bad quality of the product

Yesterday I bought a bag of M&Ms and today the 22nd when I opened it I discovered at least one M&M that was old and moldy. I do not dare to eat the others, as I do not know if they also could be old. The date of the package has not expired (can provide more pictures if needed).
I would like to request a refund, and would like to know how it works.
I also wanted to inform about the issue.

dark chocolate m&ms - found metal piece in bag
Found this yellow/ gray chunk in the bag of M&Ms I was about to eat. Upon Closer observation, it is definitely metal with yellow paint on 1 side. Hard as a rock. Look at pictures below for metal piece and the lot number. I am Not going to eat anything from this bag so please refund me. Look at your manufacturing equipment for other faults & recall this lot asap before someone chokes or breakes their teeth. Please respond with a resolution.

Hi, I'm in Germany and would like to order personalized mms for a friend in the US but can't access the US store because the plugin/popup obviously checks my IP and then decides to ask me again about my country, and again and again. You need to really implement a process that after asking the third time yes you can hold the customer intelligent enough to understand which store heshe wants to enter.

Upon opening the box there were 6 packages that had popped open across the top of the package. I checked all packages.

My son's favorite candy is peanut m&ms.
So for christmas.. I bought him the biggest bag I could find for him.
He told me that was his favorite present.
Unfortunately.. Bout half the bag of m&ms didn't have peanuts in them.
He was a bit disapointed that santa
Would bring him m&ms without peanuts, knowing the peanut ones were his favorite.
But after explaining to him that I was the one who bought the m&ms for him.. He has let santa off the hook.

So I have been looking for the espresso m&ms at Walmarts & Targets is San Diego. I even went out to Las Vegas and looked for them there and cannot find them to save my life! I found the coffee ones and those are good but really want to try the espresso ones. I looked online and said something about a contest to vote for the best flavor and that they would be available for 6 months. Can you help? I really want those m&ms!
Having got more than half way through the bucket I noticed a couple of mouldy sweets in with the rest of the sweets. Having eaten them at night watching a movie I hope my son does not get ill as could have been more that we did not see.

Really excited to share my bag with coworkers.. Bought a large bag of peanut butter m&ms... Omg they were terrible! 30% smashed and had a ruff texture.. Old candy? Not fresh at all.. I was embarrassed and disappointed... I bought a small bag before and was in heaven they were so good... What happened? Now i'm leary about getting them again... Just plain disappointed wow!

I am so upset. This sucks! I ordered 50 customized bags for my nephew's one year old party. It never arrived even thought I marked the option of express delivery to be sure I had them on time. I was so stress out about the party already and finally realized that the package wasn't delivered the day before of. After waiting 40 min on the phone to talk to a representative all I got was an "i'm sorry your payment wasn't process" when I only got one email confirming that the package will arrive on time. Thank you m&m for making my party unforgettable. Now I do not have any presents to give to my guests for this party!

The vending machine in work . I couldn't bite into it so spat it out . It's some kind of metal .It's taken the enamel outside my tooth, I am devastated . I'm taking this further i, picked up another one and felt something else so spat that out to . Can't believe it was a white piece of plastic. I am speaking the truth and I'm not happy with what I found, no way will I ever buy another packet again.

I bit Into one of the choclate peanuts and almost broke my tooth on the product in the middle it seemed slightly darker than a regular peanut I have taken images. Not only did i almost break my tooth but a small piece has got wedged inbetween my 2 back teeth and I am now in agony! This is a real nuisance and also very dangerous. I am usually a big fan of this product and am very dissapointed I hope this can be dealt with efficiently and to a satisfying standard.

They were white, and my son ate around 12-15 out of the bag with the date expires at 07/2019. He got very ill and to the point of getting an iv for 6 days in his hand because of the throwing up.

I was most upset to find out that australia provides caramel m&m's, whereas hong kong does not. Therefore I believe caramel m&m's would be a big hit in hk. Also, due to localisation of other various brands, they have introduced matcha ‘green tea' flavours. I believe matcha would be a great success in hong along and strongly advise m&m's to cater for this growing demand.

I purchased a package of Peanut M&M's from a vending machine at my place of enjoyment while working third shift in a bad neighborhood. I was hoping they would help me make it through the night so I could eat after work. All but 7 or 8 M&M's in the package were smashed to crumbs. I was desperate so I ate what I could but... not making it until morning on these tiny bits, just getting chocolate all over me at work. I'm very disappointed in this product, I expected so much more! Two stars are for the 7 or 8, I liked those.

My Name is Luciana Hutchings im a homemaker because I cant work because I moved to take care of my dad who has Altimers & my 13yr old son has Autism & developmental delay & a 11 yr old that has ADHD! I buy the peanut M&M about 3 days out of the week from the facility which is his speech therapy he goes to, but this time I bit something hard & wouldnt break & it looks like a piece of a tooth! under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services act 1980 all goods must be of merchantable quality and fit for purpose. As displayed in photo these goods were neither. These M&Ms were inedible and disgusting and I had to dispose of them. I feel the need to post about this on social media. These M&Ms were only bought that day and were not exposed to the sun.

So today 8/8/2018 I bought a packet of m&ms at work (dfds seaways, North Shields) and when I opened the packet I noticed the only colours I got in the packet was orange, brown, yellow and green. These are the only chocolate I eat and it's the first time I have EVER come across this. I know you don't often get my red or blue, but I am always guaranteed atleast 2 of each! This time there was none! However when I buy the chocolate. the colours are shown on the front of the packet, what can be done about this

Thank you for ruining my son's birthday. My order never shipped and I was never notified. After 3 emails and two phone calls I found out. The "we'll call you back" thing doesn't work either. Dialing in you must enter your order number and your zip code with a "1" after each to confirm. There's no direct "0" or operator to get through quicker. Entering all this information tells me exactly what I can read from entering it on the web site. I will never ever order from you and will tell everyone I know about this ridiculous experience.
If your son's birthday was ruined because he didn't get some candy, you really need to re-adjust your priorities.
m&m's crunchy caramel, limited edition
Dear sir/madam,
Today, 7th june 2018, I purchased a pack of your limited edition crunchy caramel m&m's, in dunnes stores, limerick city, ireland.
I was enjoying my m&m's when suddenly I noticed a black spot on one of them. When I investigated further I came to realise it was a small fly, squashed into the sweet. I felt ill after seeing this and was very unhappy and unable to enjoy the rest of the sweets. I have attached photos down below.
I wanted to inform you about this and felt obliged to. I hope to hear from you soon and we can resolve this.
