The nadula wig way thicker than I expected, which I love! The knots bleached really well and fast. This is the wig with no product. I washed the hair and there was no shedding. The hair was also pre-plucked.
They only wanted to give me $20 of my $100 order back for a package that I never received I was SO excited about my order, but the day that I was to receive it, it never arrived. My solution was to reach out to them and the shipping company immediately to see what could be done. Their solution was to try to keep $80 of my money. For some hair that I didnt get and clearly will not be receiving. Would not recommend. Will be disputing the transaction. I cant speak to the quality of the product for obvious reasons, but do not waste your time with this company.

I made a purchase for a 24 inch curly wig on October 5th, The wig came October 11 and it was nothing like what I purchased. Very cheap looking, thin, and short, no where near 24' inches. I contacted the company via email and asked for a refund. They told me to ship the wig back and I would be refunded immediately once they received the order. I asked for a return shipping label in which they did not provide and I had to pay 30$ via *** out of my pocket to ship the wig back! I returned the wig untouched, unused, literally wrapped in the package as it came. I got the confirmation on tracking and they received the wig on October 15th. Since then I have been literally going back and forth via email about my money. Sent pictures of my receipts of me sending the package back and shipping with tracking number, as well as a screenshot of the tracking confirmation email saying it was indeed received by them by someone names "Young" ON OCTOBER 15! They told me they haven't received it! They keep saying the same thing to provide them with my PayPal information to issue a refund for the SHIPPING ONLY and that was the only way I could be refunded for the SHIPPING not the *** and that was not the initial way I paid for my order. I am highly upset and need my refund for an almost $300 wig PLUS the 30$ shipping I paid to return their merchandise. I don't recommend anyone to ever do business with this company. They are definitely scammers and the quality of the hair they have is absolute garbage! DO NOT give your PayPal info to these people. I am figuring out a way to get my money back as we speak. Before even ordering from this company I asked them if they had transparent lace closures they said yes, I told them I needed it by Friday in time for my hair appointment, so I paid an extra $20 for express shipping. After they provided me with a tracking number they reached out to me and told me that they only had light *** lace closures and it had already shipped ! I became so upset because I clearly asked for transparent lace and they lied about having it. So I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money, they told me that I would have to wait until it is delivered and then send it back or refuse the delivery I told them no because I had a hair appointment and I needed to get the right closure and that they shouldve been honest about their products. So they then refunded my money and said they would intercept the delivery and put a return to sender on the package. I never received the package the tracking said it was DELIVERED TO AN AGENT which means that the delivery carrier hired another delivery courier for delivery which is because the company put a stop on the delivery and when I contacted *** they said they shipped it back. Nadula LIED to PayPal twice and filed a false dispute which left my PayPal account in the negative. Knowing that I didnt receive the package. I reached out to *** multiple times at first they were saying that it was sent back and then after I kept calling and telling them that the company was saying they hadnt received it they said it was lost ! I asked the company to reach out so they could hear it for themselves at first they told me they did and that *** didnt get back to them and then they told me because they were in China the call failed ! But they called to make sure it wouldnt be delivered at first but didnt put forth the same effort when receiving it back because they had already filed a false dispute and got the money for it ! I contacted PayPal they said that Nadula hair told them that they bought an item from me and never received it but it was the other way around ! I tried to appeal it through PayPal but after all the back and forth it was too late ! I dont recommend anyone ordering from this company or doing business with them they are a dishonest company and they steal from their customers ! I ordered hair from this website May 19 3 bundles and closure loose wave hair deal totaling to $185.93. I had not seen anything about the product processing so on May 26 I messaged them asking about my items, They responded that the item is out of stock I was unaware the item was out of stock and they tried to convince me to get a new item. Had I not messaged them I would not have known they didn't have my order that was promised to be processed in 5-7 days. I am now behind on a photoshoot for a client due to them never reaching out. I requested them to cancel my order and refund me they agreed and said I would get an email. Hours passed I never received an email and so I emailed them again. They said my order has been cancelled but still have not sent me an email confirming. Also I was not refunded either. The company is lying and not giving me my money back for a product I am never receiving. They haven't even made the product out of stock on their website yet.

On May 4th I brought a wig from this company. A week later I sent an email to them letting them know that I have not received a confirmation email or a tracking number. Nadula hair then messaged me back and said that the product was no longer in stock and I should by a wig they had in stock. I let them know they can refund my money because I wanted what I paid for and did not intend to spend more money. Later that week, Nadula emailed me back saying that they could not refund my money because they already sent out the wig. 2 week have gone past and I have still not received my purchase. I call and email but are getting blank responses. I have called fedex to locate my package and Fedex has informed me that a shipping label was created on May 14th but the package is still with the seller. So all of this time, Nadula has been lying to me saying that the package was in route. They still have my package and still have my money and I would like them to refund my money.

