june 15, 16, 17th. 6301 ih 37, corpus christi, tx. this is now Motel 6/Studio 6. this was the by far worse place i have ever stayed. There was no sense of making the customer happy. A little request of getting a phone cord in the room for the landline. All the rooms were not occupied and could have been delivered to the room. the first day friday, not on saturday, nor sunday could they bring a cord to the room. My husband has a bad heart and what if we needed 911.?
The carpets were old and stained, the bed was lumpy. The pool was totally filthy, no way i would put my toe in it. On saturday the bed was made and fresh towels stocked. No other soap left and the hotel did not supply shampoo. There was one ice machine on the first floor beside the office. Too far from the 3rd floor on the backside of the hotel. Walkways were dirty and the small elevator was dirty as well. On Sunday when we returned to the room at 3:30 the room had not been serviced and our keys did not work to open the door. so i proceed to go to the office to get keys fixed and two girls were making beds in a room and i asked if they could go to my room and put sheets and towels in the room. The one mexican girl named Tina proceeds to give me the sheets.. i said no maam, i am not making the bed, she then got an attitude and i said no missy dont get an attitude, she said (with hand on hip) i dont have an attitude but i can show you an attitude if you want? i was appaulled and continued walking to office. Told desk clerk about incident she said she would get it addressed and get them to our room. in the meantime a nice lady that worked in laundry named Verma took care of our request. we thanked her. She spoke little english. We went to the pool that was terrible and went to office to complain. We went back to the room and passed the girl with the attitude, i told my husband that is the one that got an attitude with me. She said, yep that was me, sorry. We were called and the desk lady said she was refunding our stay. First she told me she was refunding 2 nights, and i said ok whatever, we will take care of the rest later. She then refunded all three nights. She did not say we had to leave that day. So, we went to eat and came back. I was asleep and my husband watching tv, when... BANG BANG BANG on the door, my husband said Whos there... BANG BANG BANG on the door... he opened door with weapon drawn, , , and it is the manager of the hotel which we could not reach all weekend... she says, i'm the manager and you can put that away sir. We refunded your money earlier and we see you have filed a complaint, , , , so you need to go.;.. Now! I will be back. So, we were forced to leave at 10:05 pm after, mind you, we had taken our evening sleep and heart meds. Very bad experience and it was our anniversary trip. 0 stars on everything.

I believe I should be refunded on my citibank card for this nights' stay as this motel provided no service at all.
I will sincerely re-think staying in another motel 6 in the future as this one was horrible.
The motel 6 CEO needs to know about this motel.

Mine and my husband's reservation was canceled due to an invalid ID upon check-out I was unable to take my items with me so my husband called and asked to leave the stuff in the room until he got off work when he picked them up he witnessed one of the employees throwing a bag of our stuff across the office like a basketball I also noticed several items missing from my bags all of my things were misplaced in other bags when they were already in one this is very unprofessional it is rude and it's not right that employees are thieving the guest items
cockroaches
There were cockroaches in the room. Very rude guy at the counter too. He would not give us the senior discount that we had just gotten the week before at a different motel 6. Not a happy customer at all. I use motel 6 every time I travel and have never experienced neither of these things. Definitely wont stay at this location again. This is the one by the airport.

There are people living in old RV's at your motel located at 17950 SW McEwan Rd, Tigard, OR 97224 I have made several complaints to the motel staff with no resolution they have been parked there for about 3 weeks I work late and drive by them on my way home from work there is movement and lights on people coming and going at all times of the day and night very bad for the neighborhood. I fear that this is going to turn into a homeless camp.
hired painters for apache junction az
I stayed at Motel 6 in Apache Junction AZ from May 31 to June 2 2019. My husband was threatened by a man who was a painter. He asked the night clerk to call the police and he did not. The man is still working there and it is not a comfortable atmosphere. In the back parking lot there were people roaming around at night looking very suspicious, like they were looking to break into cars. You need to check into the people you hire for construction. Did Not Feel Safe at All !

This particular hotel is disgusting. I couldn't even use a towel to wash my face the 10 minutes I was in the Room there were roaches crawling everywhere the towels were white they had hair on them, they were wet, When I went to leave the Room after using one of my personal shirts to wash my face and wipe down my body just so I won't fall asleep because I had to keep driving there was no way of sleeping in that Room it was disgusting roaches everywhere it wasn't even swept nothing was white down the TV even had stuff all over it I didn't even feel safe there. Can I please get a reimbursement I was there 10 minutes you can look on the cameras do whatever you have to do I will attach pictures but it's pretty awful I had to use my own shirt just to wipe down my body and risk getting into an accident because the Room was so awfully disgusting I couldn't even sit on the bed. It shows on my bank account as number 4881 and it was almost $60 unfortunately Now I have to sleep in my car because I could have paid an extra $20 at a clean sanitary hotel and been able to sleep and wash my body but now I cannot because I am having to do this and I'm fortunately if you can't help me with this I will call the health department because it's not sanitary. possible bed bugs
I booked this room so my daughter and I could have a little get away. The employee at check in was great.
When we walked into the room it smelled but we were not going to allow that to ruin out trip. We sprayed it with body spray and headed for the pool.
The pool was clean and the temperature was perfect however almost every lounge chair was broken or completely ripped down the middle.
After lounging at the pool for awhile we showered and headed out to dinner. When we got back we both laid in our separate beds. We were both itchy. I got up and showered again and laid back down. Again, kept itching all over. Finally we had enough so we decided to load our car and make the 2 1/2 drive back home so we could get a good night sleep. As we were leaving I was very frustrated. There was a line in the office so I decided to call as we were leaving. I called at 9:10 pm and spoke to Antonio telling him we had left because the beds were extremely itchy. He said thank you for letting us know.
Sunday morning I began calling Travelocity because I felt/feel I deserve a refund. After calling back every hour because they were having computer issues, going back and forth with them I decided to call the hotel. I asked to speak to a manager, he stared he was and I believe his name was Aaron. I had a hard time hearing it clearly. I explained to him the situation to which he replied Antonio said we left due to noise. There was no noise so that was not true. He stated he was going to check the room and call me back that evening to which I still haven't heard from anyone.
I feel I deserve to be refunded my money minus 50.00 because we did shower in the room. I am trying to be fair. I will also be sending this to the Motel 6 corporate office so they are aware.
I hope to hear from someone within the next 24 hours.

