Search and earn
I have tried for 2 hours to get 4 points on the search and earn part of my points app. I am acutely searching for items I want but still am not receiving points. This is the worst app I have ever seen. Please fix this problem Why is it that sometimes it works and other times it doesn’t. 3 days ago it worked perfect. The past 2 days it has been terrible.
Desired outcome: I would like some points that I should have coming to me. This is an ongoing problem.
What a hassle
The site rarely works correctly and when one tries to resolve issues with customer service its like communicating with a brick wall. They have address a non-related issue in a response to me - had nothing to do with the issue I was having. When I reached out again and asked what that response had to do with my issue, explaining again in detail, they said I needed to send them photo id. Since when? Is that even legal? Why do they need my id with all my personal info? I just want the issues, yes issues, I have with the site resolved in a timely an d professional manner. And they need to train their customer service reps to read the emails they are sent and respond accordingly. I have been shorted so many points because someone never responded, kept giving me the run-around, or just "didn't get it". Mind you this is not rocket science and the resolution should be very simple. I would like someone to also look into the legality of them asking for photo ID's, this doesn't make sense. The emails they have received from me are from the email connected to the account and the visuals I always send are from my account/their site - no funny business going on here and I wasn't hacked. Feel they are asking for information they don't need.
Desired outcome: I want all my points added my account that I never got credit for - over the years its probably somewhere in the area of 2000 points that have accumulated from tasks not working, CS not taking care of problems, or just being avoided period.
Will not honor my gift card I earned
I've been with mypoints since the beginning of the company. I cashed in my final points for a $25 Amazon gift card before deactivating my account because it just takes too long at this point to earn rewards. I've taken advantage of offers in the past (World winner) and never got credit for it and absolutely no response from tech support about the issue. I was expecting a plastic card to arrive in the mail as they always did in the past. After deactivating the account I see an email stating that my rewards are ready to download and then I have to log in. Nope, can't. Tech support said it is what it is. No Amazon gift card

Cannot access surveys
For three weeks, I have only been able to access two surveys.
All of the others - I get disqualified. I cannot even get into the survey to answer any qualifying questions.
I have sent four messages to them. Each one comes back with a pre-written answer - "Unfortunately, there can be times that your profile does not fit the target criteria. Another reason people can be disqualified, if the survey company recognizes that surveys are taken too quickly and/or with inaccurate answers. Also, the survey company sets a limit on how many people can answer the survey questions. For example, if the survey company only needs 100 people to take a survey and the 100th person completes the survey, you could be in a survey and it closes."
I want a real person to find out why this is happening. It has nothing to do with target criteria, surveys being taken too quickly, inaccurate answers or even only needing a certain number of people. IT'S BEEN THREE WEEKS OF THIS. SOMETHING IS WRONG.
I am unable to redeem my points as it says that I have too many attempts but I only made one attempt today!

Scammed
I had recently completed an offer for 17000 points which is worth around 110 dollars. My old number was tied to my account and it had expired, so I got a new one to replace it. However, I needed to contact the support team to change my number and so I did. I received a response, but they wanted to verify my account through a government-issued ID and never mentioned my original message to change my number as if they never bothered to read it. I gave them my details with concern and doubt in my mind as I waited for a response. They, "Brian(MyPoints)" replied with an account closure claiming I was using multiple accounts. Well, there goes my 110 dollars and my account was obviously deactivated.
It just still seems suspicious that they had closed my account right after receiving my government ID.

"Swagbucks" sent replies, but no explanations were given. Just that my account was discontinued. I tried many times, and know comment.

My account was deactivated for no reason I have almost 10,000 in points and spent so much time on this for them to do this.