I placed an order from this company over a month ago and due to someone placing a vacant sign in my mailbox the order was never received but marked delivered. I double checked with my office as well as the apartments across the street and there was no package. I reached out to *** directly and they told me it had been returned to the sender. I purchase headband a wig that was described as darkest *** blend. I received a brassy golden blended color wig. I followed the return instructions twice requesting a refund ( to make sure it was correct). Also I sent 3 email msgs asking for a response. And I only received an email asking if I am willing to keep the wig they will get me. some unknown percentage off another purchase. Order# N00418497. (Order:N600422212) Nadula company has a 30 guarantee refund policy and free prepaid label if you live in the *** Well my problem began when I spoke to someone from customer support through email. I was encouraged to send the product back and provide them with tracking details. I returned and according to *** it was successfully delivered. I was well within my 30 day timeframe, paid $20 for shipping even though it's supposed to be free on behalf of this company. All I wanted was some details about my refund, and have yet to hear anything. I find that very odd being that I received a quick response about returning the item. The item was still in great condition, never worn; I just didn't like the results of the wig. I spoke to someone through the online portal and that person basically told me to "be patient the refund is coming", but couldn't provide me any details on my order. It does not take this long to receive details about a refund, however, they keep prolonging my refund and lieing to me! I honestly believe they get you to send the hair back, with no intentions of sending you a refund, only to resale the wig to another customer. I'm filing this bs with my bank, but felt compelled to warn others about this scam company and hope to receive my money back asap! Never will I ever purchase with a company I'm not familiar with.

I purchased a wig from this company. It was advertised as a hd lace wig. However, once I received the wig it was not hd lace at all. My hair stylist also confirmed the lace was fake and tinted. I informed the company and was advised to send the wig back. I was told to take pictures of the wig before they would accept it back. I sent 3 photos of the wig via email and was told it was good to send back. I paid for the shipping myself which was $13.89. I sent tracking information to the company and was told once received I would be notified. After 2 weeks of no update, I reached out to the company because *** had notified me the company had received the wig a week prior. They advised they would issue refund. After multiple emails, I received a call on Dec. 30th from the "manager" saying that they would refund my money and I would receive an email in 24 hours. An hour later I received an email stating that "There is no compensation from *** for the package and there is nothing they can do for me". *** stated that the company is compensated when a claim is filed. They stated that the company should refund my money because they will be compensated by ***. So it looks like I'm out $167.53 and there's nothing I can do about it. I've never experienced this type of service before. It is very upsetting that they get to continue to do this to people with no consequences or accountability. I sent tracking information to the company and was told once received I would be notified. After 2 weeks of no update, I reached out to the company because *** had notified me the company had received the wig a week prior. They advised they would issue refund. The refund issued was $50.00 short. I reached out to see why and was then told the wig was damaged. I advised that was not true and photos were sent prior. They stated the wig was damaged and sent photos. The wig didnt look like any of the pictures I had previously sent. I believe the company purposely damaged the wig to make sure they could deduct funds from my refund. They never notified me they felt there was an issue with the wig. They just took money away and then said oh its damaged. They didnt even notify me they had received the wig a week prior to me contacting them. Who knows what could have happened in their warehouse for a week. Items get shifted around and they had no intentions of contacting me before I contacted them. Even when they advised yes we received and will be issuing a refund, no one said the wig is damaged. This company is fraudulent and honestly did not want to issue my money fully. I even posted a review about how the wigs are not lace and it was never posted. They only post positive reviews knowing the product is not what theyre selling.

I purchase a hair product back in January 3,2022 do to advertisement on their website guaranteeing if your not happy product you can receive a full refund .I received the product through the mail and when the product arrived it did not look nothing like the product that was described on the website and look very unappealing and I was displeased when I received it. I had seen in their advertisement if you were not satisfied with the product you can return immediately within thirty days and to request a return label to send the product back . I could only contact the company via email so I email the company January 7,2022 asking for return label to return the product back to the company and explain the situation why I was unhappy with the product I received . When I finally received a response by email the company told me keep the product and they would give me a $10 discount on my next purchase. I specially asked for a refund as advertised on there website and I had no problem sending the product back without a issue . After about four days of me complaining through emails only I finally received a return label on January 11.,2022 and I shipped back the product January 14,2022 and the tracking number stated the company received it back on January 17,2022 at 1:20 pm . I have since contacted my credit card company and PayPal and filed a dispute complaint against this company *** will not respond back to my credit card company or PayPal or refund me my money ,and to this day which is now March 15,2022 I still have not receive a refund for the product which was a total of $ 62.83.This company has a advertisement if you not satisfied with the product you can get a refund within 30 day for me it has been over two months and I returned their merchandise and still no refund from this misleading and false advertisement of this company.