elevator service on time control
I really would like to know how they handle someone with disability and uses a wheelchair. On my last 2 night stay at Motel 6 (BWI location), my husband was recovering from surgery and using the steps was very very difficult. The fact that I requested a 1st floor and was told nothing was available but instead I was informed that they do have elevators and I accepted the 3rd floor room on that basis. I was NOT informed that the elevators are shut down by certain time every evening and turned back on by 9am every morning. I feel that should have been told to me because I definitely would have NOT checked in knowing my husband would have to struggle to climb steps to the 3rd floor every time if we were not back in our room by a certain time. There is no refrigerator and there is no iron in the room. For people that travel with a suitcase and have clothes folded and would like to get the wrinkles out before wearing outfit, should not stay at Motel 6 at least not this location.
I am complaining about a hotel reservation made online
I made a reservation to stay at motel 6 in Lumberton, NC. The room came up to $41.00 and change with taxes. When I arrived a half hour later I was told that the online rate was a seven day rate and I have to pay $20.00 more. The manager showed me on his computer where it is stated. I looked back on my ' computer it was nowhere on my reservation page. But he insisted I had to pay the higher rate.It really is frustrating and on top of everything the room floor is dirty.
scam - unethical
I had paid by credit card for a room for my son in Green Bay Wisconsin at Motel 6, on Sunday 5/5/19 and Monday 5/6/19.
He found a bed bug on his bed and a picture was taken and it is documented.
He was told that a full refund would be given for one night stay.
The mananger had informed my son that a credit would be given for the one night.
They gave him another room to sleep in.
He stayed there 2 nights.
I just got my credit card bill and it shows that only a $20 discount was given.
That is wrong and fraudulent. I should of had one full night room refund.
Because of this I would like a full refund for 2 nights stay.

reservation with a confirmation
I made a reservation approximately 6 weeks in advance for my trip, ask for a second floor room and I was given a confirmation number and assurance of a second floor room. Upon my arrival on 15 May I gave my confirmation number and was told that I could not have a second floor room because it may be filled before the day was over by a crowd from Yellowstone? I was given a room on the first floor which was for a handicap person. There was no nights stand on one side of the bed, no chair to sit in and no clock in the room, plus other things right off hand I can't remember. I did not extend my stay for the second night.
I was disappointed because my reservation was not upheld. My stay was at 1360 S 12th W. Rexburg, ID on 15 May 2019.

weekly rate change
I've been staying here since February 2019, and my Husband and I were just recently given the weekly rate. $535 now that is Fine however now I'm being informed it will be $657 and some change.. like why should I pay more if me and my Husband being Weekly guests will ganruntee $535 which is an affordable rate. What can be done about this. I don't think it's fair.

charged deposit should have gotten back
checked in may 13 2019 at the motel6 2808 south reed road kokomo, in 46902 the room was fine nothing great but seemed clean, we used the bed and bathroom but basically left it as we found instead of getting deposit back we were charged the deposit. when i called to ask about the gentleman was polite and looked up my account for me and said that since there had been smoking in the room we were charged the deposit but since my husband is on oxygen and we do not smoke that is not true. i would a least expect a reach out on this matter please we are on a fixed income and this hurt us

My daughter drove over 6 hours to get to Cheyenne Wyoming for her baby shower and had made a reservation online before she left. Upon check in she was told they would not rent her a Room because she still had a Cheyenne Wyoming driver's license... She's 8 months pregnant who gives a crap what her driver's license said she had a valid address in Nebraska and her vehicle is registered in Nebraska. At 8:15 in the morning, as I was stepping out of the bathroom, I saw the entry door closing. Rushing over, I opened it to find a guy with a linen cart. "What the f*** are you doing?!" I asked. "Sorry", he mumbled. I barked, "Maybe next time KNOCK FIRST, okay?!" I was really pissed, went to the front desk, where Rita said: 1. She's not sure why the guy would do that. 2. "I just work here" - I REALLY love that line of feces! 3. The Manager wasn't there. 4. She's sorry. And then she laughed. That's really funny, Rita, a guy entering my motel room unannounced. experience at motel 6 streetsboro ohio
Rooms are so dirty we could not stay there, of course they do not care and will not offer a refund. We drove approximately 4 hours to discover the room was so dirty that no one could sleep on stain bed linens. So had cigarette burn holes in them. One bed was held together with a towel and duct tape. Some strange drippings on the walls as well. All other hotels in the area were fully booked. Wish there was a negative star rating, they truly deserve a -5, since the lobby, halls, etc. are just as bad.
