Purchased 2 mr heaters at the home depot jan 25 2020 with 1 year warranty. one unit works correctly, the other one started leaking propane fuel so badly the heater was impossible to use safely. i contacted customer service, and the contact i made was effectively requesting i disassemble the propane heater and try to fix it at home. this would be dangerous and also void my warranty! i tried to explain that, but the customer service representative developed hurt feelings, and 'ghosted' me, leaving me with a warrantied product, with no support. the job of support is to issue a return authorization in this case.

The product arrived with no blower fan, making it very ineffective to warm a room. On top of that, sending back requires a 10% restocking charge. I expected much better from the manufacturer's Amazon account.
