I bought Gap insurance from Moss Bros. Chevrolet, but when I refinanced my car, they won't cancel it even though I gave them all the papers proving I paid off the loan.

My 2017 Colorado was in the service department for transmission issues. It was there for 3 weeks, and when I finally picked it up, I noticed some problems. The driver's seat was ripped, and both the inside and outside of the truck were really dusty. The person at the dealership looked at the tear and said that the foam had different colors, suggesting that the tear didn't happen there. I was frustrated because the truck had been there for 3 weeks! They were supposed to speak with their boss, so I called the next day. The person I spoke to said that my request was denied and told me to call their boss because they couldn't do anything. They just asked me to bring the truck back so they could clean it. When I went to get my truck, I had my 2-year-old sleeping in the car seat, and it took a long time for someone to come outside.

I got a 2020 traverse, and it's like, totally jerking when I step on the gas. So I went to Chevy, right? And they're all like, "we gotta keep your car for 2 days, but sorry, no rental for you." And then the manager dude, he's all like, "Maybe we gotta keep it longer, but we can give you a discount on the rental, even though you got a warranty." Ugh, both of them, *** and ***, they got the worst customer service ever. They keep comparing me to other peeps, saying we're all the same! Like, hello, can I get an apology for the inconvenience? I want that rental for free, man! My car shouldn't be having engine or transmission problems this early on. And if it's the same as those 2020 recalls, I ain't paying no deductible just 'cause my car ain't on the list.

We took our car to Moss Bros. Chevrolet to get the transmission fixed. While we were there, someone took one of the trucks for a test drive and accidentally bumped into our Camaro's bumper. My son checked the car and noticed that the front bumper had some pretty noticeable damage. They've had our car for a whole month, and during that time, it wasn't drivable. Now they're telling me to contact my insurance so they can talk to the other driver's insurance and sort things out. They even had the audacity to compare it to a situation where you get hit in a Walmart parking lot! Like, seriously?! I don't expect my car to be safe in a Walmart parking lot or while driving it, but when it's sitting in a dealership's service center and not drivable, I do expect it to be returned to me in the same condition it was in, except for the repairs that were done. I shouldn't have to deal with additional damage to my car's body that wasn't there before!
I took my 2018 Chevy Cruze to Moss Bros
I took my 2018 Chevy Cruze to Moss Bros. Chevrolet on July 5th because the check engine light was on. A few hours later, the dealer called and told me that there was a cracked piston and they needed to take apart the engine. They said it was covered under warranty, but my extended warranty company denied the claim because there was a mechanical bulletin from GM about the same issue (GM - na- 17). GM also denied the claim because my vehicle had 104k miles on it. My attorney says that since there was a bulletin, GM should handle the repair as a recall.
When I went to get some of my belongings from my car, I found half of the engine sitting in my trunk, covered in oil and on top of my stuff. The other half of the engine was in my back seat on a piece of cardboard, also covered in oil. I tried to reach the advisor, but he never returned my calls.
I'm a disabled marine with a limited income, and now the dealer wants to charge me $00 to complete the repair, which I can't afford.

On 11/4, I bought a car from Moss Bother's Chevrolet. They made me sign for stuff that wasn't good enough, like they said they gave me a full tank of gas that day but they didn't. I had to go back the next day to get my full tank of gas on a car that cost around $70,000 without taxes and warranties. The same night I took the car home, a light came on that said "check reverse lamp" and I had to go back the next day for them to fix it and give me the promised full tank of gas. They told me the warranty didn't cover the next day for this to happen and then they said I had to come back and switch cars while I'm paying for deposits on rentals. They never told me about any of the problems until I drove 30 minutes from my house to find out what was wrong because nobody would answer the phones and I had to return the rental within an hour or I'd lose my deposit. So now I have a brand new car that has software issues and they don't know how to fix it until they can figure it out with GM because it's the new 2021 Chevrolet Suburban. They also gave me back my car with a missing side panel from the handle that is now broken and needs to be replaced. The car is only 4 days old today and they don't care about telling me the problem or fixing the issue with a car they sold me that they don't know how to repair.
