OroGold Cosmetics - Fraud, scam, dishonest services not refund money
I wish I could give -1 star, but I have to write a review I knew nothing about this brand before. I was walking through the mall and got pulled in by their aggressive salesman at the door, pointing out my acne and asking me a new question every 10 seconds, so I barely had a chance to get a word in. Next thing I know, I’m walking out with a bag full of...

Peel centre village , Brampton did a big fraud with me by selling zero gravity sapphire without telling me about the agreement. They took my electronic signature without telling me that it was for credit loan agreement . They even forcibly booked my appointment by taking my stuff that he sold me saying I am giving you personal discount. After that, they asked me about my personal life and then asked for my G license and filled details in their tablet , then asked me that you can sign here for registration.
They charged me for $10,000 and said me I am VIP. I went back to store after 12 hours to cancel agreement because I just earn $2000 a month. How can I afford $10,000 machine.
I want to cancel my agreement , this is a fraud .
Desired outcome: Please cancel my agreement.
Pushy salesgirls and awful sales tactics
Orogold cosmetics selling tactics are very disgusting. Last week, I passed by a beauty corner in a big shopping mall in order to reach the train station, the sales girls stopped me (one asian and one from Israel). I tried to run away because I think I am immune to all free samples/ questionnaires tactics before they get you to buy stuff. What I didn't expect is that they pretend to be super helpful and being really friendly in resolving my skin problem. At first they said they were just trying to help, when I sit down, they apply so many stuff on my hand, my face... Out of nowhere one of the salesgirls took out the credit card machine, assuming I would pay for it. I know I was stupid but I got trapped. After that, I thought I was going to leave, but they pull out so many different products and they said they know all is about money concern. So they will offer exclusive discounts and free gifts/facial packages to me and ask me not to mention to anyone else. holyyy crap. They were very pushy and they just pretend they want to help you. oh my god who would be so helpful to stranger? OROGOLD staff. Also, the no refund policy is only explained to me after I get my product paid. I hope everyone be smart and dont be like me!

Antiaging & overly aggressive salesgirl
I decided to treat myself and bought a Groupon for their non surgical facelift. I went in, and the Salesgirl, Lily, almost immediately tried telling me things about my skin & allergies that I knew were not correct. She came off acting like she knew my body better than I did. So, I lay down for the facial. Almost immediately, she tells what a HUGH change...

Oct 30, 2019 at 1:49 p.m. I was physically forced into there store. Demanding me to try there miracle eye cream for under eye bags and wrinkles. There persistent sales speech and demo gimmick had worked for them. I fell for it and bought the $435.00 product with my debit visa bank card. Once the salesman saw I was paying with a debit card he went into hi...

Orogold? No no no! Run for your life! This company is a total scam! Location: northeast mall, hurst, texas. These extremely aggressive salespeople (sharon & benjamin) lured my 86 year old mother (who has dementia) and 85 year old father into purchasing $379.22 worth of products! Told my mother that her eyelids would be lifted with their product, a total lie - that is not going to happen without plastic surgery! They got home with the product and my mom, who has dementia, didn't remember how to use the products. So they went back and these scammers tried to sell her $2500 more! After they told me about this, they tried to get a refund of their unopened products and were told no refunds! So I went online looking for a corporate office phone number! No corporate office! You can leave a message on their website (which I read later many people said didn't work) or you can call the customer service number (no one answered the call - it went to voice mail)! There is no accountability with this company! What they are doing is unethical, unlawful and evil. Do not give them your credit card or cash - you have no recourse in getting your money back! They might as well be putting baking soda and water in a jar and selling it with no refunds. Too bad no one has filed a class action lawsuit against this shell of a company! I found other reviews on the better business bureau website, who gave them an 'f'... Tales of other women being lured into purchasing $2, 000+ products. Run away from this store!
orogold 24k 60 second eye solution
On Sept. 27th, 2019 I purchased the above product at Orogold Amsterdam, in a city I was visiting for several days, The sales people were quite aggressive and wore me down. It appeared that the application of this product on one side of my face did create a noticeable improvement and I was initially impressed. The cost was considerable at $395.40 US for 20 ml. They said the product only needed to be used once a week and that it would last a year. To sweeten the deal the store manager Abigail, a woman from Israel, through in another day cream product and said she was giving me the sale price.
They didn't tell me that there were no refunds on this product if you weren't satisfied. It was only after you paid with a credit card that you saw at the bottom of the customer copy the message: no refunds on open goods, no refunds on sale items. Exchanges within 30 days.
