On 15 April 2023 I got the call from moimooi agent about this great membership deal where you you pay a R200 monthly fee. She was so friendly but just overloaded me with so much information I couldn't even hear everything properly because she kept talking on and on hence I told her I'm busy attending to my baby whiles talking with her over the phone and if she could give me a call at some other time. She was so over eager with discussing it in that moment and I just feels it's rude to put the phone down in someone's ear so I let her babble on. When I could get a word in I told het this is to much information Rather email me and I'll see if I'm interested in the membership. She said that's fine but if she could get my details now , so I provided my details. The day I received the email 15 April I realized she automatically took my details and signed me up as a member. 16 April I send an email back saying they should cancel the membership as I'm not interested. Later realized the email when to a no reply email. So I emailed again and second time it went through. It's 5 months later and they still Taking my money and have not yet canceled my membership. I've been back and forth with them over the phone just to cancel my membership as I'm totally not interested in their services. Up until today I have an outstanding amount of R2495. Which doesn't even make sense if the monthly fee is R200 and it's only been 5 months. I'm still on the phone with this people everytime trying to just get them to cancel me but it's such a hassle in comparison with that day I got the call from one of the agents.
Desired outcome: Please just cancel my membership and stop debiting my account because I don't have any desire to use your services.
That is how they make their money - they refuse to listen to the customers!