I ordered a human hair 18" straight lace front wig on 11/8, I received on 11/10 a wig that said 16" on the packaging but the strands measured a mix of *** inches, 75% were in the 10 inch range. I reached out to their customer service email, no response. They added me to a *** chat where they advertised a fake VIP sale but the prices were not discounted from their regular prices. I inquired on my customer service issue there and they told me I'd receive a return label in a couple(two) hours then I can call *** to schedule a pick-up. I told them I would be traveling soon and didn't have time to go running to the post office, so Ok with this arrangement. Hours go by, some ppl in the Whatsapp called out the false advertisement and the ugly wigs. I also called out the false advertisement and lack of customer service because they never sent the label and then ignored me on Whatsapp when I reached out for an update. They promptly removed me from the group chat. They proceed to DM me and said I'll get a refund when they receive the wig and that they will try to send the label in 24 hours, which was not what I was told earlier. I told them again that I was going to be traveling and didn't have time to go running to the post office and that this is really an inconvenience and they basically told me well when we get the wig that I didn't order they'll issue a refund (even-though I'm sure this 10 inch wig doesn't cost as much as an 18 inch wig but they wanted to keep my 18 inch money). They kept messaging me trying to negotiate for me to keep the wig, which why would I pay the price of an 18 inch wig for a 10 inch wig. They really think we're ignorant! Then they went on to tell me to send them some pics of the wig measurements, which I had already sent them twice earlier. They really tried to have me running around in circles to get my money back and this went on for hours. Currently they still have not given me my money back or sent a return label.

On Dec. 12th, I received my mom's wig, tried on mine, and found the cap size too small. Nadula's website states a 30-day return policy. I contacted them by phone, left a message, and got a call back in the evening. The company agreed to an exchange after I sent pictures showing the wigs were unused. They promised to send larger wigs, refund my original payment, and charge less for the new wigs. They asked for payment via Zelle, but it failed, so I used Cash App. However, I didn't receive the refunds. After multiple failed attempts and no refunds, I contacted my bank and disputed the original purchase and the Cash App transaction.

The nadula wig way thicker than I expected, which I love! The knots bleached really well and fast. This is the wig with no product. I washed the hair and there was no shedding. The hair was also pre-plucked.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ! I reached out to this company looking for a transparent lace closure. Before even ordering from this company I asked them if they had transparent lace closures they said yes, I told them I needed it by Friday in time for my hair appointment, so I paid an extra $20 for express shipping. After they provided me with a tracking number they reached out to me and told me that they only had light *** lace closures and it had already shipped ! I became so upset because I clearly asked for transparent lace and they lied about having it. So I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money, they told me that I would have to wait until it is delivered and then send it back or refuse the delivery I told them no because I had a hair appointment and I needed to get the right closure and that they shouldve been honest about their products. So they then refunded my money and said they would intercept the delivery and put a return to sender on the package. I never received the package the tracking said it was DELIVERED TO AN AGENT which means that the delivery carrier hired another delivery courier for delivery which is because the company put a stop on the delivery and when I contacted *** they said they shipped it back. Nadula LIED to PayPal twice and filed a false dispute which left my PayPal account in the negative. Knowing that I didnt receive the package. I reached out to *** multiple times at first they were saying that it was sent back and then after I kept calling and telling them that the company was saying they hadnt received it they said it was lost ! I asked the company to reach out so they could hear it for themselves at first they told me they did and that *** didnt get back to them and then they told me because they were in China the call failed ! But they called to make sure it wouldnt be delivered at first but didnt put forth the same effort when receiving it back because they had already filed a false dispute and got the money for it ! I contacted PayPal they said that Nadula hair told them that they bought an item from me and never received it but it was the other way around ! I tried to appeal it through PayPal but after all the back and forth it was too late ! I dont recommend anyone ordering from this company or doing business with them they are a dishonest company and they steal from their customers ! Look up their reviews on trust pilot there are a lot of people saying the same thing ! This company is fraud DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM !
I made a purchase for a 24 inch curly wig on October 5th, The wig came October 11 and it was nothing like what I purchased. Very cheap looking, thin, and short, no where near 24' inches. I contacted the company via email and asked for a refund. They told me to ship the wig back and I would be refunded immediately once they received the order. I asked for a return shipping label in which they did not provide and I had to pay 30$ via *** out of my pocket to ship the wig back! I returned the wig untouched, unused, literally wrapped in the package as it came. I got the confirmation on tracking and they received the wig on October 15th. Since then I have been literally going back and forth via email about my money. Sent pictures of my receipts of me sending the package back and shipping with tracking number, as well as a screenshot of the tracking confirmation email saying it was indeed received by them by someone names "Young" ON OCTOBER 15! They told me they haven't received it! They keep saying the same thing to provide them with my PayPal information to issue a refund for the SHIPPING ONLY and that was the only way I could be refunded for the SHIPPING not the *** and that was not the initial way I paid for my order. I am highly upset and need my refund for an almost $300 wig PLUS the 30$ shipping I paid to return their merchandise. I don't recommend anyone to ever do business with this company. They are definitely scammers and the quality of the hair they have is absolute garbage! DO NOT give your PayPal info to these people. I am figuring out a way to get my money back as we speak. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM NADULA HAIR! THE WHOLE COMPANY, the EMPLOYEES, the MANAGER IS ALL A SCAM! I didn't even want to put one star, it really zero.