After I returned home about a week later, I thought I'd use the product. However, when I pressed on the dispenser nothing came out. I tried many times but to no avail. Now I had an empty container without the product I thought I'd purchased. I filed a complaint with the Orogold company headquarters in California and wrote an email to the manager of the store( avigailorogold@gmail.com) but it is several days now and I have not heard back from anyone. I finally got through to the so called Customer Service people in California and they told me I could return it at my own expense and they would send me another one.
By this time, I went on line and read the many irate complaints about the company, its unethical practices, non existent customer service and no longer want the product. I want my money back. I paid with Visa and they opened a case for me but there was a lot of background information they needed since I bought it in a foreign country- point of sale and hadn't opened the elaborately packaged product before I returned home.
I hope that Visa will help me get my money back because I don't want another of this useless, overpriced product. It certainly adds insult to injury to ask you to return it at your own expense, in the hope that they would send you another to replace it. I don't believe they would even bother after I read 8 years of complaints on the web and your website.
Orogold has these "scam" overpriced stores all over the world, doing the same thing to vulnerable women of all ages: misinforming them, overselling them, and then not standing by products that don't work. Someone should put them out of business.

high pressure lies
I had an appt in a nearby building and there were two employees out in front on sidewalk as usual trying to give away their products. I declined as always. I had to pass by again on the way out from my appt and one employee basically would not let me pass without giving me products. So I took them trying to be polite and was on my way to another appt. He ushered me into the store to "try a product on my hand" and then told me to take a seat (why?) so like an idiot I did. He then tries to put some sort of eye product on my face to which I said repeatedly - no! He says it won't mess up my make up. It did as the cotton ball had my make up all over it but when I noticed that it was already too late. He then brings a fan to dry this crap on my undereye area. It felt like eggwhite, very tight. He claimed I had eye bags which I do not. So he finished his bs and i'm trying to hightail it out of there when he tries to talk about some machine they sell. I said no. Then his coworker comes over to appraise the [censored] he put under my eye and said oh it looks so good now let's address your deep creases and they thought they were going to apply their [censored] all over my face. How does this place stay in business? I don't have deep creases. They just tried to make me feel inadequate so that i'd walk out of there with this [censored] products. They should be driven out of business.
I was in the mall on Black Friday and a male representative of your store assisted me. The product he used on my face after he dried the solution with a fan, started to dry & flake and turn dark. He became annoyed, beligerant and nasty because I questioned the process. He was rude and very disrespectful. I was with my daughter and he actually became loud inside the store. He did everything WRONG. I don't remember his name but he said he was a Marine Veteran. What a disgrace to the Military and to your store.
toning face machine apparently approved by nasa???
I went into this store while on holiday and they pressurised and pressurised - so I bought a couple of creams. They then said would I be interested in one of their face toning machines.
I was ambivalent and they said if I paid a deposit I could review it.
When I went back the next day to say I didn't want it they said they would cancel the order and credit my card
BUT THEY DIDN'T
THEY CHARGED MY CARD $5, 500 NZ DOLLARS
THEY SENT THE PRODUCT TO NZ BUT I REFUSED TO ACCEPT IT AND I PROMPTLY RETURNED IT
THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER MY CALLS OR REFUND ME
WHAT DO I DO NEXT?

24k collagen eye renewal mask
This orogold cosmetics 24K COLLAGEN EYE RENEWAL MASK does not work. I took it out of the package & the whole gold mask was dry, had no serum and it falls off your skin because it does not stick on the eye as its dry. Does not work as explained it would. No way it reduces puffiness nor moisturizes. Attached is a picture. Waste of money & time. Horrible customer service! I do not reccomend this company nor their products
unethical behavior not issuing a refund for products not wanted
I was on vacation in Hawaii in February 2019 and happened to come across an Orogold store at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. The greeter at the store was handling out chocolates and the next thing I knew I was being propositioned to a free facial only to find out that the free facial was anything but free. I was pressured by a salesperson named Michelle who...

refunds
I would like to know how this company gets away with this. They tell you what you want to here to get you to buy .
