poor quality
I bought a Together Forever Personalized Candy Gift Box for my fiance.
The package that arrived unpleasantly surprised me. First of all, it was torn, the package itself was dirty as if it was dropped several times.
Certainly, its contents left much to be desired. I have no doubts it's not even edible. It couldn't be presented.
I don't know what happened during its trip to my house, but I definitely want my money back. If you need proofs, I have them. I didn't even unpack the candy box, just the package.

MyMMs.com never processed my order, never informed me, and missed holiday deadline
I placed my order 02/02/2017 (order # [protected]). I spent hours putting together a photo that would work well on M&Ms for my friend for Valentine's Day. I also added messages on some M&Ms, one of which was politically oriented, but not distasteful or vulgar in any way. For days I kept trying to track the order with no success.
Ten days later on 02/12/2017 (two days before Valentine's Day), I called customer service [protected]). The rep told me they didn't approve of one of my messages on the M&Ms. She said someone should have emailed or called me--neither happened. I told her there was nothing wrong with my message, but she said Mars was "family-oriented" and that if one of my M&Ms were to end up mistakenly at some kid's birthday party, they might get upset at Mars. So obviously there is no quality control on what they send out. You might get the right message sent to the the right recipient, but then again, you might not. Whose fault is that? Now my friend will not get the Valentine's M&Ms I placed two weeks in advance--all because M&M didn't like one of my messages (and failed to inform me).
I demanded a refund for my order while on the phone. Then the rep asked if there was anything else she could do for me! I said yes, you can place my original order by the deadline. She replied, we cannot do that because you just canceled your order!
they ruined our present and haven't provided the confirmation info
Our company placed large order on the website www.mymms.com. We ordered different sweets and candies for our boss. We waited for any confirmation info, but these scammers haven’t provided it. We called them and left messages, but they simply ignore us. They are liars and scammers, so be careful and better avoid them. As well as post comments about your experience with them.

Do not use mymms.co.uk. They fail to deliver the item and then it is IMPOSSIBLE to get your money back.
I ordered m&ms for my wife for delivery before 14th February 2014 (Valentines day). They were not received and despite contacting mymms.co.uk on multiple occasions it has been impossible to get a refund. They do not respond to any form of communication.

wood bead in my candy
To whom it may concern, I recently purchased a bag of peanut M&MS (sharing size) for my four & two year old little girls and I ate a few and when I ate one I chipped my tooth on what seemed to be a wood bead in one of my M&Ms. I was very upset about my tooth but I was more upset that one of my kids could of been seriously hurt or choked or even possibly killed by what seems to be a wooden bead.
I thank god that I was the one that got the m&m and not my children or any child for that matter.I have both the bag and the Bead that was in my M&M if you need proof! I just don't understand how you could mistake a wood bead for a peanut. how often does this happen? Should i contact my local news and warn all parents purchasing your candy for there children?I would really appreciate it if someone would contact me asap at my email address [protected]@gmail.com asap. I have Never had anything like this ever happen nor have i ever had to file a complaint and hope i never have to again.

fraudulent seller
I ordered personalized M&Ms from the website www.mymms.com. I paid for my order and waited for confirmation email or other things, but nothing arrived. I sent messages through their website and tried to call, but their customer services team was really horrible. They promised only to call back. I waited 3 weeks before they told me that my order was dispatched.

yes i bought a bag of M&Ms from wawa here on lincoln hwy east on july17th . I opened them durning a show. I ate say about 8 an they tasted bad. Old an musty. After that i had bad stomach ache. I was running to restroon on an off, They were just bad. I am making this complaint to you as a result of myself paying $1.69 for this bag of M&Ms net weight of 3.14 oz. wow what a mistake Nadine
They use GMO sugar (beets) &GMO soy lecithin. Your insides will be in revolt. Not natural.

bad customer service - scams
Company collects entrance fee in the winter but they do not plow or clean the vehicles to pull parts out of. When complained that the cars are totally covered with snow, they would not return the money.
They sold me a Cadillac DeVille Radio, they said you can exchange it if it did not work.
The radio had anti theft on it, spent tons of money on dealers to get it to work but could not. Returned it for exchange, they said they need the receipt. Came back later with the receipt, the clerk claimed the receipt is not too old to have even an exchange. It is a scam operation. The kid working there on the weekend will ruin what used to be a fine establishment. He told me this is my business, I run it the way I want. He appears to a paid worker just gone bad!

Bad Batch
Excuse me... But I have noticed that there was a unexpected sole and lonesome skittle in my m&m packet. At first I thought it was a sign that I was a rose amung the thorns, a god per say. But the thing I realised it was just a bad batch. As I have recently discovered skittles aren't even made by the same company as m'm's so I am quite conserned that your beloved workers are infact eating on the job. I plan to take this matter to the corts as I am on the doll and can not affort to be replacing this packet. I demand 10 packets of m&m's pronto or face my infinate raff aka my lawyer! P. I do love the idea of mint m&m's but the fact you made them CRISPY instead of milk chocolet SUCKS!
also the choice of colors is very odd. The 2 greens are ok but why the hell did you put in the brown ones?

I really LOVED the expresso M&M's but have not been able to find them anywhere at this time.
I think that the the sentiment is that Custyomer Service has gone by the wayside. M&M's has screwed up my order in epic proportions. I can not even begin to describe how bad things have gotten with them. FedEX added to it when they out and out lied about where the package was. The only saving grace Ih ave is that I was able to cancel an order for $9000 with M&M's for this fall and we have discontinued using FedEx at our company. We are a small company so they will not even notice the loss nor could they care. But UPS has stepped in and taken over and done wonderful.
