The employees at this store were extremely rude and abrasive. The staff didn't greet us, it took at least three minutes for the girl, sarah, to walk over to where we had been waiting to start our orders. Not so much as a word, just a dirty stare, like she would rather be doing anything other than helping us - when I initiated the interaction with a "hi!" and a "i'd like a burrito.." when she could barely wait for me to finish the last word before she yelled in my face "what meat do you want"... I work in the service industry and I wouldn't make it an hour at my job with that attitude. Also, being unfamiliar with the difference in burritos you make should be a pretty common occurrence.. And one that shouldn't be scolded out loud as they did to my boyfriend when he thought he told them the correct version, but clearly didn't. I'm shocked that you would have any repeat business with the current state of things in direct relation to your staffs' extremely poor customer service. Absolutely awful. Great burritos. Horrible people.