We also were told we would get a refund so I called them 3 days later and told them I didn't want the Jupiter facial machine. they said it had already been shipped that not to worry they would take care of me. That when I got home and received it to let them know so I did. Nothing but the run around and what amazes me is that they don't return your call. So hide behind your counter cause this girl is not done. I'm going to find out who I needs to get a hold of to file a legal suit against them. there is no where on that receipt that it says no refund. I don't know how they have gotten away with this but I'm going to do everything I can to try to stop them. Shame on you people for taking peoples money while on a vacation and making promises you know you are not going to keep. It makes me sick that you people are ok with that I will spread the word every where I can to get this out there . I do have text messages showing that he is going to tell me where to ship it back to and not to worry he will take of me. Well that has not happened
I too was taken $13, 400.00...I am distraught trying to get money back... I feel so stupid for getting into this mess...My credit card company says I have to pay them because the lady says I have product and services from the store...I have nothing...How do these women do this to other women?
unethical behavior, miss representation
On 10-22-2018 while walking through the Roseville Galleria, I was approached and practically apprehended by an individual named Giovanni of the Orogold kiosk. He grabbed my hand and sat me in a chair and started talking to me about the dark circles under my eyes while applying a serum to the back of my hand. Having just completed a year of chemotherapy for ovarian cancer I was somewhat intrigued as the treatment had left me with many changes to my body including my skin, I related this information to Giovanni. He then took a cotton pad and when I thought he was going to remove the product on my hand he removed my eye makeup on one eye without asking if he could. Very unprofessional. I was shocked and upset as I had a dinner date later. When I expressed this he convinced me to let him remove the makeup on my opposite eyelid and said he would fix it. I thought he was going to re-apply my eye makeup, instead he put that same product on both eyelids and under my eyes and said I didn't need make up anymore, this was a miracle product and that I was guaranteed to see results immediately. I basically could not get away and reluctantly agreed to try the product with the agreement that I could return it if necessary as I had been experiencing irritation with many topical treatments since chemo. He said "absolutely." when I got the receipt for $341.06 in my email, it stated no refunds. I did have a severe reaction to it and called the very next day and got no response. I went to the mall where I was escorted to the salon thinking I was going to get a refund. Instead I was introduced to Valincio who first stated he was an area rep, then he tried to tell me he was the owner of Orogold and when I questioned that as I googled the company, he told me he didn't work directly for Orogold and was only in northern ca for a promotion and that he actually owned his own salon on Rodeo Drive and had many celebrities as clients. Non of which has checked out. After an hour of trying to negotiate a return with Valencio and him attempting to sell me everything, including an infra red skin treatment wand for $1500 and getting no where, I agreed just to take an exchange on an alternate product just to get out of there. When I got home and googled the exchanged product it sells for $100 less than the original purchase and I did not get a refund for the difference. I called to inquire about the difference of price and was told by Valencio that if I came back in and purchased the infra red wand for $1500 I could get a full refund. I gave up. I now own a product that not only do I not want and can not use but also paid $ 100 more than it retails for.
Updated by Stephenie Hobson, Jan 16, 2019
I also shared with Valencio all the consumer complaints I read on line about Orogold practices and the return policy before coming in and his response was " We pay no attention to those because most of them come from customers who have purchased the product taken it home and replaced the product with something cheaper and tried to return it" What ?

the facial products
Hi, I would like to inform you that I bought a bunch of your products from a distributor store inside the Valencia Town Center in Valencia California. Now, the person who sold me these Products persuaded me to by them, saying that eventually it will help me with any wrinkles I may have, any blemishes, ext. I would just like to let you know that so far the only thing these products have done for me is give little rashes on my face that hurt to the touch. The Skincare Specialist who sold me these products is named Benjamin Shimoni. I am greatly disappointed with these products. I spend 8 Thousand Dollars on these products total hoping for good results, and instead I got bad results. I am still using the product with either hope or so I can get down to the local store in Las Vegas where I live and show them what this product did to me, and try to get a refund, and bring my print out credit card transactions with me for both the cards I used so we could pop it back on the card. For 8 Thousand Dollars I expected excellent results, but instead my face is itchy, and it feels rashy. When I walked into that store and after I left I felt like they were being dishonest to me. When I first came in the store the lady that helped me got me to by 2 ointments for about $10 and she scheduled me for a FREE Facial. I thought it was a good deal at that time. When I went to get the free while I was lying on the table and after Benjamin Shimoni who was the Skincare Specialist after he already started working on me stopped, and showed me his products and pressured me into buying them. I told him that I can't afford much which I told them from the beginning. I kind of thought I would be spending up to 1000 dollars for the products, which I didn't mind so much if the products worked. My eyes lit up when he told me that for just each of these different sets of cosmetics would be 1500 dollars each, which brings my total to 3 hundred. I gave him my two credit cards since the amount wouldn't fit on one card, but it seemed that they added extra charges to my card. He pressured me into getting an Electra, which brought my total to 6 Thousand dollars, and when I had already given my credit cars and license and was about to pay and get out he told me that there is a 2000 dollar extra fee for the Platinum, and he still had my cards in his possession. When I told him that I didn't think I had enough on that card, his response was "let me try to run the cards through and see". My only 2 credit cards I own are maxed out, The Products I bought Do Not like my skin, and Christmas is coming. I would rather settle this fare and just go to one of the distribution locations and get a refund or at least a reasonable amount back, since I do realize that bringing this issue to court give Orogold Cosmetics a bad reputation, so if I can help it, I don't want to go to court.
