Hi this is the 6th can of deodorant I've bought of Mitchum and I've tried different smells the problem I keep getting is the bottom is very hard to push down to spray especially when I try to spray it under my arms it literally doesn't spray out it will only spray if I use two hands to push the button done and it seems to be with every can of spray I buy

I have used Mitchum womans spray deoderant for a few years now. However, over the last few months ( Summer 2021 to date October 2021) I have had numerous cans that either won't spray to start with or stop spraying when there is still lots left in the can. I have wasted about £20 so far, and am now reluctant to buy anymore, which is a shame because the deopderant itself is very good. I normally buy them from Asda. Has there been a faulty batch? This is really frustrating.

Hi, I am a lady based in Port Elizabeth eastern Cape.
On the 9th of October 2021, I bought a mitchum solid AntiPerspirant for women at clicks Greenacres.When I got home I put it in my toiletry bag, and started using it the next day. Days later when I roll it up I noticed that it is not rolling up and I don't have time and money to take it back to the store.

The spray lid on the aerosol cans seems to be almost impossible to depress if you have any form of dexterity or strength issues with your hands. The design of the spray button makes it too hard to press often meaning nothing comes out whilst using both hands to try and manoeuvre the can to spray my under arms. I have noted this on all types of the aerosol I have purchased.
Unable to use roll on or stick deodorants so spray is my preferred choice but the bottles and spray lids make it increasingly difficult to use.

I have been using the Mitchum deodorant sprays for years now and it is the only effective deodorant I have ever used. However at times the bottles cap doesn't unlock and if it does the press action doesn't work. I have worse problems now whilst using the spray (the ones that do work) over time get stiffer and stiffer to press I'm not even half way through the bottle and it's getting harder I end up throwing them out. My daughter struggles to even get half way (she's 12). My husbands deodorants the men ones are perfectly fine soft to press it's just the womens. I have tried different scents they all do this. I took it back to Superdrug's apparently it's a common problem was advised to use another brand. But I don't want to do that but also I'm wasting slot of money.
Can you please tell me what is the solution

Hi this is the 3rd can I've had but unable to get any spray out, I've tried swapping the spray cap with a different fragrance can that worked but still nothing ?, I've also tried cleaning the aerosol part but still nothing, This is the only deodorant my daughters can use at the minute & have always been happy with it up until these can/spray problems.

I have used mitchum ladies deodorant for many years but recently I have had trouble with about 3 different cans I cannot press down to get the deodorant out it is too hard could you please let me know what's going on on with your product lately. Replacements needed please

I have 3 half full cans of Mitchum deodorant; clear fresh, unscented and ice fresh. All are now unusable as they appear to be clogged up somewhere. I thought it may be a one off the first time but this has happened to all of them. I have tried cleaning with a cotton bud but doesn't work. I've been using this product for years, what's happening?!? Not only is this costing me money now, it really disappointing that I can't use a product I like.

I have purchased Mitchum womans spray deodorant for many years. I have always been very happy up till now!
I have three cans here all half filled with the nozzle clogged up and I am unable to spray them at all. I have another three cans unused in the cupboard!
Do you think there is something wrong with the whole batch!

I always do my shopping online with Tesco supermarket so I know they have all come from the same store.

Thus is the second can I've had that when it's half a can left the spray botton dose not spray it goes stiff

I am writing to you due my dissatisfaction with this product, I have now bought 2 and on both when the can is still half full it has become blocked, after the first I thought it was a one off but shockingly it has now happened to my second purchase also. I have tried to unblock with a pin (which I should not have to do) but this has not resolved the problem. I'm very disappointed by this as the deodorant itself is lovely.

I just wanted to write to say that I bought one of your sprays, put it in my drawer and have been using it for 24 hours but it has leaked all over my makeup and ruined it all, I'm gutted and was wondering if there is anything you can do to help.

I would like to be reimbursed, or compensated please.

We purchase a Powder fresh antiperspirant weekly
Over the past few months we had a issue with the five spray nozzle, unable to spray, the last five tins have all been the same, it requires two people to use and even this does does not always work.
I have two tins with the serial number Y21804B
We will not be purchasing any more until we can be assured that the problem is resolved
The other purchases were return and replaced by Sainsburys

I have now lost count of the amount of tins I've bought of this that have lost pressure and wont spray. The spray nozzle itself has become harder to press so not sure if this is due to a re design. I have also noticed that my uniforms have become bleached under the arms since using this. Its a fantastic product, keeps you fresh and smells amazing...just a pity it has these problems, puts me off buying

Hi and good afternoon I've been using your products for nearly 2 years and over the past 3 weeks my wife had purchased 2 cans for myself as I'm currently in hospital battling leukaemia. The 2 cans of deodorant are faulty this ain't the 1st time this has happened basically the cans are half or three quarters full but there's no air/pressure to allow deodorant to come out I threw away the 1st can and now the 2nd can is doing the same. As I said this isn't the 1st time this has happened but this I find is the only product I can use because of severe allergies. I would be obliged if someone could look into this issue as again this is the only product I use thank you. Products where purchased from Tesco store st rollox Glasgow thank you

I have been using mitchum for many years but it seems the last 5 cans I have purchased have stopped working half way through the can this is really frustrating and expensive. I do not know why this has started happening recently I did email you previously but never got a reply. So if you could get in touch with me on this matter it would be most appreciated. I love my Mitcham deodorant but the spay on the cans jam constantly. I'm having to through out half full cans because I can't get them to work .

I have a spray deodorant that just won't spray... it's NOT the 1st time this has happened I've had to throw away a couple a few weeks ago...So i thought i would send an email to you about this i would like to be re embursed to purchase new one

I bought men and womens deodorant Y21729C and Y21421C, and both spray tops are difficult to press with one hand, while aiming the spray towards the arm pit - my husband had to spray mine for me when l showered this morning, and he himself has the same problem with his - is this normal? I usually buy the roll on, and it's first time my husband has tried your product . Regards polly Brough

What in the world is in this roll on? I've used Mitchum's for men roll on liquid with no adverse reactions. I can't find it any longer, so switched to Mitchums for women roll on. It has left my under arms with an awful, red, itchy rash. I've thrown out all three containers I had purchased, and now will purchase from Amazon - which, by the way, is the only place I can find the roll on for men.
