Absolutely love this dress!
The pink color is soft and romantic, and the neckline has more than enough room for a large bust, while still looking good on a small one. The length hits me several inches below the knee, but isn't unflattering at all! Again, I am thrilled with this purchase. Shipping was quick since I used Prime, and the dress arrived in a lovely zip bag, neatly folded. It is a bit difficult to iron using a conventional iron, I had to use a wet cloth to press it, but a good steaming should work perfectly, and once it's pressed, it hold the press for a long time! Would absolutely recommend this dress to anyone who asks, I'll be buying myself one in every color!
Good experience
I was skeptical at first because the prices are so affordable. However, everything arrived within a reasonable amount of time, was as pictured and described, fit according to size chart and appear to be well constructed. I purchased 5 things but had to return 2 because I ordered up a size and they were too large for me. The fabric is stretchy which can be good for some. My only negative would be the fabric can get picks and snags if you are not careful. That said, it is still really pretty and worth purchasing. Especially for the price. Now I am waiting on my refund and I re ordered a dress in a smaller size. The tracking info is helpful and so far everything has been according to the companies advertising.

I ordered bathing suits for my upcoming Hawaii vacation. I was so excited they were coming weeks before I expected. The day they were to be delivered I recieved nothing but a confirmation they had been delivered. I was devestated. I wrote a note to your company explaining. They promptly answered me. I did what was asked of me contacted the USPS. They started a ticket. When I wrote your company again they offered to resend my order. I was shocked. I dont know if this person is male or female but the are kind, considerate, proffesional they never were rude always responding quickly. This has sealed a deal with me to be a loyal customer and yes i will tell people what excellant service i received! Thank you all

I used the live chat to complete an return that I had submitted. As I did not know the next steps to take. In previous returns, I assume that they would get back to me with the follow up steps, but as I know now no one did and the time passed to submit my return, thus making it too late to send the item back. I was left with an item I do not think I can make use of and therefore lost my money. Kushi was very helpful in giving me the follow up instructions to send my return back. I can now feel confident that I can package, label and send my return back and receive my refund in an timely manner. She was patient and understanding and didnt seem to mind helping me. I enjoy having an customer service representative like her. I would give her 5 stars.

I had ordered two beautiful dresses daaaaays before my mother's wedding. USPS was in charge of the delivery and sent me a notification that it had been delivered. However, I never received the package and quickly informed Rosewe of the situation. They help me contact USPS and we started an investigation to find out where my package was. Sadly, USPS sent me a statement saying that the package had been lost/stolen. I was devastated because the whole package was more than $100 and I needed to get a new dress for the wedding. After telling Sumie, from Rosewe's Customer service, about the situation, she told me that Rosewe will send the order once more to help me. I even got the email confirming the shipping of the new order. I am very glad they didn't just leave me to the side while I lost my money/dresses.
Disappointed with Rosewe's Order Mix-Up and Lack of Customer Service
I was so excited to receive my order from Rosewe, as I had ordered six items that I had been eyeing for a while. However, when I received my package, I was disappointed to find that it was someone else's order that did not fit my personal style. I was really upset about this and wanted to contact someone to discuss the issue, but unfortunately, there was no phone number available to call. I had to resort to using the chat feature on their website.
I received several emails from Rosewe stating the same thing, but I explained to them through chat that I did not receive the items that I had actually ordered. They asked me to wait until October 7th to resolve the issue, which I find highly unacceptable. I am really contemplating whether or not I want to use Rosewe again in the future.

So, I gotta tell ya, I made an order from Rosewe last week. The payment was taken outta my account on 9/13/2022. But then, I went and did something real dumb. I accidentally deleted my order confirmation that had all the info I needed to track my order. And to make matters worse, I put in the wrong email address, so I couldn't even find the confirmation in my email. Ugh, I know, right?
But then, I talked to this person named Dharani on the chat. And let me tell ya, within seconds, I had all the info I needed! I gave 'em my name and told 'em my story, and boom, just like that, I was able to breathe a sigh of relief. My order had been shipped and should be arriving in time for my big weekend event. Phew!
I gotta say, this was some of the best customer service I've had in years. Dharani was a total pro and handled the situation like a boss. I think they deserve some kind of reward or something, don't you?

Disappointed with Rosewe: Slow Shipping and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Rosewe. I shelled out some extra cash for expedited shipping, but it's been a full two weeks and I still haven't gotten my order. I gotta say, I was a bit surprised when I found out that the clothes on Rosewe are made with nylon fabric. I mean, don't get me wrong, I love the designs and all, but I wish they would mention the material used on each model. It would make it a lot easier for us customers to choose the right size. Stunning Dresses, Blouse, and Swimsuit from Rosewe: A Review
When I received my package from Rosewe, I was absolutely amazed! I had ordered a couple of dresses, a blouse, and a swimsuit, and they were all stunning. The first dress I tried on was a black evening dress that was completely covered in golden flowers with glitter sequins. It was so beautiful and elegant, and I knew I would be the center of attention at any event I wore it to.

