Mr. Lube Canada review: Went in for oil change only!

Hi everyone I am writing this because of the pure pressure the guilt you feel after hearing a foreign language and you need this ! So you think ok don’t understand a word anyone is saying except you need this sir ! Ok here we go it’s going to be a long one ! But I promise it will be educational and a warning and also to the owner of this awful place, people who work here should be fired immediately, ride, unethical, liars to your face and zero knowledge, anything they do they watch you tube videos ! If you don’t know where my drain plug is and even after you tube can’t find it, how are you allowed to change a transmission fluid or rear diff or anything ! Ok here we go !

I went to go for a OIL CHANGE ONLY ! They told me I need it changed it’s so bad in a jeep 120,000 mint ! But thought ok maybe it does ! Well it had jeep diff fluid in it so they can only drain so much so they put castrol in it with jeep fluid! So I left within 20 minutes the smell of rotten eggs i mean bad it was bad ! So I called saod what did you do they said it’s not me so I dropped it went to the mechanic he said who ever just put diff fluid In put the wrong stuff in did not change seals or anything he said who did this where did you go I said Mr.Lube he laughed first said are you dumb ! I said yes because well I thought people who work in a big establishment has integrity you know trust ! But I got taken it cost me $3,330 yes that much both seals blew out within an hour done after they did the change THIS IS TILLSONBURG, ON

OK now my brother goes in for a oil change a normal Ford 150 basic truck they could not find his drain plug I am not joking checking you tube so he left immediately thinking why are all these employees on you tube for so they not know what they are doing? He left I applaud him !

Now this is where it gets too much that was a warm up !

I went back yes I know just for an oil change that’s it ! I pull in said I just want a oil change I am in a rush ! So first i see a person hooking a diagnostic hand help machine up to me car I said don’t touch anything just oil please he got 2 other workers over all speaking in another language which is so rude and disrespectful and after that one worker comes up you need this you need this I said I only want my oil changed did you forget I’m in a rush ! So they leave to come back seconds later telling me I need this solution in my engine to clean it’s dirty huh ? I do regular oil changes the car runs so smoothly so I say absolutely not just oil please guys just do my oil ! So a few seconds go by sir you need a transmission flush I say I don’t feel comfortable right now and I do not want you to touch my transmission please I said because you do not have the correct oil you need Honda oil for this car only and you can’t mix two different oils together you can’t ! Get ready for this ! The worker says “ sir we know how to do this, what we do is since we have different oil we will drain what we do with the plug and we will go in your car start it up and give it gas to drain the rest no joking ! I called my local Mr transmission they said who told you to floor your car with no oil in it ? I said I’m here now he said and they are a mechanic? I said I don’t know if they got the their license because I know you need one to do mechanic work but they don’t just watch you tube that’s their schooling free you tube everyone else has to go to school to pay and learn to get your certificate to be one but not in this place you can do rear diffs you can do transmissions you can do engine, rads they do it all with zero schooling ! None ! So He said he doesn’t know how they can do what they do in those places but stay far away and warn anyone who goes they do not know what they are doing if a car has a warranty on it still do you ask ? Do you say if I touch this does it void it ? Nothing they know nothing at this mr.lube nothing! How are you allowed to do this to people! And the worst part is when you say why ddi you say this ? No I did not say this, just lying to your face ! How does a establishment this big not care who works for them with zero knowledge ruining peoples cars ? And when you confront them they lie right to your face that’s so awful to do CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT! You are supposed to say yes I should not have said that sir but when they get caught in a lie they yell and scream at you not kidding even the same there workers come running yelling at you from. Behind not even in the conversation how are employees allowed to be running around screaming like I’m a customer you work there your supposed to be professional! Like I mean screaming I yelled so bad and said don’t scream at me like that it drove me crazy I just wanted them to say we are sorry that’s it I should not have said that all I wanted was an apology I get yelled at belittled called a liar and the stress from non stop pure pressure to buy stuff I do not need clearly stated it ten times JUST OIL CHANGE PLEASE! They harassed me bugged me and the guilt you feel and stress is absolutely atrocious!

MR.LUBE ALL WORKERS MUST ME FIRED IMMEDIATELY! THEY ARE DISRESPECTFUL, SCREAM, LIE, HARASS, PRESSURE, ITS THE MOST STRESSFUL, DISRESPECTFUL HARASSMENT IVE EVER BEEN THROUGH ON TOP MY ENGINE IS NOT RATTLING ONLY THING I DID WAS GO TO MRLUBE THATS IT PERFECT CAR NOW DONE! ITS THE LIES ITS THE WAY THEY SPEAK THE ENTIRE TIME IN A FOREIGN LANGUAGE IS DISRESPECTFUL SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE TALKING IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HUDDLE UP AND KEEP POINTING ITS RUDE ITS IGNORANT TO DO BECAUSE IF I SAT IN THE CAR AND YOU LOOK AT ME IM POINTING AND RUNING MY MOUTH AMD YOU GO WHAT R U SAYING I KEEP DOING IT ITS JUST AWFUL FEELING !

If these workers are still allowed to do this to others vehicles and the owner of this establishment keeps letting these uneducated workers rude workers, liars, and harassing you the entire time has to stop 🛑 it’s enough ! Included my jeep rear end completed blown ! The drained out what comes out left the rest of the fluid in and put Gtx in so both different fluids both different colour they mix because they do not know what they are doing because they have never went to any automotive school EVER ! Not even supposed to touch your rear diff unless your hearing noises or there is a issue which the jeep only has 120k on it and drives flawless ! Not after leaving there ! Didn’t even use the same grade of diff fluid not the same colour even as Jeep fluid I get it, it was my stupidity for doing this and I know how life goes your screwed ! If I can help one person not do this I am happy and if these workers are not fired for harassment for unethical liars that will do anything to make that extra buck even if it ruins your vehicle if it makes you stressed out if they have to harass you they will just to get you to pay more is so just awful and this is a big corporate too so i hope they know this and tell workers not to talk the entire time in a foreign language we are in Canada we in Ontario speak English and to huddle up and talk in foreign language and come back to go you need this you need this well if I heard a word you said maybe I would but looking at me huddled up all speaking foreign makes me and I know tons of people who experience this too and feel uncomfortable so to the owners you got to let the workers know this and it’s not ok to do especially when it comes to us paying for it !
