MMOGA I have had unauthorised transactions taken from credit card and I haven't been bought anything!!!!

My credit card has been charge FOUR TIMES on the 16th April:
MMOGA Ltd Kowloon
43.54 AUSTRALIAN DOLLAR
at a Conversion Rate* of 0.9240 (NZ$47.12) $47.12
and ONE of:
MMOGA Ltd INTERNET HK $46.84! on the 17th April (says pending):
What is going on? I've never been on your website!
How could this happen?
I've had to lock my credit card so no more transactions can be make to Mmoga!

Desired outcome: Please refund the ($47.12 x 4) and off shore service margins ($0.99x4) and $46.84.

MMOGA League account

I purchased a account, and was told 1-24 hours to recieve the account. After 24 hours I contacted mmoga and was told that the seller asked for 2 more hours. 2 hours later I did not recieve anything. 4 hours later (a total of 6 hours passed the agreed time) I received a duplicate email from after the 24 hour mark stating “high priority, you will recieve the account when the seller has them in stock” I go to get a refund and the seller says he will send it in 10 minutes. I refuse and want my refund, the seller obviously does not grasp the concept of time and deadlines. And the mmoga support team then blames me and aggressively insinuates that I was at fault here and that If the item is for sale on there website it is in stock. Completely going against what the seller has been telling me. And the support team basically calls me a liar and avoids all questions I asked about the situation.. then I ask to make a complaint and he says it’s not possible to leave complaints about a seller but “I will pass your complaint to our department to investigate” when I wasn’t able to even leave a complaint in the first place…

Moral of the story, do not purchase from this website

Desired outcome: My product on time. And to not be blamed when the seller does not send the order on time…

I ask to be refund or to have the ticket replaced (preferred solution).

MMOGA I ordered and not received. they say I did

I bought 5 products from them which cost me £100, they say I got the details, they say I got the codes but I didn't. When I got the codes they didn't work. They have left me with no money at all and nothing from it. I am mentally and physically disabled and I'm at the point where I am having bad thoughts in my head. This isn't fair. They said they would give me a refund only if I bought more and would give me full refund back

MMOGA cd key not working

I purchase a cd key from them and when I tried activating on steam, it said the key was duplicated! wth! I tried contacting the support, left a trustpilot review to see if the answer, tried all contacts on keyhub review here https://www.keyhub.com/blog/is-mmoga-legit-trustworthy-store-review/ and until now, no one replied me ¬¬

MMOGA game purchase of code not being correct or falsely advertised

The game I ordered from your website was not the code I received from the company. I purchased Minecraft Xbox 1 edition and revived Minecraft Xbox love edition, either the correct game or refund would work. You cannot advertise falsely. This is not something I would of expected from your sight because of previous purchases on other accounts. I would like my problem to be resolved and fixed as quick as possible. MMOGA Horrible customer service

I don't understand how they re still operating.
Several weeks ago I bought a code for xbox from them and have never received them. Contacting their customer service is useless. However, they answered me twice and asked what exactly was my problem. I don't know, it was so obvious because I wanted them to refund. I didn't expect it would be so hard to do. I am still out of money.

MMOGA They hacked my account

I used www.mmoga.co.uk to buy some League of Legends points and when I placed an order they said that they need my gaming account details. I gave them all the necessary information and later when I wanted to log into my League of Legends account it said that my password was incorrect. I though that it was a game error (things like that sometimes happened), so I called my friend and he said that no everything was fine and he was playing LOL at that moment. Then I found out that my acc was sold on Mmoga! Avoid!

MMOGA Stolen money - Refuse to send key or issue refund

I was shopping for an expansion key for an old game and had some bitcoins I wanted to use up; and while mmoga.net looked like an obvious scam site, I figured I'd give it a gamble since they were selling the expansion for like 3 bucks. I made the order, got a legit key, so decided to gamble a little further and buy a 25 dollar game card from them. After paying in bitcoins - which are impossible to "charge back" - they emailed me saying that due to fear of chargebacks, they couldn't send my order unless I "verified my identity" by following a form they'd sent me - which told me to scan my id card, passports, a photo of myself, and a signature. Needless to say, mmoga.net is exactly as big a scam as you can expect from anyone that includes "gold selling" in their business model.

MMOGA Took money and did not receive order

Following on from an order placed with this company on the 7th july 2015
They took the funds of £10.66 from my account on the 9th july. However i never received the code or an email. Since then i have been corresponding with them up until 30th july when i gave up feeling like i have been scammed, because i sent them the evidence of my bank account as they requested, but they claim it is not legible.
I asked for a refund but and not responded or refunded my money. On principle what they have done is wrong and i want people to know they are a con. See attached

MMOGA Cancelled my order without notifying me.