My redeemed e-gift cards never got to the merchant
I redeemed two e-cards. I have the tracking numbers. They never got to the merchant. I am also not locked out of my account. I am using the correct un and password... They keep telling me that I don't exist. I have been using the same un and password for years. I don't wish to post the tracking numbers here as I believe this will be posted. I have been reading online about a lot of similar complaints. I believe that mypoints is in financial trouble and doesn't want a class action suit against them so they are just stalling for time. It is pretty obvious what is going on... They are just stalling around. Something else really strange happened with the first e-cards. I got an email saying my account was suspended... And when I called the merchant... They said the email was not sent from them. So somewhere between mypoints and the merchant... A nationally known merchant... There was a breach. I think mypoints should be under federal investigation.
Desired outcome: I would like the e-gift cards to get to the merchant. I would like access to my account. I have no desire for an apology....I want what is due and owing to me.
80 points missing
on 1/9 i redeemed 15, 800 points for rewards from my then points balance of 29, 682 which should have left a balance 13, 882. Balance shown was 13, 000
I also claimed a reward using another 13, 800 points and balance then showed as 2
The net result is my account should have 80 more points
Surveys
I don't know what's going on with MyPoints but changing the surveys and not receiving 5 points for every survey I'm not qualified for is gone and I can't even get the "attempt a survey" checked of my to do list for the day after taking 5 surveys that I didn't qualify for. Mypoints is not worth my time anymore, I've been with them for over eight years or so and have been completely happy with receiving my points and gifts up until 2021. You started constantly cheating me of my points when I did complete a survey and cheat me of points with magic receipts this past year. I will cash out the rest of my points and no longer deal with this crap. MyPoints, you really f*ucked up on this one! YOU SUCK!
Desired outcome: How about stop ripping people off and give them what they've earned.
Unauthorized deactivation of account
On December 17 I purchased 2 gift cards with no problems. I attempted to purchase a third and was told I reached my limit for the day. On December 18 I did the daily poll and viewed the deal of the day. I then started to purchase another gift card. I was requested to log in again and received a message that my account was deactivated. I tried to contact customer service but couldn't do it through mypoints since I didn't have access. On the mypoints website I was given the option to submit my issue by using a form. I submitted the form and received an email back from customer support that I needed to submit my request in mypoints. Feels like I have been scammed.
Desired outcome: My account reactivated.
We have all been scammed. I did the same thing. I redeemed two offers and got them...went back to redeem again and was told I reached my limit for that day. Went back to redeem the other two offers, and I got confirmation that they were on their way. They never got there. I am trying to get into my account and they are keeping me out of it. They keep telling me I don't exist...or I get jammed up on my login. I think they are in financial trouble...and can't pay out the gift cards. There are just tactic of scammers. This is not my first time at the rodeo. I can't even cancel my account as they tell me I don't exist. I don't want anything more to do with them. Someone should shut them down.
bp points not redeemed at this service station
I have a BP points value of around £25.00 yet now on two occasions, I have been refused an in-store purchase at this BP station near the old red lion on the A64 York rd outbound. The reason given is New management " we do not redeem points for an instore purchase at this store take them somewhere else"
I made a purchase at another service station Sommerville with no problem. at all, What's going on?
I will not collect points from this service station again I will also let all my friend know of the poor attitude I received from the cashier who was not interested.

I have been a member of MyPoints for years.
Suddenly I can't log in. I have points that I am unable to redeem.
I have sent two requests for help on signing in over the past month with no answer.
Desired outcome: Allow me to log in.
Unable to access account
I was requested to submit my cell phone number so I could access my account after receiving an SMS message. I submitted the number but never received the SMS message . I tried several more times, with the same result, and then was banned from trying again because of too many attempts.
I submitted a request for help in June through FB and received no reply. I tried on July 21 through their help desk and received a generic reply but no further contact. I tried again through the help desk on August 24. This time I got a ticket number with the generic reply but still no solution.
I would just like to redeem my points.

groupon gift card
i used points to get groupon gift card and can't use it. groupon doesn't accept the code. sent emails to u and provided info requested with no help. very upset with your lack of customer service. contacted groupon and they said i need to get u to correct.

Account Deactivation
My account was deactivated for no reason. I was using my account normally yesterday and when I tried to use it the site today I was logged out and when I tried to login it said my account was deactivated. To get help you need to be logged in and I can't login so I'm screwed and I'm going to lose all the money on the account.

increase in points required to get a gift card
They just increased the amount of points to get a $10 gift card...from 1000 to 1300 - WITHOUT notifiying anyone. Lucky for me I was cashing in every time I got to 1000 points, but anyone who was banking the points will now lose a lot.
You've just pissed off a whole lot of users...I'll be finishing off in about 4 weeks and closing down my account. Time to try Swagbucks.
Desired outcome: Put the points back to where they were, then notify everyone by email and post it on the site. Give everyone at least 3 weeks to cash in their points if they wish to.
The site deactivate my account for no reason
The site deactivate my account for no reason, along with two other partner sites Inboxdollars and Swagbucks. They deactivate all three of my accounts from these sites overnight. I did not do anything that violated their terms. I have earned points/cents on all the them. I have bought stuff and spent hours of my time on these apps only to have my accounts closed for nothing. I give out my personal information to these companies and the least I could get in return is to keep my accounts. I hardly earn anything. If they want to limit what people can earn start putting that in place instead of picking accounts at random to close because they cannot pay out a mere 5 to 10 dollar gift cards.
Desired outcome: I would like my accounts back and keep my accounts activated.