unethical behavior
On 11/23/2018, I went Black Friday shopping at Stonebriar Mall in Frisco with my daughter and her boyfriend. I was approached by a girl at a kiosks who wanted to show me some eye cream. The eye cream worked and she told me it normally costs $1, 000, but she would sell it to me for $400 and throw in two additional products. So I bought it. Then she said she...

Buyers, consumers and shoppers be aware
Stay away from Orogold stores and productss as many of you have been reporting and been taking advantage of these scan artists.
We are a victim of fraud, just like many have reported here and especially the Orogold in Hawaii stores while on vacation and the practically Hawaii Honolulu Hilton Village store.
The sales person lied, misrepresented the refund policies to us, we both asked him about it, prior and again after the sale took place and he lied and lied and completely misinformed us. That is illegal in all states .
The honest to God truth is that we were told, we will have guarantee 30 day full, I say again, FULL money back gurantee refund if the products are returned with 30days, no issues full refund. That is what he said. Now these owners of the store or the managers ignore the fact that their own staff, their own sales person lied and misrepresented these facts and we are out $4000.
They just say, this store does not give refunds. BS, you lied about the refund policy to us, we asked directly and your person lied to us to make sale. On top if that, before the worthless junk of your products that harms many people who had reported was shipped, I tried to reach you guys to discuss option and You Honolulu store owner, never returned my calls directly to discuss and I tried for a week. So we refused the packages and returned them unopened to you back to Hawaii and since late July you are playing games by sandbagging. Now we have no products and out $4K.
You will get exposed, you offered no resolution and you have cheated us and many innocent people. Do not hide behind that stupid sales recepit wording. It means nothing when your staff mislead, misrepresent and told us untrue statements when we asked directly about your store and company full refund policy, and he lied.
When like many we filled a complaint, they come out all humble and act like they care and want to work with us. The fact is, they don't, especially this Honolulu store. They said we got one hour facial treatment, all lies, we were on vacation and we were heading to our preplanned excursion event and we told them we have no time and they kept pushing us, so we were there 12 minutes total and on line lied and said we got 1 hour facial. Please, stop being so damn unreal. They said they explained every product we got. No, that is a lie too. We got this POS device uses Infrared light and a quick 4 min information on a tablet was given to pressure sales the junk to us, said go home and learn about it on the website. Then the sales person lied more about the refund policy to make us feel safe and close the deal knowing that we were going for a ride. So, all the crap they said was not true. A quick under the eye cream, a 7 min stupid device treatment and push push BS and that was it.
Orogold of Honolulu, You owe it to us to fully refund us based on your shoddy business tactics and your salesperson*s lies . Orogold of Hawaii store in Honolulu is a scam, people stay away, and whomever has been harmed and this store please share your information and take action. Others are doing it, make sure you understand what they are doing, they are scruples, unethical and unprofessional lairs who push to make a big sale, then they hit you with No refund policy and restrictions and want you to give up on refund.
Well, because they have harmed many, they will not get away with it, not anymore, there are laws, and they are not above it. Honolulu store, has not offered any response directly since I tried to reach out to the Manager or owner, they have ignored me, they just tell their Corp customer care, no refund, because we are no refund store. Even though it has been discussed with them that their sales person lied to us, I guess that doesn't mean much.
So cheating, omission, lies, misrepresentations of facts, is ok with Orogold corporation and in particular their Honolulu store owners. I gave them so many chances to do the right thing, they still offer me nothing in refund, or resolution and their customer service at the corporate level just said, for my inconvenience, they will give me $500 store credit. Are you F kidding me? I want nothing to do with you thieves. Give my money back, that is what you can do...No thanks,
As others suggested too, we are going to notify all the people who you have harmed and scammed, all the world will know about you, the US watch dogs and consumer groups will know, you will hurt noone anymore. So, you can start by refunding my money. Make it right or be prepared to resolve.
