Second visit in 2 months also the last. Caused damage to my car ,denied responsibility. Ist time bad luck 2nd time incompetent.
Tracking adjustments broke rear suspension bolt denied it untill my insurance company spoke to them, what a change in attitude.
Second vist to fit a new tyre,. I swapped wheels around the day before to reduce work needed, they stripped security bolt key saying it was already stripped but I know it wasn't.
Recommendation: Keep well away.

Air conditioning recharge at la flèche branch (sarthe france)
I had made a reservation for our air con to be recharged on Friday 16th August @9am .when I made the appointment I supplied all the information including phone number and email address. I arrived well before the time as your branch states it opens at 8.30 . The key holder arrived at 9.30 .obviously I went in as soon as the door was opened . When I gave my name and key , before the person even looked at the computer she told me they do not have a technician and the appointment was cancelled. So were obviously aware of the problem.No one bothered to contact me by any way
I traveled over 50 miles for this and wasted most of the morning which I believe you are responsible for .The level of professionalism shown by your company is astonishing sadly in a negative way

I made a reservation for 1000 for my car to be fitted with two new tyres. I also asked, in writing in english and in french (see attachment) to have a small lamp on the front left side fo the car repalced. This had been a reason to fail the Controle Technique, which was due to be repeated at 1400 that day some 20 miles away. The work took longer than planned (90mins) and when I paid i was just pleased to get the car back to drive to the test centre. When I got to the test centre, the inspector was quite annoyed that the car had been resubmitted with the same fault. As a result, the car has the same problem. Norauto just ignored my request. This also made me look stupid at the CT later that day. I agree I should have checked but as the car came back late, I was in a hurry. I second visit to the CT costs 30 euro and 2hrs of my time.
goodyear vector 4 seasons tyre (215x60xr16 - 99v) update not notice and
In sep last year I had 4 new tyres fitted to my car in Norauto Bergerac. 10 days ago it failed the Control Techique as the incorrect sized tyres had been fitted. (They fitted 215x65xR16 in error).