I ordered 800k coins from MMOGA.com, I did this through comfort trade. I gave them my PSN email and password, and my security awnser. I received about 10 emails saying the awnser was not correct, I kept trying but they was saying it was still incorrect. So when they asked me to type a new awnser on my FUT I did it and they still said it was wrong, now they wont awnser my emails, live chats allways offline, how weird is that? also ive asked for a refund and they have not got back to me about it. Thing is before the price ranges I was buying coins from them all the time no problem.. whats going on?

13 days later and still haven't received the iTunes gift card. First they said they never received my money - then when they did find my money they asked me to send a copy of my passport. Sure take my money AND my identity. Good thing I paid with PayPal - filed for a refund through them.

Unauthorised transactions have been made on my visa debit card, I have not bought whatever it is that's been purchased @ £ 31.73 & £36.91 = £68.64. On the 31st March 2015.. photo provided
can you please reimburse these unauthorised transactions and put a block on these numbers

I want these bogus charges off my credit card or I will not be paying visa. You have the product, I have the credit card but there is someone scamming us, unless its you guys. my email is pauliemaud@gmail.com My visa says Pay Pay is where it went through but is not posted in my pay pay,

MMOGA FIFA COINS SPEED

I orders FIFA COINS around 14 hours ago and when I purchased them it said it would take no more than 6 hours, I have sent around 30 emails and only 1 reply saying your order is in progress, I have notified them saying if you do not give me the coins within the next hour I will be demanding a refund, if they still don't reply to this I have told them saying that I will be contacting CUSTOMER RIGHTS,
NEVER GO TO MMOGA.com

MMOGA Not delivering my Fifa coins

Well on my iPad mini I brought 4, 000, 000 Fifa coins it said it would take 5 to 360 minutes it's been almost two weeks and still haven't come I listed my player for 4, 000, 000coins and took him for 250coins which is hacking they lowered the price and took ten pound because I tried twice as they would not come. So I asked for my money back and they would not give it back

I have now waited over 20 hours.
Spent so much time marked online waiting for the delivery that its ridiculous.
No gold.
Have mailed them over and over again no reply what so ever.
Never trust this damn site!
Just a bunch of criminal scammer!

Terrible! Absolute SCAM!
On Mar. 15th I purchased 300K coins for my father, we received an e-mail confirming the order was complete - however my son never received the coins.STILL WAITING!

MMOGA Used codes

So... I purchased 15 Gold FUT packs for 5 dollar. Regardless of the next to nothing price, I got a code that is used. After sending tons of emails to them, I got a new code. Not to mention that they tried to trick me by sending the same code and saying its a new code. The new code was also used. I contacted EA Support and they told me that the codes were indeed used and the website is unreliable.
I sent emails to them again and got nothing but repetitive ###s. They can't even speak English. This is the last email:
" dear my friend, i have tried many times to help you. why there is no one thanks but full complaints? why u are so unlucky or some other things wrong? and i send you three new keys. but every time it is used? and i have asked my key team to check carefully that: this is a new key, so i send you again. sorry. i can not help anymore. "

This website is full of ###. Don't get tricked by the fact that is sponsored by some Youtubers. Their customer services sucks, Can't speak English and denies everything.

I also got similar mail from them.
They ask for my passport and a photo of me holding my passport.
Have never seen or heard this before for age verification or whatever they wish to do.

MMOGA Fraud

Hi, someone on the mmoga website used my phone to purchase a game card as i reiceved a message saying my phone had been charged £9. However they are unwilling to do anything as i dont have an order number. i spoke to them in online support, which i waited 2 hours to get on, only for then to still say theres nothing they can do without an order number, when i explained that i didnt have one cos i didnt order anything, they closed the chat window on me! What can I do i cant phone them and everythime i contact them by email they keep asking for an order number.
Below is the chat log.

[18:37:31]: someone has been on your site and used my mobile number fraudulently to obtain a steam card costing £9

They did not pay me for my player that i put out for 200.000 FUT coins on Ps4. I paid them to pay me that much for one player and they did not do it. So if they just could do it that be great.

MMOGA Credit card

We have ordered a product from MMOGA, with a regular and always worldwide accepted credit card... To find out that we had to send the credit card bill, a copy of the ID card, a filled out form, a picture of the person itself holding the id, etc... For a 38, 99€ order, and 28 mail replies... We have cancelled the order, as we are absolutely not sure this info is being used by 3-rd parties... What a hoax... It's cheap they say.. Well, it cost me 3 days, a credit card withdrawal, still to be retained... A ### company...