In response to the OROGOLD "CS" statement on OCT 18th:
Most likely, this post is from a person named "Inna" (no last name ever given in communications) who comes on line reads these complaints posted by all of us as consumers who have been wronged and posts the SAME nonsense standard scripted wording in their petatic response for screwing us over. I am sure you all have gotten this type of nonsense in response, if you had pushed for your rights as consumer and for requesting or wishing to get your money back due to lies and misrepresentation you had gotten from OROGOLD and their stores across this nation.
She is their representative of their so called "manufcaturing" and when applicable of course, she disaccosicates herself and OROGOLD company at the corporate level from the "OROGOLD individiual stores" when the heat is on. However sure gets behind the individually ran and owned / managed stores when people like us cross the country been scammed by their store! She posts that standard script in attempt to defuse the consumer's rights by pointing out their nonsense and lies further and you all know this as 100's and 100's of reports have indicated.
Inna, with no last name, be aware that as I have told you many times for the past two and half MONTHS, and you fail to understand the facts and who gave the same robotic script, be aware as I am sure you are, that your HONOLULU STORE had lied to us, (I have witnesss) to that regarding the explanation with respect to your or their refund policy lies were told to us. First of, back in JULY at least, we saw NO signage, (maybe there is there now due to ours and others complaints) but we saw NOTHING at our visit. But let us be real, it makes no difference legally in our case as you should know when attorneys had advised because we have been a victim of your company's scams as others too had stated in their experience with your so called "individually ran store". Make no mistake and do not ignor this important and valid fact that your sales person(S) had lied to us when we asked TWICE directly about the refund policy, or their store's FULL REFUND policy within the 30-day period.
Speaking of the sales receipt, we asked about that too, and your representative lied about that and said "you got 30-day money back gurantee and refund if you are not satisified and you will get full refund if you return within the 30-day, because we want you to be fully satisfied and happy with our products", YA RIGHT? Inna, the salesperson, represented your company and if they lie or mislead, or omit facts, that is on you as the company or the store if you will and overall the Orogold ultimately since they sell and push your products.
Now more and more people are speaking out and most importanly are on to your company's deciptions and it will get worse as your salesteam and stores continue to lie and cheat and basically screw poeple over. So OROGOLD CUSTOMER NON-SERVICE, make no mistake, your script wording in attempt to your defense of policy is a complete waste of time, people know better and you all seem to simply forget a simple but yet a key note here which is, misleading, lying, omission of facts and misrepresentation of facts are illegal.
Giving us, our full money back is what that HONOLULU STORE should have done and now needs to do and I had been asking from the start, the 30% partial is nothing and especially when the products were refused at delivery back to you guys. Again, you all know this stuff. Also the products are missing in action somewhere at a warehouse exposed to heat and who knows what else for months and now you are hoping to send the old boxes back to us and who knows in what shape or condition it will be and even those products are usable or the device is intact as original.
Also you know as I told you that my wife was the only reason, the only reason that I somewhat considered that petatic store's so called "act of kindness offer" which I regart due to our consumer's rights being voliated, and not knowing the items condition after being in a warehouse for so long, but she had enough of your company's lies and deciptions and the time wasted and I did not want to stress her further with this as she just wants to be done with you people, but make no mistake, legally a FUll money back is warrented and that is the only way to resolve this case which I am reconsidering as it is a right and ehtical thing to do to protect us and others like us from scam orogold stores. Buyers be aware and when this goes virual and it will, and as your stores scam more consumers, and they will, the OROGOLD will be in deep trouble, the truth is out there!
I agree with you. We need to stop them. People who have been posting here and all, I mean all of us have been scammed, should join foces, instread of just posting and take these shoddy, unethical and scam-artists down. The only way, is passing the world, in socail media to avoid future scams, then take action join forces and against their corporation and individual store try to get our money back, full money back whomever wish to do so as a result of directly beeing lied to and mislead. Then let the goverment agenices in charge know our stories and how the US consumers are being hacked by these [censored] and take them all down or change their operations if they want to do business. No more lies, no more pressure sales. no more shoddy business, no more hiding behind a stupid no refund policy trick and no more taking advantage of consumers. The only way to do this, everyone who filled a real and legit compliant, no matter where, they need to join forces and take action. OROGOLD should be ORO NO MORE!
