Payment went through my bank account immediately though. Good luck trying to get any answers through customer service. All you get is an automated response. No phone number anywhere. When purchased the item was quoted 5-7 days for delivery. It is now on say 13 and no indication of any shipment yet.

My order was placed on June 13 and after two weeks I received NO contact from the store. I had to email them because there is no phone number listed on the web site nor is there even a physical address listed. I got an email response from them stating that orders were being delayed and I should have more patience. After two more weeks I notified them to cancel my order and the email response was that the order was being processed and I could no longer cancel my order or get a refund. I do not know what the law is about when a company may charge ones credit card, but my online retailers do NOT charge your credit card until they have the merchandise in stock and are immediately able to ship the item(s). I would not recommend to anyone to purchase anything from this *** nor the

Worst experience I've ever had purchasing something online. I thought it would be better to order from the Official *** store rather than a sketchy *** third party but I should have taken my chances on *** instead.I ordered two Halloween costumes on October 9th. At the time of purchase one was in stock and one was backordered and arriving to their warehouse on 10/13. They never sent the in stock item and instead sold through them all while they sat on my order. 10/13 came and went, but I was patient and waited until 10/18 to reach out via email since I wasn't provided any updates.They never responded to the email. The backordered item eventually shipped and arrived broken with sharp shards of plastic pointing out from the mask. Follow up emails about the shipment of the previously in stock item were also ignored, although they did eventually refund that one.I ordered early in the month to make sure Halloween was covered but because this company is so poor at what they do, I now have to last minute shop elsewhere for the two costumes. They wasted my time and money. I'll be sure to never order from any store that uses Snow Commerce.

I will never purchase any when I see snow commerce affiliated. This company is a joke I purchased two things almost two weeks ago and I only got my confirmation last week. Goog luck calling or reaching out to email support. I have yet to receive a single non automated response.

The order hasn't shipped, and the lead time on shipping is 10-15 business days so there's no excuse why they cannot cancel this order

I received one response that my order shipped on November 5th from Jessica and that I should receive it in 5-7 business days. Well that has come and went with no email update or product. Now my emails get kicked back so I would imagine they are scamming a lot of people. This place is a scam and should not be an official store. It looks like everyone needs to get together and file legal measures against this company

We have a camera and were home the items were NEVER delivered. The business does NOT have a working phone number and do not reply back to emails. The order number is *** for a total of $96.92 . I offered in my emails to prove via the door camera that the post office never delivered them to my house. I have spoken with the post office and they do not have the items and said that they can not track where they were left just that they were scanned as delivered somewhere. As per the company's auto-confirmation receipt that my email has been received, their policy is that someone will be in touch to respond to outreach within 24 business hours. This has not been the case. I have had this same issue with this company just recently that took 5 outreach attempts over several weeks with information that a formal complaint would occur if they did not respond to the 5th email. I would like my request to be applied with a full refund for cancelled items. If my 3 email outreaches with auto-reply receipt confirmations are needed, please advise.

I confirmed the business with the one I selected for this complaint. Essentially the T-shirt was ordered at the end of October for a price of $24.95. The return policy clearly states returns are accepted within 30 days. I attempted numerous times to contact the company within that time frame to return the merchandise, and never received a response. At the end of November I was finally received a return label through UPS (***). The merchandise was sent back and I still have yet to receive a refund or get a response from emailing the company.

I called a voice message service associated with the site requesting to be contacted in regards to it twice on 15th. I also sent an email on the 15th. No one from the company contacted me in return. A shipping label and tracking number were generated that day and no movement on my shipment has happened since then. I sent another email on 12/19 and received no response. I requested to receive a full refund and to be contacted. No contact was made. I called this morning and left another voicemail on 12/20 with no call back. I requested a full refund for an item that has not actually shipped. I no longer want to conduct business with this service.

I reported it to "customer service" and they told me to contact the manufacturer, The Wand Company. 8/18 - I contact the Wand Company and they have me send it to England for repair 10/21 - I receive the communicator back in the mail after *TWO MONTHS*. 10/28 - The volume button becomes "loose" and stops working. The communicator also turns off by itself at random times, making listening to my music or making phone calls almost impossible.

Date of purchase 9/6. WB Shop c/o Snow Commerce will not refund the full amount of what I spent on a purchase. I received the "shipment" email on 9/18, but item was never received. I tried to get a refund for 2 weeks, but they refused. There is no phone # listed on website you have to submit a Contact Us request. I did that on 9/23 and 9/27. On 9/28 they said the vendor was shipping it to the mailing facility. I responded on 9/30 asking for a refund due to it taking too long. They stated that they cannot change an order once it goes into processing and said they would track it 2 more days to see if it arrived at the shipping facility. On 10/1 they reached out saying that they think the item was lost and would issue a refund. On 10/4 I received a $37.17 refund even though my order was $43.74. They kept the $6.00 shipping charge. I know it's only $6.00, but this company has been unreasonable to deal with and owes me the entire price I paid since nothing was shipped to me.

Snow is eCommerce fulfillment provider for the AMC TWD Supply Drop subscription service, Snow Commerce, failed to remedy a critical failure in their Q2 (June 20 '21) shipments. Due to negligent container sizing reductions, multiple limited edition exclusive member only *** figures were damaged/destroyed, including my own. In total, I have emailed Snow's CS department to resolve this issue 12x's since 6/30 and have had no remedy. On 7/30 I was notified that I would be receiving a full replacement of the figure. After 4-wks of waiting, I again emailed their CS team 3x's to confirm that the replacement was in-process. On 8/1 I finally received a confirmation, but was advised the replacement was delayed. On 10/6, I received an email advising me that they were unable to replace the item and would instead issue a $10 refund for a LE item that is now valued well over $120. Snow has refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor or manager. AMC/Consumer Protection compliant filed.

On 12/27 the merchant sent an email advising that the order was being shipped. On 12/27 I reached out to *** Pay to help me with canceling this order and obtaining a refund. *** advised that they reached out to the seller with a cancellation/refund request on 12/28. When no response was received by *** nor myself by 12/30; *** again sent a cancellation/refund request to the merchant - the merchant finally responded on 1/3/2022 advising that (I should refer to their ordering policy). To date (1/3/2022) no refund has been made by the merchant despite my many attempts through email and ***, and further, the order in question never even arrived. Please help me in receiving my money back for this fraudulent charge by the clearly crooked merchant.

Please either send them or return my money for them. On March 7 I contacted Fox Customer Care again. This was their response: We understand that you are contacting us today concerning a refund for your order. We welcome your inquiry, and we assure you we're for your support. After reviewing our records, we were able to verify that your order has been completed. If your order contains multiple items then they may ship separately, you will receive an email notifying you of your tracking information for each product. You can also track your package from your account page at ***. I did not get any email concerning tracking information. I only got the order confirmation email. I responded: I never created an account. I checked out as a guest. To be clear, you are telling me you refuse to do anything further. Please confirm that I am interpreting this email correctly. I have no way to track anything. I have not received shipping emails...only my original order email.
