complaint with the Florida authorities--who did nothing. They keep calling. I have had four different stories from them over the last 2 years.
They are excellent sales people. In my opinion, they lie. In my opinion, they lie. In my opinion, they lie. In my opinion, they lie.

Miller Plante policy has always been to have a recorded phone call with our customers ordering and they are always confirmed a 2nd time with a call from our shipping department. Customers who reject the USPS delivery or decided to return within 30 days are always taken care of.
Bad experience
I dont have a review, these people have called me many of times and when i say hello, they hangup or dont answer. The last time i answered the woman mocked me as I told her not to call my house again repeating it sarcastically back to me twice. They need to leave people alone, if they dont wish to do business. I will not now nor ever be using this company for my septic needs so tell them they can kiss my *** and to stop the *** calling or i will enforce with a higher level of superior. Got it! Thanks!

For those who question the need to use Bacterial Treatments, Consider This: The New 2011 EPA Mandates require new septic system inspections and GPS, pumping mandates, mandatory replacement and repair and also banning of septic systems and cesspools in rural areas and near all waterways. Some States require septic system inspections, pumping or replacement before selling your home and if your septic system fails you must connect to the city sewer or sell your home.
To have the best chance at Passing the New 2011 EPA Drain Field and Nitrate Level Inspections; which are happening across the Country with as little as a 2 weeks notice; Use the All-Natural http://www.MillerPlante.net "Septic-Helper 2000" and the Phosphate and Nitrate Free "Enza Washer Ball". The Septic System Treatment has the natural bacteria and enzymes that liquefy the waste in the tank AND out in the drain field.
New 2011 EPA mandates say that even a slow drain in your drain field or elevated Nitrate levels could require replacement of your entire system for $20, 000 to $40, 000 or move out of your home or business.

However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:
- Website's registrar is popular among scammers, it means that a significant number of scammers have used that registrar to register domain names for their fraudulent websites. This can indicate that the registrar has lax verification processes, making it easier for scammers to register domains without providing accurate information.
- Millerplante.net has relatively low traffic compared to other websites, it could be due to a niche focus, but could also indicate a potential lack of traffic and popularity. The millerplante.net may offer a niche product or service that is only of interest to a smaller audience.
- Miller-Plante protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.
- If you purchased a website from Miller-Plante that is currently for sale, and you did not receive what you paid for, you may be a victim of a scam. To try and get your money back, you can try contacting the seller, filing a dispute with the payment platform, or reporting the seller to the relevant authorities.
Fraud and scam
Miller-Plante sent a box of their septic-tank treatment to our house in the summer of 2001. I called and asked them to come pick it up, we didn't want it. The guy tried to make a deal with me, lower the price, and used every stall tactic in the book. I finally filed a formal complaint, and then I called UPS and filed a complaint with them as well, and they sent out a call tag to have the box picked up and sent back to Miller-Plante at no cost to me.
Guess who called tonight, 7 years later?! They asked to speak with my husband and when I asked, can I tell him who's calling the lady told me Miller-Plante. He's a current customer of ours.
I quickly replied, "Oh NO HE'S NOT!" You're the people with that septic tank crap. I called UPS..."
(that's when she hung up on me, so I didn't even get to finish yelling at her).
Imagine the nerve, trying to pawn this stuff off on us again after all this time. Our number is on the Do Not Call Registry, so I just went and filed a complaint there.

I just put a stop to this company's predatory sales to an older person (my aunt) who is on a fixed income and has been pulling from her savings to pay their invoices. She thought she had to pay it. I'm sure she probably gave in to a high pressure sales call. This world is so full of crooks, but not for much longer. (Psalm 37:10, 11)
High pressure salesman phoned me. I said MAYBE we would take it. He said that someone from shipping would call to confirm our order. I got zero such calls. We decided NOT to buy the product, but no one phoned us in advance for us to say we did not want it.
Now, here is a box sent priority mail. We do NOT want it!
Can I put "return to sender on?" and get it sent back?
How do I undo the sale?
I hope you did not send them payment. If you did they will be calling again soon if they haven't already and maybe even send you another box of sawdust and hope you pay for it again.
The same with thing has happened at our home. Calls are constantly coming in from different numbers from this company. My husband did order from them a few times and even when we were stocked up for 2 years they kept calling pressuring for a sale. Tonight we received one in which the guy said there was a problem with the product that we needed to know about. My husband would not talk to him. The man retorted: " Well good luck"! If their product is so good why do they have to pressure people to buy it? The high- pressure sales are exactly why I don't even trust the product!
I purchased the Enza wash balls after 2 different marketing calls. I use the septic product, so they had my information. The sales people were fairly high pressure. I used them for 2 weeks and was not at all happy with them so called for information on how to return for refund.
The customer service lady said that would have to come from the evening person. He returned my call and talked non-stop re: how good the product was. I asked him several times to please give me the return information. After continuous hot air, he suggested a discount and several methods of improving on the product.
I finally accepted the discount and agreed to keep the product. I told him I would never, ever purchase another product from Miller Plante and they do not stand behind the 30 day full refund claim.
My brother bought the septic helper that seemed to be little more than a hundred dollar bucket of sawdust. They wouldn't take it back. They call 10 times a day, use different numbers... cell phones and the such. F these A-holes. They call back 5 times in a row. They call on Miller Plante [protected] also the cell phone [protected]. They act like arrogant a-holes and of course they don't sell your debt to collection because they are a fraud company, the FBI should look into these ***. They call over and over.
I continue to receive calls from Miller-Platte after 15 years. I do not want their products, and discontinued their products back in 2005 I believe. Now they call my home, and their caller idea shows an 814-474-xxxx landline phone number which is local to my area, but they are not local, they are out of Florida. The above remarks from others must be true...fraud, scam, bad experience, impossible to get them to take your phone number off their list.
Below is an excerpt from the FTC website regarding calls from telemarketers:
"A company with which a consumer has an established business relationship may call for up to 18 months after the consumer’s last purchase or last delivery, or last payment, unless the consumer asks the company not to call again. In that case, the company must honor the request not to call. If the company calls again, it may be subject to a fine of up to $40, 654."
Miller Plante doesn't care about the FTC rules and cares even less about their customers by spoofing, making you think someone in your local area is calling. A reputable company would stand by their name and not have to resort to deceptive practices. They only want you to pick up the phone so they can pressure you into buying their product which may or may not work (based on the way they operate, I tend to believe they it doesn't work -- if it did, they wouldn't be so sneaky).
I was contacted by miller plante after i agreed to a 30 day trial offer when i recieved the package it stated it was a 6year supply. i never agreed to a 6 year order . when i called to return they told me i couldnt and i was responsible to pay$209.95 i am a senior citizen and live on a fixed income...the responded..we dont care. you have to pay for it or we will sent it to collections...I ONLY AGREED TO A 30 dat TRIAL NOT A 6 YEAR SUPPLY . I AM 89 YEARS OLD. HOW DARE THIS COMPANY PRAY ON OLD AND ELDERLY PEOPLE...SHAME ON YOU !