Liars, Thieves, I have no products, I returned them, Well of course they never recd. them...No refund $ 13461.00...I was really taken...RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THESE STORES...How do these people stay in business? Better yet how do these people sleep at night...Disgusting POS stores...KARMA I hope comes to all of you who support these people...
I am disgusted by the preponderance of dodges and lies being proffered by these scamming companies. "No refund" signs are NOT posted at the registers, and that notice appears on the receipts only after customers have signed for sales at credit card processing machines. Partial refunds are unacceptable, as customers are victims of fraudulent misrepresentation and are, under consumer protection laws and regulations, entitled to full refunds. Several states are now quite interested in prosecuting these companies (as New Zealand did in 2014), and if I were the manager of one of these stores, I would avoid court and send customers full refunds.
several of their products I purchased - run away! liars & cheats! will not refund!
RUN AWAY! Liars & Cheats! Will Not Refund!
I purchased $537 of Orogold products in Key West, FL, and Orogold has refused to refund my products, which I will gladly return, and I am issuing this statement.
I believe that the Store salesperson made false claims about the products I purchased and I'm finding several discrepancies when viewing the Orogold website and once speaking with Jackie, the CS product rep. I was misled and actually lied to about their products. Truth in advertising was not upheld. There were discrepancies in terms of service. The products I purchased were not as described.
1) Ingredients:
I made it clear to the sales rep that I have, for years, only used organic skin care products - Michael Todd True Organics lines. She assured me that the products she was selling me were "natural, " "organic" and I was told each product I was sold was "collagen based" … "collagen infused". Upon returning home from vacation, I researched the products on Orogold's website for the five products I was sold, and it does NOT say that. When I spoke to Jackie, the CS product rep, she said that no, the products I bought did not contain collagen, but they do have a (more expensive) collagen line, "24K Collagen Collection." NOTE: when in the store, I was never introduced to this line; the 5 products offered to me were a mix and match from different Organic product lines, some of which are not even on their website anymore, and one Jackie told me she doesn't think they even carry anymore!
2) Length of use/supply quantity:
I was told, "Every product lasts one year" … "you won't have to replenish your supply for a full year." I was also told that the 24K DMAE Deep Wrinkle Tightening Solution, when used ONCE A WEEK, WOULD LAST one YEAR, WITH RESULTS of wrinkles around my eyes being gone for 1-3 YEARS AFTER THAT. Well, my moisturizer, used as directed, is now GONE! I can't tell about the remaining products, due to the packaging. If I can't trust them on other claims made, I doubt I can trust them on eye wrinkles disappearing for 1-3 years after a full year's use of this one product!
Again, the sales rep told me the 24K DMAE Deep Wrinkle Tightening Solution was a one-year supply. Per Jackie, the CS product rep, over the phone, "Use one to two times per week and on special occasions, and it will last 3-6 months. Quite a discrepancy!
3) "The OROGOLD Guarantee"
"OROGOLD stands behind its skin care products 100%. Our products are sure to make your skin look lovely and make you feel fabulous. Our staff is happy to help you with whatever you may need, whether they are the store staff at OROGOLD locations or our corporate customer service. Please contact us with any questions or comments - we are happy to assist you. So if you have any doubts, questions, clarifications or comments, please get in touch with us. We are always happy to assist you in any way that we can."
If they stand behind their products 100%, and I was deceived in the products' ingredients and how long they will last, then I should be able to return the products for a refund according to this "guarantee"!
4) Did I even get true Orogold products?
According to the website, "All products are wrapped individually in golden boxes and when you open them up, you find the products to gracefully lying in beds made out of golden colored satin." Interesting! Mine weren't! They are in WHITE cardboard boxes with NO "beds of golden colored satin" - just white cardboard! I'll be glad to provide photos!
You are the victim of fraudulent misrepresentation, and you have grounds on which to sue this company in small claims court. I have initiated a small claims suit against a similar company, Gold Elements, and I anticipate easily winning my case when I finally appear before a judge. The most difficult part of the process is locating the name of the salesclerk, manager, or registered agent for the store. You don't have to have a lawyer to fill this type of claim, and the court costs are reasonable. Check with the Florida Secretary of State's office to try to locate the name of the registered agent and go from there. Believe me, it's worth it. We need to shut down these unscrupulous businesses.