Frustrating Experience with Rosewe: Refund Issues and Poor Customer Service
I've been buying clothes from Rosewe for a few years now and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with what I get. The prices are good and the clothes are usually pretty nice. But, I gotta tell ya, I had a bit of a problem with my last order. I got two dresses and one of them had a messed up zipper. So, I sent it back to them like they told me to and waited for my refund. But, when I got my refund, they took almost $10 out of it! I was like, "What the heck, man? This dress was messed up! I shouldn't have to pay for that!" So, I complained to them about it and we went back and forth for like two weeks. And then, to make things even worse, I asked them to just put the credit on my account so I could use it later, but they put it on my PayPal instead and took another $2 out! I'm so mad at them right now, I can't even tell you. You can never talk to anyone there, they just keep giving you the runaround. And then, on top of all that, I noticed they charged me $10 for something I never even got! They cancelled my order and still charged me! It took forever to get them to fix that mistake, too. And now, they won't even credit my account, they want to send it to my PayPal again. I don't know if I'm ever gonna see my money again! This is so frustrating!

So, I was trying to buy some dresses for my trip and decided to give Rosewe a try. I mean, their website looked pretty good, and they had some nice dresses that I liked. But boy, was I wrong! To make matters worse, Rosewe's excuse for the delay was ridiculous. Mother's Day is in May, so what does that have to do with my items that were supposed to be delivered in April? It's clear that they were just full of crap and didn't care about their customers.

This has been a frustrating experience for me. I don't understand why they would offer a product and not send it. I have even forwarded pictures and copies of receipts to try and resolve the issue, but it remains unresolved. The customer service agent even sent me a snapshot of items I did not order (blue and green shirts with a necklace), which was confusing and unhelpful.
Overall, I am disappointed with the customer service at Rosewe. This experience has made me consider taking my business elsewhere. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future, as I really do love their merchandise.

So, I decided to give Rosewe a try and ordered three dresses. However, it took a really long time for them to arrive. When they finally did, I was disappointed to find that two of the dresses were of really poor quality. I mean, I could have gotten better dresses at Poundland! So, I decided to return them.
But, the cost of returning the dresses was really high. I mean, they charged me ?25 just to return them! I thought it was okay though, because the company had promised to refund the full cost once they received the dresses. But, it took them two whole weeks to even acknowledge that they had received the dresses. And, when they finally did, they only refunded me for the two dresses and completely forgot about the postage cost!
I was so angry when they told me that I had to bear the cost of returning the dresses. I mean, ?25 may not seem like a lot of money to some people, but it definitely is to me. I feel like they completely disregarded my consumer rights and I have made it clear to them that I will never be purchasing anything from them again!

It seems like they're purposely trying to avoid processing refunds and returns, because get this - the item they marked on clearance actually had an increase in price! Like, what kind of shady business is that? It feels like they're just trying to scam people out of their hard-earned cash.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Rosewe. I mean, I should have known better, but the prices were just too good to pass up. I was looking for some dresses for a rehearsal dinner and wedding that's coming up in less than a month, and I didn't want to spend a fortune. So I took a chance and ordered 4 dresses from Rosewe.
Let me tell you, it was not a good experience. The dresses took about 6 weeks to arrive, which was already a bad sign. When I finally got them, I was so excited to try them on. But when I did, I was so disappointed. None of them fit me properly, even though I ordered my usual size. And the quality was just terrible. I mean, I could tell right away that they were poorly made.
I tried to salvage the situation by seeing if I could consign them and get some of my money back. But based on the reviews I just read, it doesn't seem like that's going to be an easy task. So now I'm stuck with 4 dresses that I'll never wear, and I wasted a bunch of money.
Honestly, I would not recommend Rosewe to anyone. Save yourself the headache and just shop somewhere else. I definitely won't be buying from them again.
Lace Panel 3/4 Sleeve Round Neck Solid Dress
They posted this to me and it didn't fit me and i posted it back to them on 23rd feb 22, and i have post office receipt of shipping.
They have said they haven't received it and that i have to contact my shipping company.
My shipping company said its not a tracked parcel so they can't track its wearabout.
So where does that leave me out of pocket €50 yet i have proof i posted it to them.

I returned 2 bathing suits back 2019 and I have yet to receive a refund the order invoice was [protected] the payment was taken off my credit card on 12th of september 2019 of $72.60 and I wish to have my refund as I send the suits back oct 15th 2019

Items not received, request for refund
I placed and paid $236.61 for four (4) items in December 2019. In January I received two (2) items which were damaged, I returned the items and paid for return shipping. On February 20th, I received a partial refund less their shipping in the amount of $73.86 for those two items.
I have sent numerous emails, after emails requesting a refund in the amount of $162.75 for the balance of the items I have not received. To date, I still have not received my refund.
I have ordered 2 dresses early November I was told it will be delivered 25,latest 3rd of December. Until now I have not receive my order. I am travelling without the dresses the reason I ordered for the two is to wear them on my holiday, really sad and disappointed

I have order several times using different sizes hoping to get smething that fits.
I am a size large but the item which I received did not have a size tag in it could only fit a child.
I then order 2 other items which were size XXL thinking they may fit and again the items came with no size label or tag on them but they seem to fit someone who could wear a zero.

So I was just scammed and have lost out on my money, how can you have people pay extra for you all to just keep the money and never send the merchandise. Contacting better business bureau. I order a dress I thought would be cute to wear on my wedding day before or after the wedding and paid for 3-5 shipping. Processing is 1-3 days and again shipping is 3-5 ordered on 2/4/20 you do the math it should have been here.

I ordered and received a dress from Rosewe. Once the dress arrived, I noticed that the imprinting on the dress was blurry and faded. I reached out to Rosewe to return the item. Rosewe expects me to pay for return shipping on a faulty item. I have been trying for days to get Rosewe to pay for return shipping. No luck. They have lost a customer. I wont deal with a company that wont accept responsibility for errors on their end.
