I got a new Chevy from H and H Chevrolet in June , trading in my 2016 lease. The salesperson, Hunter, told me multiple times that they would take my 2016 lease 'as is' and adjust the new lease payments accordingly. But a few months later, they charged me for mileage fees on the 2016 vehicle. I contacted H and H Chevrolet to sort it out, but they refused to pay. Adam from H and H offered me payment plans, but that wasn't the issue. H and H should have taken responsibility for the balance as agreed initially. I even suggested splitting the payment to resolve the issue and fix my credit, but H and H said no.

My car was taken to the recommend H & H repair shop for hail damage on 6/4. I was told by *** it would take 3 weeks. *** has an office at the dealership and I talked to Tony in the dealership with the loaner department if he would have a vehicle that I could have while my vehicle is being repaired. He said they didn't have a vehicle but check back in a few days and also took down my phone number. He said he would call me in a few days if something came up. I didn't hear anything so I followed up a few times a week. I was once told that I was 6 on the waiting list for a vehicle. Then, when I followed up 4 days later, I was told by a manager they would not have a vehicle for me. Customers' vehicles being repaired at the shop are a priority. I explained *** not able to work a 2nd job that requires a car. I paid monthly expenses on 2 vehicles. Sometimes people hardship situations should be more important than profits.

Folks, I gotta tell ya, I've had my 2021 vehicle in for radio problems that popped up 5 months after I got it. The Chevrolet engineers knew about the issue and sent a new radio to replace the original. But guess what? In late 2022, the radio started acting up again, and it's even worse this time! Now it starts in random modes or doesn't start at all! Sometimes there's no display, other times it's blasting at full volume, and sometimes the GPS split screen only shows one side. It's a mess, I tell ya. So, I went back to the shop to report the issues, and you won't believe what they said. They told me to come back when the radio is acting up! Can you believe that? I spent good money on this truck and I expect decent service! The Service Advisor said they won't troubleshoot the problem unless they can see it happening. Well, sorry if it decides to act up on a Sunday when I'm on my way to church! I've never heard of such a company policy before. At this point, I'm seriously considering switching brands because of the poor service I'm receiving.

I took my car to H&H Chevrolet for the second time to be repaired. I had already paid them to get my car started, and they did manage to start it. So, I sent my car back to H&H for the second time, thinking they were okay. The technician named Steve worked on my vehicle. I asked if they could fix the lights on the dashboard, like the ABS light and some other lights that were on. However, Steve took it upon himself to take apart my gas tank and fuel pump without asking me. JD stated that my tank had turpentine in it and charged me for taking the parts off and putting them back on. But I told JD that I didn't ask them to take my car apart. JD insisted that was the problem, but it couldn't have been because I drove my car there. The vehicle was starting and running properly when I brought it in. Now, I have a big problem because my car won't start at all. JD suggested that it might be a fuel filter issue, but I told him that if that's the case, I already have a fuel filter in the car that they took apart without my permission. They put on a new fuel filter, but that didn't solve the problem either. I asked JD if he told his supervisor about what he and the technician Steve did to my vehicle, and he started laughing at me. I told JD that I didn't find anything funny about the situation. JD took my car apart, claiming it was the gas tank and fuel pump, and now he's telling me they can't get it started. This is bad business, and I asked JD if he informed his boss about it.

I purchased the car on October 8, and shortly after bringing it home, I noticed a loud noise coming from the vehicle when accelerating between 40-60 mph. The noise sounds like an airplane taking off and then abruptly stops. I have taken it to two different repair shops and two different service technicians have also heard the noise. The car was sold to me as certified with 31,000 miles on it. I contacted the dealership where I bought it and asked for assistance in resolving the issue. They replaced both front wheel hubs, fixed a leaky valve, and even replaced the drivetrain, but the problem persists. H&H suggested that I trade in the car to get rid of it, but I refuse to do so as I would lose money. Why should it be my responsibility to trade in a car that they sold me with problems from the beginning? I have called the dealership multiple times and spoken to the service manager, Nick, who promises to call me back or get back to me, but he never does. I keep calling them, asking them to cancel my extended warranty and refund my loan in full because I believe they sold me a faulty car. I have only made two payments on this car, and it has already been in the shop four times. I no longer trust this car or the dealership to do anything right. I paid a significant amount of money for a car with 31,000 miles on it, only to have issues arise within a week of purchase. I did purchase an extended warranty, but I want it canceled because I anticipate needing the money for future problems with this vehicle. The dealership has offered to let me trade in my car for another one on their lot, but I have no interest in doing further business with them after the way they have treated me. They do not take care of their customers, and their suggestion to sell a car with issues is highly unprofessional and unsafe. They have made it clear that I am not a priority and that I am solely responsible for dealing with this problem. They do not return my calls, and they do not follow up or follow through. I have been ignored and passed around for the past two weeks. I have had to repeatedly call them to get contact information, ask for help, and seek advice on my options at this point.
