I first heard of MoiMooi when they were running a competition (I am sure no one got the prize) as they used the same line on their customers that ÿou are one of 3 to win" I have heard from more than 3 people saying this.
They were very convincing and I said I would think about it. The next thing you know they deducting from your account money and communication with them is very poor.
They refuse to acknowledge the customer and make up rules and regulations as they go along. They refuse to play back audio call as well as proof of e-mail's that went back and forth. The so called manager is so rude and lacks a lot of customer service. They refuse to acknowledge that they have cheated people and still maintains that they need money to cancel an account that has been requested months ago. Services were not even used!
There is always a new excuse from them and they refuse to listen to the customer.
This is not the first act of fraud from them, as on socials there are many people who complained about the same issue.
They refuse to stop debit orders and even told me "we will continue to deduct from your account"
These people should be stopped! They just do not listen. All I want is to cancel and they cant do that!Example of socials indicating how they scam people
